AVOID THE RESTAURANT AND NEVER RENT CLUBS FROM THIS FACILITY. Visiting the area, I booked a tee time after being told that they rent clubs for both men and women. After arriving I discovered that the clubs are rented out of the restaurant, which is separate from the course and starter. And the person in charge told me, "Yeah, our clubs are all unisex." I paid a hefty fee for a rental set and, after getting on the course, I discovered that they never cleaned them from the previous renter. And, worse, someone had left half of their uneaten lunch in the bag. GROSS! The condition of the grips was terrible - several clubs had grips that were torn and frayed down to the metal shaft. Others had melted grips that stuck to your hands and requires you to wash the goo off at the ball washer after each hole. When I returned the clubs to the "person-in-charge" I brought these complaints to his attention and he merely laughed and said "you should have inspected every club before you went out." I asked him if that wasnt their job since they managed the place. He laughed again and said "no." I asked him for his name and he refused to provide it and ordered me to leave. I learned his name "Kayvohn" from the starter and decided to post my lousy experience here. I also observed that the workers who rent the clubs and handle all of the dirty equipment are also those who handle and serve the restaurant food. And they DO NOT WASH THEIR HANDS before handling and serving food. This part of the facility deserves even less than 1 star. Other than that, the course is in fairly good condition and merits a 3-star rating.

Cheap af. I recommend the par 3 for all skill levels. 25 cent club rentals, that you get and pay for at the starter for the par 3, how can you complain about that? The regulation sized 18 is in great shape. Wide fairways, shorter holes, hairy slow greens were like a thick carpet to putt on compared to Torrey pines the same week. Monday afternoon walked right on with a 3 some, place was emptyish. Staff is rough around the edges and actual service is non existent. Oh yeah, CHEAP AF

Love both the big and small par 3 course. Big is nice size and challenging. I got my first eagle on this course and ran into OJ Simpson more then once. Celeb Sighting! Small par 3 is great course to get in a quick game and practice up your short game. Plus they have soccer-golf fun game for the family.

Good local spot to go hit a few drives but can get very busy. Never been on the course but Id expect its sloooow. Shop / Diner / Bar is OK but doable for a public course post-round pint. Plenty of parking and a fun par 3 down the back.

For as much as this course gets played, its in great condition. Its one of very few public courses in the area that will challenge a good golfer and offer a relaxing walk through a lovely park in the middle of a metropolis.

$8 round of golf on a par 3 is perfect for a not so serious golfer like myself. During the week its pretty dead so I can take my time or rush through it. Do not go during the weekend unless you have 5 hours to spare.

Great down town golf course in LA!!! L.A. Open in 1961; reigning Masters and U.S. Open champion Arnold Palmer carded a twelve after a great tee shot was followed by four consecutive shots out of bounds.

Excellent track, but can run slow during peak times. Nice range, but limiting in that you cant hit any woods or hybrids off the upper deck, which means everybody fights for a lower level spot.

Havent been to many driving ranges/courses, but it seemed nice. My friend and I were the last ones driving and they turned the lights off on us. I guess thats one way to kick customers out.

Beautiful grounds for non-golfers to walk at this most popular golf course in the city. Archery school, tennis courts and set course with markers for walkers

They run a tight ship over there. Otherwise just a solid course. Good that it is in the city so close but also lacking in a lot of facets.
