I went to this location looking for 2 specific items that their website says every store carries. When I went to the store looking for them, I was not only told they dont carry them, I was told their website was wrong. Furthermore, after looking around the store for a suitable replacement, I found the place where both items should have been in the store with an out of stock sticker. I find it ridiculous that the staff stocking the same shelves I was looking at did not even know what was supposed to be where. After finding suitable replacements to what I was looking for, I went to the cashier. During my purchase, three extremely angering and disappointing things happened. 1) When I approached the cashier, she acted like my purchase was an inconvenience to her doing nothing. The rest of my purchase experience was less than desirable with the cashiers attitude being much less than desirable and borderline rude. 2) While my military ID was suitable to determine my age, the cashier could not process the purchase without the managers approval. Why does a military ID need managerial approval? 3) The prices on the self were not the same prices at the register.One item was only $0.50 more which is not a big deal; however, the other was more than $13 more than on the shelf. When I brought this to the attention of the cashier, she simply said the shelf must be wrong and refused to do anything about it. Another consideration, I went to this store; because, others stated the prices were great, you could find those hard to find items, and customer service. What I saw is that their selection was great; but, their prices were not. The staff did not even know they carried the hard to find items I was looking for; however, they were out of stock on both items I was looking for. Finally, their customer services was worse than I have ever seen at a specialty store.. I am going to contact corporate about this less than stellar experience to see what happens. I will update my review dependent on their response.

I purchased a growler and was told by someone at total wine it would not be any problem filling it up. It finally came in and i went to have it filled. Because it is not glass they refused to fill it and told me I would have to purchase one of their growers. I am very disappointed by this tactic. I came here quit a bit but will now have to find another place for my spirit purchases.

Not a big drinker but my wife needed some obscure brand of Sangria, asked and was led to the very back of the store, in a dark corner (not kidding) there lay the wine hybrid i sought. Score. I think they have everything alcohol related, which for some hard partiers is probably like heaven on Earth. Nice prices too.

By far the best place to get Cider Beer! The last 3 times I went they had coupons for Angry Orchard. With the $2 off coupon and the total price for a 12 pack was $7.99. Ever since that coupon I have gone back multiple times to use them before they expire. I literally have purchased 6 cases just to keep stocked up.

Insanely good craft beer selection and awesome that you can craft your own sixers. Only complaint is Ive been sent many coupons and have never been able to use one due to there always being a catch. The prices are very fair even without a coupon but if I can never use them they should never send them.

Loved going through the whole store. Wine tasting was great bought to bottles I tasted. Also the liquor selection tasting was nice bought another bottle of that. Overall bought $140 worth of liquor for my home bar and will be back. Selection is phenomenal

Got a lot to choose from. Clean well stocked store. Only four stars because they didnt let us use a coupon, its like bait and switch. The small print says coupon doesnt apply to prices ending in 7...Who reads the small print?

This store has a great selection of wines, beers, and liquors! I was able to find exactly what I wanted (a bottle of Mellow Corn Whiskey) that I couldnt find elsewhere in town.
