Heidy Martinez

Used to be a great place for dates and to have a good time. Now not so much, besides charging for movies they know that in that specific theater the movie doesnt work they still let us sit there and go 30min into the movie that was stuttering and scratchy. Then they dont give you refunds just rain checks. The bathrooms and theaters were disgusting, the bathrooms though smelled better than the theaters. The theaters smelled like urine. To top it off a lot of rude, obnoxious people have taken over the place so know that even at an early showing on a weekday you will get that one person screaming at the screen during the important scenes. Its truly a shame I loved this place once. But all good things must come to an end.

Main street itself is a very busy area. Its the playground for teens. Huge crowds go upon the premier of a good movie, you may find a lot of rude talkers, and the annoying text messenger. The staff tries to make the movie experience as pleasent as possible, kicking out rude talkers and text messengers who cant turn off their phones. Sometimes part time teenagers working the consession dont give high quality service. In addition they took out pac-man! How dare an arcade not half the classic pac-man! And how dare they take out Galaga!!! For all its criticisms, I still say its a nice theatre, not the best, but thats more of the audiences fault than the staffs.

Went to see The Martian on October 22nd at 4:50PM bought a small popcorn and a small cherry drink. The popcorn was ok, added butter. My husband and I both ate that, and it was ok. I had TWO sips from the Cherry drink and it tasted like cleaner. so I put it down, but yes you read that right it seriously tasted like I was drinking a mix of cherry drink with an industrial cleaner!!! Now I am sitting at the edge of my bed at 11:20PM feeling sick, nauseous, over heated and freezing at the same time and Ive already thrown up. Thats all I have to say besides I am NEVER going to this theater AGAIN!!!! Too bad because its my neighborhood theater.

Weve visited this theater a few times and Id say that weve enjoyed it. The biggest issue is the amount of unruly kids that have clearly taken over. Theyre loud, they move in packs, they throw things at the screen and make it really hard to enjoy being there. I really feel bad for the people that work there and have to clean up after them. Unfortunately, we have to find a new theater because it feels like a waste to spend money and not be able to enjoy the experience because parents are relying on this place to babysit their kids.

Ive been going here every week for the past few years. The prices are fair and the staff freindly. The only problem are the patrons. Nothing is done to ensure a pleasant movie experience. Kids rule the theatre by talking and using their phones and adults are just as bad and let them. People kick your chair on purpose and you basically have to start a fight to get someone to shut up or call the police, again.

Worst decision to go to this place, over crawled, no one to elp, dirty floors and bathrooms, when I asked for help one of the staff told me help your self, started to laugh sarcastically and simply walked away talking in Spanish , lines to print tickets or to buy where extremely long....definitely not a place to take family to see a movie and enjoy afternoon.

This place is the perfect date night spot. Dinner and a movie all rolled in to one premium experience. Come early and order from your seat, prices arent too bad seats are comfy and the food was delicioso. I had a pasta and the wifey had churasco steak everything good. Good movie good dining. Good spot to go!! Just wish it was closer to my area

This cinema has been in Miami Lakes for decades yet it remains clean, comfortable, and up-to-date with technology. The only problem is that the gangs of kids keeps me from going on weekend evenings. the management needs to do something before someone gets hurt. Ive even seen a flash of what looked like a firearm in one teenagers waistline.

Its a really large area with an especially well-kept theater and really good places to eat (ex. Cobblestone, Pizza Scene, Italy Today). Plus, they have some stores that are really good, including a large Pandora for girls and women out there. Overall, a really great place if you are desiring to see a movie and get a quick bite afterwards.

Theater is pretty comfortable. Seats are reclinable and comfy. Unfortunately, the overpriced food that they offer is not the best and frankly they never have what they offer anyway. They offer pizza or monster nachos but every time I come and order something like that they never have it. So why the hell put it on the menu. Some bs.

The staff is always friendly when we go or call there and its always nice to have them thank you for coming and tell you to have a good evening when you leave the theatre. The off duty police officers working there are professional and keep things in order. Its usually our first pick for a theatre when we want to see a movie.

Movie theaters have to step their game up: the floor was dirty and sticky as usual, the staff is whatever about helping you out and the theater in general is not that great. More often than not, the screens are the size of my TV at home and the screens are damaged. Not the best movie theater unfortunately for its location.

This location has improved greatly in the last years, but still has some to go. Some of the auditoriums are a bit sound deficient, the floors sticky, and the screens dirty (this affects the picture sometimes). Can get crowded on weekend evenings, but getting a seat for matinees is a breeze.

This is probably one of the best situated movie theaters in town because once your done with your movie you head down to mainstreet where there is a bunch of shops and places to eat the downside is that there is never any parking ,it is alwyas packed, but other than that its pretty good

Last Sunday 3/19/17 I went with my family to see Kong Skull Island. Services was awful when ordering food. The lady who helped us has minimun customer services skills. The restrooms disgusting the strong odor was all over the halls. My last time going

Never had an issue here with the service given by the staff. As any movie theater there may be kids being loud which I have always just asked to either be quiet or leave. Great location as it is right in the heart of many apartment/homes nearby!

This movie theater is usually kept very clean and the lines are bearable. The food counter also has a good selection of snacks to choose from, but as with all movie theaters, the prices for snacks are sky-high. Pretty good theater overall.
