This place EXTORTS money from good people. They own the entire parking lot which leaves people that want to dine at New York burger bar no place to park. I went to dine before bowling with some friends I parked in the bowling lot since I was going to the lanes after to play , as Im sitting down at the burger bar another patron comes in and yells hey man your car is getting towed. I run outside and see the tow truck at the corner with my car on the lift. He pulls back in the parking lot and says hey I can forget all this if you pay me $75. So I immediately agree and asked him if he accepted credit cards. He said no only cash then he immediately tells me "hey its a nice day " how about you give me 60 bucks and well call it good. So I speculated it was a scam. Most lift fees are one flat rate and are not negotiable. Come to find out after talking to a verified source they are in fact in cahoots with each other. The owner of the burger place felt so bad that he comped our entire meal. He told us he doesnt know why they tow patrons cars from the lot knowing theres no parking. Not to mention the bowling was completely empty. When I went into the bowling alley and asked for the manager I was greeted with a rude and arrogant attitude. I immediately felt disrespected. The manager on duty that was a old blonde headed lady with glasses was rude and did not care that I was about to bowl with some friends at their place of business. Please save yourself the trouble and the disgusting attitude of the management and do NOT go here.

**DO NOT HOST YOUR PARTIES AT ANY OF THEIR BOWLING ALLEYS** Has to be the worst experience in my life...I emailed the owner Brenda, she called me on a Friday and was very preoccupied with other things around her that she kept asking me to hold and then ask if she could email me the prices while also informing me that she was off on the weekends so she would get back to me on Monday. She did NOT email that day or that weekend. Monday she emailed it and called later on that day, we did a deposit and she was suppose to call back on Wednesday to confirm the head count....She did NOT. Come Friday I called her she had my party confused with someone else but she fixed it so I thought. I authorized the last payment. Saturday 7/2/2016 I went to the bowling alley and learned that the party wasnt at that location, she had put it at a different location 20 minutes away. Get there and they had NO idea that I was having a party so nothing was done (it was suppose to be a party of 12, 2 jugs of soda, 2 pizza pies and a balloon setup). I dont blame the staff bc they tried everything they could to help. They didnt even know that I authorized the last payment so it was suppose to be paid in full but bc they didnt have that information they wanted me to pay again before they would bring out the food and drinks, which I refused to pay again so we didnt have anything but water. I called and email Brenda right than and there and she didnt answer if respond. Its now 752016 and she still did NOT have the decency to call me back.

Just wanted to say thank you to Brenda and everyone else at Massapequa Bowl for how helpful, professional and accommodating they have been regarding our Annual Family Bowling Day. Due to changes in our church schedule we had to change days etc... and we could not be happier with how everything is being handled. This is a much looked forward to event in our Sunday School year and Massapequa Bowl makes the day just perfect for good family fun. We would not think of going anywhere else. Thank you again. Video Game Trading Post

Parking is terrible and they have a tow truck company watching the cameras policing the area. Planned to check out the arcade, but visited the rescue cats two doors down first. Comeback to my car on a tow truck. I checked out the non existent arcade after I only had to pay $40 to the tow truck guy instead of over $200 if he towed me. If parking is that big of an issue have a valet service and gate off the area rather than lose customers for life.

This bowling alley is TERRIBLE the lanes arent oiled the place is old and for such a big area there are barely any lanes the manager is this blonde lady with a terrible attitude kicked me and my friends out early because we were taking balls from other lanes (from our friends) because her machines suck and dont give balls back please save yourself the trouble travel the extra 5 minutes go to levitown alleys so much nicer never have any problems

Went on a thrus w my babe . We called up to find out when it wasnt going to be crowded and came after the camps left . I had gotten a groupon deal to bowl for two hrs and get popcorn also . It was a great lounge place to hang , sit , chill , and bowl . Great staff . I got my ass kicked at bowling . I also liked they have one side regular bowling and one side disco bowling so you can choose which side u want to bowl on . Its a plus !

Lanes dont give your balls back, they consistently lock up requiring resets, and the pin slider went down mid throw, which stopped my ball, leading an employee to ask us whats wrong with us. Games also stopped mid game, forcing us to go contact the manager, who charged for the rest of the game. Would not recommend. The only redeeming factor was the food.

Im bowled over but why the negative hype, this bowling alley is pinned for people of all walks of life! You will know your at a good bowling alley as I used to be in a league it entertains you here! Going out to have a bowl and feel good doesnt have to end up on a bad video put on YouTube thats for the alley cats in us all!

Thank you so much Massapequa Bowl for helping to make our bowling fundraiser a huge success! We had 84 kids and you accommodated all of us so well. We love everyone at Massapequa Bowl! Everyone was so helpful and welcoming. We look forward to coming back again soon for another great event!

We booked a kids birthday party there and I was so happy and pleased with the bowling alley and staff. I loved the couches and the set-up for eating. I will definitely book another party and be going there again to bowl just for fun!!!

Food and drinks are poor and overly priced. Lanes are poorly oiled, bowling balls are hard to find proper sizes. Employees are rarely to be found at the front desk at night.
