I will preface by saying I am in your theater at least 5 times a month. Do the math... 3 people, tickets, WAY WAY WAY WAY overpriced concessions and the worst arcade Ive ever seen... I put money into all of this weekly at minimum, usually cash as I"ve had charges on my cards days after I went to this theater yet like an idiot I keep coming back. Lack of competition must be nice for you.... . Last three movies I went to I had the same issue. Inconsiderate patrons talking non stop right next to me. Each time I went for an usher and was told someone was coming and nobody came deal with the issue.. I sat through three 3D movies and had chatter throughout. After asking for help from your staff I ended up leaving on two occasions for fear of violence and the other because I wasnt going to deal with 10 tweens on face book sitting in front of me and 10 times as many chattering behind me. Last movie I saw was Warcraft on 6/11/16. This one cost me way, way more than it should have so I am going to focus on that.... I approached a different staff member each separate time and each out of FIVE times I tried to get help no one came. We had a family sitting behind me among whom not one, obviously, had never played the game, because I heard all 4 of them say so a few dozen times every 10 minutes between asking each other what was going on in the movie. Since nobody came eject them, in the last 15 minutes of the movie I turned and asked politely for quite for the rest of the film and was greeted with threats of violence, which was immediately greeted with both applause and kudos for trying to let EVERYONE enjoy the last bit of the film. I believe that the patrons sitting near us were having an equally miserable experience thanks to the loudmouths behind me. I immediately reported once again to an employee. AGAIN nobody came. My 10 year old child and I were forced to LEAVE or I would have had to defend myself. Again... reported.. again... nobody came.... We sat in the lobby area for a bit and just left in disgust.. Another real big issue I have is the fact that I spent over an hour trying to get someone there on the phone to ask if the in game content bonus cards were still available, which was the ONLY reason I brought my son to the movies instead of waiting for what I knew was gong to be a poor film to come out on DVD. One of your reps said "Yes sir, we have plenty game cards" so i drove 40 miles to pick up my kid and then go to the Houma LA theater. When we got there, EVERY of the 10+ employees I spoke to said they NEVER had the cards! The cards would have saved me money on game play so I went to this theater and wasted money on two #d tickets paid in cash and two on my card, expecting game time for the three kids I brought with me. When we got there NOBODY in your whole theater seemed to know there was such a thing as a bonus gift card that comes with the ticket. After some looking into this I am seeing people SELLING those cards for very high prices, both real life money and the money in the game as they have exclusive in game content only available if you go to the movie. So you see, I was either lied to or conned into going spend way more money than anyone should to eat popcorn and have something to drink for FOUR kids and myself to NOT get the bonus gift your representatives assured me I drove almost 100 miles and spent almost 100 bucks to NOT acquire but also put in a position where I may have had to physically defend myself because your staff does not have the courage to do their jobs coupled with suspected theft.... I want, if nothing else, the two game cards I can verify by bank transaction and a refund on all purchases made on my card on that date. Otherwise I will do what I vowed never to do.. I can see anything you run before the premiers online FREE and I will indeed break my moral code to do so, as you seem to have broken your moral code to drive me to this point.

I want to give 5 star review sooo bad, but I cannot. I cannot because I am admittedly a night owl and well..... this theaters last show times are often around 7pm...???? Its amusing to think... that because movies are shown in the dark and, well, it is also dark at night. Why then, are movies only shown during the day? Ill have to give a no star review, because quite frankly, I havent yet been to the AMC Palace 10 and probably never will.... due to my sleep condition/work schedule/night terrors. I hope im not coming across as needy or pushing but PLEASE SHOW LATER MOVIE!!!

Do not waste your time going to this theatre. Prices for snacks/drinks/popcorn are so outrageous your money is better spent going to the movie tavern. MObie tavern offers a much nicer /cleaner environment, a full meal for practically the same price, and an over app unique experience. I thoroughly regret the money I spent at the amc palace 10. I WISH I WOULD HAVE WAITED UNTIL TICKETS WERE AVAILABLE AT THE MOVIE TAVERN.

Its a very normal theater experience , my wife and I go to the movies a lot....I wish they had a Imax similar to the Esplanade cinema in Kenner..you pay more for the experience but its worth it...overall this is a very normal theater...popcorn and coke are normal theater priced, just remember its a theater not a convenience store..so you pay more for candy etc....good theatre...

Easy and fast getting tickets. Workers are very nice and the experience is good. Only bad thing is snack prices are really high. I bought 1 large popcorn and a small drink and I paid $14 and the drink machine was running out of flavors for the drink so it was not worth the price I paid. Other than that, I am always happy when I go there.

Purchasing tickets was fast, but the snack prices are far too expensive. $30 for 2 drinks, and 2 small popcorns. Other local theaters charge half the price. I will never buy snacks there again. $53 for 2 people to see a movie and have popcorn and a drink, outrageous!!! Never again! Thank goodness it wasnt 3D, it would have been more.

Its the second time Ive been to this theater. The first time, I asked for senior rates and was not given a discount. Since I wasnt sure if the guest server heard me, I decided to let it pass. The second time, I was very clear that I would like to receive the senior rate. I was then told that it is not offered. Why?

I felt like a scrub. We were told to get out the line for vip customers but the people behind us werent vip cust. He never asked anyone else to show their vip card but us. I work at a major oil refinery, just because Im black doesnt mean I dont have money. Never felt so disrespected in my life

I hate this place. They over charge for everything and they dont even try to make sure the movies work. This theater is a waste of money and time, Id rather drive to Baton Rouge or New Orleans than come to this theater. If you have the chance, avoid it at all cost.
