Food is okay depending on what you get. The service is the worst Ive seen in a long time and its consistently bad. You can be the only one at a bar table and still not get service. Your water glass will sit empty forever unless you call someone over. I had to go find someone just to pay my bill and leave. Sitting at the bar gets you slightly better service because youre in their face but even thats no guarantee. They also overlook certain ingredients in the meals so make sure you know what youre supposed to get. For example, I ordered a General Tsos chicken which was supposed to come with some vegetables but all I got was a plate of breaded chicken with sauce on top. The breakfasts are really good when they have everything to make it. Ive ordered just to have them come back and tell me their out of something so I would have to change my order. I really hope they work out the kinks and get someone to overlook the quality of the staff more closely. I can go to a heavily crowded restaurant and get better service and more accurate meals than this place can do with only two people sitting at a table.

Had $200 stolen from me by another player. When I informed the dealer and the floor personnel , I was told, "He is a regular." as if that somehow made him stealing my money okay. The guy then took the chips to the cashier cage to cash out and I again informed the manager on duty of what happened and I was again told, "Hes a regular" and their security, who was busy by the door playing on his phone, just let him walk out. I filed a written report after insisting several times to do so. A few days later, I got a call from the manager of Great American Casino in Everett and he told me that they reviewed the video and indeed, the guy had stolen money from me and that he was sorry that this happened. The guy wouldnt had even gotten out of the door had their floor personnel and security staff not been so unresponsive and unprofessional. All I get is an Im sorry. My advice is to stay away. This place is filled with degenerate and desperate gamblers. Clearly, the staff does not have your back should one of these undesirables try to rip you off.

The place has gone down hill since the last management cycle. They have the strangest happy hour and a subpar NFL subscription package which makes it an easy decision to go elsewhere for drinks and blackjack. Second, the homeless have been waging and winning a war with the lone security guard on duty. They steal from the patrons and use drugs in the parking lot. The ccasional pimp/hooker fight in the lobby can be entertaining but the threat of contracting Hep C also increases. Be advised, visit at your own peril and lock your car doors.

So this was the number one hang out spots with my friends. At first it was just a cheap place to have a good drink, then I learned about the food. They used to have a $5.00 steak and eggs special that was always delicious. Good size steak, 2 eggs, hash browns or country potatos and toast. I mean where else are you going to get a deal like that. Ive never played any of the table games but people seem like they have fun. The waitresses are super cute here too.

I give it a negative 5star. Apparently they dont like out of state money, the bar tender can serve you a drink but you cant play cards because they think your to drunk to play when your asking questions about the game and the process of buying chips. Really this place sucks a**

This is a good spot for a quick drink. While its not my first choice, the staff is very friendly, and attentive. Its a local favorite and the food is relatively good!
