As with every movie theater today... OVERPRICED!!! $5. 50 for a medium coke. Movie setup, start and function are not monitored. They only fix a problem when enough people complain. The bathrooms dont get repaired either. Three weeks ago I informed management that the male uranale was leaking when flushed. Guess what, its still leaking all over the floor. The Fandango ticket machines (or who ever owns them) hardly ever work. Management came one day and said we could get tickets from the customer service desk when ever, but guess what. Theyre never there, dont have time for you, or the staff doesnt know where the boss is. Well, if it was their time to get paid, I bet they would know where to find them. If there were another theater near by, this place would never get my business.

Im not from the area so maybe Im used to different things, but decency should be a common trait. The locals are obnoxious, the theatre is overpriced (same with concessions), and in general its not very clean. During my experience, I was looking to talk to a manager to explain more about the Regal points card, so I waited patiently at his desk. There was a female employee standing around doing nothing. Rather than asking me if she could assist me, she just stood there and watched me for about 5 minutes until I ASKED HER if she could get someone for me. Its just stuff like that that makes me wonder where all the money I have to spend on a movie is going to. Because its clearly not going to paying the salaries of better employees.

So. Expensive. Nine dollars for a burger? Eleven for some chicken tenders? (Tax makes it the prices I state). The only thing I would get is the snack pack, and the stuff they offer in it isnt worth the time. I do understand that the theater is in a mall, but that makes no excuse for making me spend twenty dollars that could have been used to buy a sweet t-shirt from Journeys. My suggestion? Eat before you come here, the penny pilfering louts. (P.S. Rude theater patrons sometimes. Its not common, but when it happens, guess who just wasted even MORE money on a movie they couldnt even hear or enjoy? You guessed right pal. This unhappy consumer here.)

During peak hours the concession staff is slow. I waited 15 minutes for two soft pretzels that I am sure they heat via microwave. It would not have been so bad if when I asked about the extended wait for my food the staff member did not reply "I dont know." The staff member showed little concern toward my long wait and continued to take incoming orders from new customers. Had the staff simply replied with "Ill check on that or Ill help you in a few minutes" I would not have any reason to write this below standard review.

Ok, I watch a lot of movies and have been to huge number of theaters. This one has some of the most comfortable seats I have been in. The theater was clean and temperature was perfect. The sound was really good. The prices where very high. Both for food and tickets. I went by myself and spent over $30 for tickets, large popcorn and large drink. I think the popcorn was $11 and large drink was $8. I was shocked. The highest I have ever paid.

My stepson and I went to see The Green Inferno. Awesome but very gory movie. The theater itself was terrible. When we walked in to get seats the theater smelled just like the zoo. A cross between hay and animals, not good. The movie projector broke three times during the movie and when the movie was fixed the lights would be left on for several minutes. (Three times) I more than likely will not go to this theater again.

Customer service is not important to these pubescent concession attendees as well as the ticket ripper who felt it was more important to LeAn against the managers Desk than stay out by his post. When i brought the issue we had with the concession service she just gave me a "yeah, and you expected better" look. Instead of an.apology i got a reply that it was a training issue and nothing she could do now.

I have been standing in line for nearly 20 mins to order freaking popcorn!! There is no reason to have only 3 counters open on opening day to ANY movie. This is AFTER standing in the line to buy tickets for almost 20 mins because only 2 ticket windows were open. So not only are they overpriced... they are slow.

Clean well maintained facility. The staff was great and it had the best managed concession counter Ive ever been too. They did a great job of working through the lines with fast, accurate and courteous service. The temperature inside the theater was perfect so no one complained about getting cold.

an old man started coughing during a very serious part of the film i was seeing. an unseen movie goer behind me could not stop laughing at the old man coughing. i was very disrupted. very disappointing experience, southpark regal cinemas. overall a great theater. i recommend the mini corn dogs!!

Great theatre. I do wish there was something thry could do to manage the talking during movies but that isnt the theatres spot. Abit pricey but comparible to other theatres. Nice theatre for a not so nice mall. Gladto have it near me

This is the best place i have ever been to see a Movie. Great seats, handicap accessible. Every Movie has day time weekday Movie showings for those of us who dont like crowded Theaters. Snacks are like all, pricey but good.

It is what it is. A movie theater. Nothing super special. The seats are comfy, popcorns good when its fresh. The food & drinks are too pricey. Overall I like the place, youre only there for couple of hours, so its cool.

This theater with 16 Cinemas good service and clean seating no sticky floors and no gnats buzzing around has been one of my familys favorite theaters for years this time around we viewed the movie "IT" and it was great

I went to go see The Boss today. The bathrooms, theater were clean. The lines moved quickly, however the previews were ridiculously LONG. After the 5th preview I was ready to leave. The staff was very friendly.

This is a great theater.I just came to vacation here and we went to see a movie and it was wonderful.The seats are comfy,the food is great(a little over priced),the screening and hearing was excellent

The reason I go to the movie theater is for the popcorn; it only seems to be made to order on Fridays and Saturdays. Any other time they should charge no more than half price for stale popcorn!

I remember when Colonial Hts didnt have any movies. We would sit on the bus bench at the pool hall and count out of state license plates. We didnt need no stinkin" movies.

The theater lets the audience get away with Waaaaaay too much talking. Ive tried twice but I refuse to return. The majority of my friends have had the same issue as well.
