What can I say about the lambermont Estate lol. John David Ramirez and my self were supposed to have our wedding reception and wedding at this location but due to certain circumstances we had to change the date, they were very understanding and let me tell you how ,they were going to charge us double for our wedding date for changing our day, not only did we not get to use this location they also kept our $4,500 that we paid for our wedding reception you would have thought we could at least use it for our wedding rehearsal dinner ,nope !!!!!! not at all ,stay away from this money-hungry venues.,, They seem very helpful and understanding but when it comes right down to it they will the take your money. Donna and Erica seem to be very nice ,be careful ,once you give them your money its gone to pay their bill Or payroll. never once did we received a phone call to see what happened or what was going On, nope, they had the money, it was deposited in their bank and they paid their bills with it.

The place obviously looks amazing. Thats the easy part. Being a good host that understands the stresses of wedding planning and making your event the most spectacular...thats the hard part. Dona and Erica made it look easy. They were unbelievable. The reason they accel at this is because the care. Its that simple. They take pride in what they do and do it well. They were more than accommodating. They were excellent communicators. Nothing fell through the cracks. They were "on" all night. By the time I noticed something was not going to plan, they already had a solution to fix it without me having to ask. Our guests showered us with compliments all night on how magical and perfect our wedding was. Let these stand up ladies do the same for you.

We had my daughters wedding there last weekend. We could not have been more pleased!!!! Everything was done to perfection. Donna and Erica were on top of every detail. My guests were all complimenting the venue and how smooth everything went. The house is decorated very high-end, but still in the 1894 original décor. We spent the night, and coffee was waiting for us on the second floor landing in the morning. I felt like I was at a family members house for the weekend!!!!

Well, its actually to rich for my blood, but night someone was having a birthday party there, and I sat outside the fence tucked away, and the house band was amazing. Im pretty sure was Fitz and the Tantrums.

Beautiful, historic, great for a small wedding. Would be 5 stars if not for the poor handicapped accesibilty. Also entire wedding would have to be outside mainly and its mostly grass so not good for high heels

This was our first year coming to the WEBB Party, AND IT WAS AMAZING!! The Lambermont Estate is beautiful, inside and out. We are extremely excited for the WEBB Party thats scheduled for next Halloween.

Owner is very friendly and nice, house is gorgeous and unique! Love the hidden sitting area and fireplace at the foot of the staircase!
