Ninja Warrior Contest / Setting Kids Up For Failure!!! Entered July 2017 Ninja Contest which increased from $15.00 in 2016 to a whopping $35.00 per entry. We entered on child and one teen. It was an unorganized Disaster from the begining. No one actually in charge, just a few dopey employees changing the rules so many times that by the time the contest ended the kids that won did not even score high enough from what these employees had initially changed the requirements too. The course was changed from its regular appearance to a course that not one kid could complete past the first row, they installed a balance beam/ slack line that all the kids were falling off of therefore disqualifying them right away. Parents were furious, kids and teens were nervous, angry, and unhappy. They did not let any of the participants practice before they went wxcept the Adults that did their competition at 6pm, and that was because all the parents were upset because the kids were set up for failure on a course that was made too hard for the general public. The micophones did not work so no one could understand the announcer or any of the info she was trying to convey, although it was changing every minute anyway. What a waste of money and time and a terrible experience for all the kids/teens involved. Everyone was saying never again to this miserable excuse of a competition. The announcer couldnt even explain to all the angry parents how the winners were picked because they kept changing the rules and low level employees were making the rules up as they went along. The announcer finally threw up his hands and said he had nothing to do with it, he couldnt handle all the upset parents. Shame on the Absentee Owners that took all the money and ruined so many kids/teens day at an event that should and could have lifted spirits, made kids feel like they accomplished something, and allowed team spirit and oh yeah, FUN ! None was had at this place. Dont sign up next year as it is strictly Money Making for Rebounders Owners !

Were from the Ft Lauderdale (So FL) area and we were taking a road trip with our two kids, ages 2 & 7, to SC and NC. This was the perfect stop, only about 1 mile from i95, to let the kids run & jump after sitting in a car for hours, and grab lunch or dinner. We stopped both on the way up and down since we liked it so much. Besides the normal trampolines and such, they have a "ninja" course which both bigger kids and adults can try, and different levels of the course. Theres a toddler area with a foam pit, a banana ride, wall puzzle thingies, and a car like thing the kids can sit in and pretend to drive. There are plenty of arcade games, in good working condition, maybe 30? Nothing, at this point was broken (which we usually see at the places by us). It wasnt overwhelmingly filled with the electronic games which was nice cause my kids sometimes tend to stop jumping to play the video games. The place was never very busy or crowded, even the layout was spread out compared to the places by us in So FL, and their bathrooms were clean and nice. The menu had a good range of choices for kids and adults. They have the standard kids fare (pizza, hot dogs, nuggets, etc.), burgers, grilled chicken sandwiches, salad, a grilled veggie wrap with hummus - overall a good selection and decent quality food. They mentioned they were recently renovated which showed. I also want to point out that the people working there were very nice. The people working there always had a smile for us and the kids, and were very helpful. Our second visit was on the way home and there were very few patrons so we felt comfortable leaving our leftover food on the table while we played some games. Anyhow, we had already cleared away the garbage and I grabbed an extra plate to cover the pizza my son didnt eat. When we returned to the table one of the ladies had boxed it up in a to go box which was really nice. If we plan another long road trip well definitely stop here again.

It took 2 wks for the party planner to call us back. Finally got in touch with her a wk AFTER my sons birthday, and we booked the party. We arrived 20 mins prior to party time, as I was told to. During this time we waited for them to clean the room. (Should have used this time for waiver info). We got settled in the room. 40 mins later, the host took us to archery and we played for 10 mins. Next she told us to jump for 25 mins and then the last activity was tag. We watched other ppl jump while we waited in line..times up, never did! (a simple timer would correct this problem) Funny thing while waiting in line, I spoke to a ref that said "good luck trying to get in here (the trampoline) tonight." He said "most people spend their allotted time waiting in line. If you only have an hour, youre out of luck." Another person from our party arrived and was asked to pay (we were allowed 12 participants, we had 5 but she was still asked to pay!) We didnt get a chance to play tag; they said only 1/2 of our party could play. Finally I complained to John (manager on duty), Olivia (associate who got a attitude and rolled eyes at me several times), and Julia. I told them I wasnt paying anymore money. To retaliate, they went in the party room took the pizza and drink out of my grandmothers hands...very classy. We told them the lines were too long and we only played for 10 mins and they should have a disclaimer about line times. Olivia stated "well, then no one would come would they?" That was it, I told them that we wanted our money back. Julia told me that this was for the rental of the room, so I asked them to leave the room which they refused. Then they then changed the story that the money was the deposit. Sad and disappointed that we postponed the party, then drove over a hour in the pouring rain to be disrespected at this facility.

Worst Trampiline park we have ever experienced. We chose to drive 45 minutes to come to this arena for my sons birthday. My children rarely even got a chance to jump for the negligent employees "referreeing" the areas. They allowed multiple kids to breeze past. Then, when my children went to jump, they stopped them. Toddler area---- parents beware. Its nothing more than an area on the floor with daycare grade baby toys. They DO NOT have a designated area for small children. They are to jump in the same area as the big kids. This place smelled of mildew and drinks/napkins and other miscellaneous trash was sitting all over the place, including the arcade games. I asked to speak with the manager because we our time officially started at 1610 and we were putting shoes on by 1625. I requested a partial refund being that we spent over $52 for 2 children, one adult, and a toddler to jump. My son was so upset and the manager had no kind words to say. She looked like a teenager (probably a child of the owner claiming to be a manager") and she even rolled her eyes when I acknowledge the false advertising regarding the toddler play section. She said they "never" give refunds. This is by far the worst experience my children and I have ever had at a trampoline park. What a way to waste so much money. And, not to mention ruin my childs birthday. Others were complaining as well.... Stating they would never return and that it was highly overrated. We will never be back. Dont waste your time or money on this place.
