With all the new renovations comes some problems apparently. I dont really like paying for very expensive food/drink at movies because I usually sneak in candy and stuff. But this day I was hungry, excited to see a movie, and ordered mozzarella sticks for me and my friend. Except I did the transaction through a girl not at the counter, but at the back of the long line leading to the concessions. I guess they send people from the bar over to customers in line to take orders so they dont have to wait, which was nice. She put my order in, went to get change, and gave me a pager, and said it would go off and I would pick up my food at the bar. My friend and her mom who I was seeing the movie with went into the theater and I waited in a little lounge area. Waited 5-10 mins, went to refill my drink. The girl at the bar who took my order said shed go check on my order for me. Im a pretty patient person as I work in food service myself, and figured shed come out with my beloved mozzarella sticks. Nope. Waited ANOTHER 10 minutes. Finally decided Ive missed part of the movie and that Id go in until the pager went off. It went off as I was walking in. Slightly annoyed, I walk all the way back to the bar and get my food and say thanks. It probably wasnt her fault I waited 20 minutes for mozzarella sticks. Idk. I missed the whole introductory part of the movie and my friend had to fill me in. I wasnt super upset, but wow.. 20 freaking minutes.. Good movie though.

This theater is close to my girlfriends house. She is from the area and has been going to this theater for years. We experienced very poor customer service on our last visit. My girlfriends sister ordered hot chocolate only to learn that the machine was broken after several minutes of waiting. Instead of being offered a replacement beverage of any price level for our trouble we were charged to simply replace the hot chocolate with a large cup for WATER. Instead of our tickets being torn either before or after the snack bar they were, in fact, torn AT the snack bar. We arrived at our movie and after the trailers completed we realized that we had been sold tickets to the wrong movie. The employee who we complained to did little to remedy the situation, offered NO appology and was stubborn about giving us a refund for a mistake that she made. There was no manager on duty. While this was an honest mistake, customer service used to be a point of pride for this theater but it appears that is no longer the focus. Our date was ruined on Valentines Day weekend and we are not happy!

This particular Marcus theater historically has had the worst center speaker sound of the theaters in Omaha. It is very difficult sometimes to hear the actual dialogue in the movie, however recently they made two of the theaters with super sound which is great but thats what it should have been in the first place and now they charge extra money to go to a theater when you should be able to hear the sound anyway. I like the Marcus theaters and go to all of them in Omaha, I just wish this particular theater could fix their center sound speakers. They have been that way for the 10 years I have been going there. I actually think the bar at this Marcus theatre is one of the best ones compared to the other ones that they have throughout the City of Omaha, except for Midtown Theater, which is the best. Everything else is excellent, just poor center sound speakers. I can go to same movie at other theaters and have excellent center speaker sound.

Ive had week old popcorn that tasted better. Service was awful. Not one employee directed us to our theater room and barely acknowledged our existence. It was over crowded. The pop machines were messy and sprayed pop. The snack stand was slower then any theater Ive been too. So cold in the theater I had too keep my feet moving ¾ of the time to keep feeling in them while wearing a coat, in the summer. Not fond of the recliners. Very uncomfortable unless you enjoy laying down while watching the movie, and have one of the arms up. Extremely hard to eat and drink while laying down. And not a fan of reserved seating. Just seems so suburbanish. Even if you like the recliners and reserved seating I wouldnt suggest this theater. If companies had old fashioned service, they wouldnt have to have gimmicks to make you feel special and keep you coming back.

Recliner chairs and reserved seating is awesome. Staff leaves a lot to be desired--exceptionally bad attitudes; dont know their own menu/register; slow service; rude. Do NOT bother with the Bistro showings, because then youre stuck in your seat, reliant upon that terrible staff to get you food and drinks...and they expect a tip for their horrible service! Our neighbors and we experienced the following (note the theater was half full): 30 minutes to receive out food, 20 minutes for drink refills, rude attitudes when anyone inquired about their food/drinks, undercooked pizza, they had no condiments for customers, dead lettuce on the burger, didnt clear away any empty dishes so you had to sit with then all movie, only one popcorn bowl size is available (no free refills), no more food service (even drink refills) once the movie starts!

I love marcaus theaters for their movies but when it comes to consessions there is ALWAYS an issue. Today I took my three little sisters to see Alice through the Looking Glass at 1205. We ordered a medium cheese pizza at 11:53 according to the receipt. Shortly after the previews started the buzzer went off so I went to get it. Surprise it isnt there. So a manager takes the buzzer asks for out theater number and seats and promised to bring it in to us. After another half hour of waiting Id had it. I went to check myself. I didnt get our pizza until 12:45 and it was cold. I was already so mad about missing part of the movie just to get something they messed up on I didnt bother waiting around for the manager who didnt keep his word. I may return for the movies but Im not ordering food again. Its happened too many times before.

I use to come here all the time to watch new films and since its closer to home it doesnt take to long to get there. Workers are friendly and assist you right away so that to is a plus. The only downside: Sadl,y this location is where some of the extremely noisy, most talkative teenagers/young adults come to watch the new releases. I understand there are always going to be chatter boxes that go to the theater and ruin the experience but this seems to be the theater they talk at the most. Because of this annoyance, my boyfriend and I have had to ditch this theater more than often and go to other theaters. If you can handle it, great. If not, then be prepared to change sits..at least that will help a bit.

Will always be our favorite place we love seeing movies and is always awesome and clean we love the bistro theaters the FOOD is amazing. We like our simple things. We love our rewards card points. And Tuesdays we love not having to pay the fee when we buy our Tuesday tickets ahead of time and that I was able to save my rewards card number into my VIP account to always log in easy. We have always had good experiences with the staff. Concession staff and the servers in the bistro are always so nice and attentive! Ive always just loved how clean everything is!
