There were many factors that contributed to this being one of the worst movie-going experiences of my life. First off, the tickets are vastly over-priced at $9.50 a piece which I would and have payed for before at a good movie theater (which this is not). The lobby smelled as if someone tracked dog poop in. The mens room had two urinals, one was blocked off with an "out of order" sign, the others was not but had overflowed and covered the floor in urine which permeated the air of the restroom. During the movie I could hear the bass from an adjacent movie theater which was extremely annoying and aggravating. The four women behind us during the movie who couldnt shut their mouths, while not a part of the movie theaters problems, was icing on the cake to this horrible movie-going experience.

We used to love this theater. They have started reserved seating now, and it is terrible! We rarely have a babysitter, had one today, tried to go see Wondewoman, and were told there were no seats together for the 2 of us for any of the showings.This is really unacceptable Amstar!! If I could give you less than one star I would! This is not an airline flight, its a movie theater, and you have taken the spontaneity out of going to the movies! Are you trying to be super exclusive because its Lake Mary, or are you just trying to make more money?

Muy bello el area donde esta establecido este teatro...super comodo. Los asientos son reclinable q lo puedes adaptar a la comodidad de uno. Muy limpio todo. Se lo recomiendo a todos 100%. De mi parte estare de regreso compartiendo con mi bella familia.

Kiana was very rude to me when I went up to her with a concern about my reel rewards card. She didnt care about helping me and it showed in her attitude. Terrible customer service from her. Im surprised she still has a job there especially as a manager. Later on I went to use the restroom and saw her give me an nasty look. As I left she was sitting behind the desk eating food and not paying attention to anything else around her. Very unprofessional. She definitely has made an impact on my decision to return to this theater again.

This is a very clean, very nice theater, with good sound/picture, comfy stadium seating, and friendly/helpful staff. The surrounding area is definitely a bonus as well. Dont know about the popcorn, but the rest of the concession prices were what I was used to. Not to mention they definitely have better ticket pricing than Altamonte, and I dont consider UA Seminole even a competing alternative to this theater. If its not playing here, I drive all the way to Altamonte or Winter Park.

Had the privilege of seeing Star Wars: The Force Awakens here, and had an enjoyable experience. This theater is starting to age a bit, and the seating is not as comfortable as some of the newer theaters in the area, but it is still a nice theater to enjoy a movie in. The place was clean, the projection equipment worked flawlessly, and we had great sound from their system. Overall, the experience was great, not to mention the movie being great as well!

I used to love this place. I live in Lake Mary, but since theyve gone to assigned seating I take my kids to Altamonte. The assigned seating sucks especially when you come early and the theaters is not crowded. But you find yourself seated right next to someone. You look around and see empty seats to escape to but, you are trapped. You cant move from fear of sitting in someones seat. We are done with this place.

We were asked to leave because Devon stood up. No one in front. No one to the side. No one behind us as the walk way was behind us. Hes shorter than the chairs and it was stadium seating. He was quiet. No warning at all we took him to AMC today same movie he acted the same way and no problems. Everyone we have talked to cant believe it either It was kinda sad and just had to share

Assigned seating...... Really??? Part of the traditional moving going experience is walking into the dark, cool theater, waiting for your eyes to adjust and picking out the seats that are just right for you. In this day and age of Netflix, etc. Do you really want to ruin all that is special about the theater experience. I agree with the others on this chain, wont be back.

Contemporary outdoor mall movie theatre complex with several screens showing current movies. The outdoor mall has several popular restaurants and shops so parking can be a challenge. Also the walk from parking to the cinema is a minimum of 200 to 300 yards. Facility is clean and friendly. No hoodlums or young crowds congregating.

Seats are so comfortable! Reserved seating is the BEST! I get to pick the perfect seats ahead of time and wont have to show up 4 hours early to get a good seat. The only people that complain about reserved seats are those that get bad seats by not reserving in advance. My advice to them: go on the week day. Its NEVER crowded.

A worthy cinema, upgraded with recliners. Very neat with good, if not great space to move around in the lobby, but it generally does not get packed. Good sound quality, stadium seating and wall to wall screens. Plenty of surrounding restaurant, dessert and bar choices, all within walking distance in Colonial Town Park.

I came her specifically because they installed amazing new recliner chairs but theyve ruined it by making all seats assigned. I understand having the best seats reserved but when youre meeting people at the theater, its impossible to sit together. I wont be returning to this theater until they remove this system.

On the positive side, this place is always dead no matter what day or time I go here. Theyre converting several auditoriums to the new recliner seats, which is also great. On a negative point, staff seem mostly uncoordinated and not properly trained, resulting in some confusion and frustration for patrons.

Good movie selections and the place is very clean. The popcorn is buttery goodness. Update: they have just renovated and now have reclining seats. Very comfortable. But now you have to select your seats when you purchase your tickets. No thank you! I am not a fan of this trend.

This theatre is nice, the place was clean, the sound is great, and the prices are right for the movies. My only complainst is that the screens are not as bug as other theares but Ill use this theare from now on and recommend it to friends. The seating was also very comfortable.

Theyre renovating. First time weve been in awhile. They had the recliner, which was cool. Except they are going to reserved seating now which totally sucks if youre with a group. We got stuck by a very obnoxious smelly teen but they refunded my money... cant complain too much!
