First off let me say i loved the waterpark and the lifegaurds. Unfortunatly ...... i attended a birthday on saturday from 11 to 2 and was watching .. those lifegaurds have to walk on egg shells because of crazy pregnant AGM who thinks questioning people in situation is the way to go . A young boy had gotten a bloody nose and the life gaurds did there job on controlling the situation and attending to the boy .. in the midst of all this the agm has to question every thing there doing. I would have brought my kids there more often but it seems like if you have trained professionals scared to make a wrong move and always looking over there shoulder . They cannot watch the water or look for signs for something wrong. It was a very uncomfortable enviroment. The cleaning people were also not being helpful and things were just piling up. So in conclusion it would be an awesome waterpark and would have been a great place to even do my kids birthdays but i will not support a place that belittles there staff and in return makes it unsafe.

We just stayed over the weekend to celebrate end of season for basketball. Things did not go altogether smoothly, but your staff handled it very well. First off, we werent able to get into our room until after 5:30 because it wasnt ready yet, but your front desk staff were very nice about it, and provided a number of credits and gift certificates as a means to compensate us. Very nicely done! Secondly, we had a banquet room for the kids and adults to be able to eat and hang out together. We had nearly 40 of us in there, but only had 1 waitress who was doing all of the clearing of plates and taking orders by herself (her name was Jennifer). Despite being short staffed, she was fantastic! She remained very fun and friendly, and delivered very good service to our entire group. Breakfast service the next day was excellent as well. This hotel was extremely busy when we were there, but your staff seemed very good, very friendly, and I think handled the chaos very well. Good job!

Attendants and food staff for the bday party were very nice. Lifeguards were fine for the most part. They did stand around a lot and were kind of uninterested, and it wasnt busy at all. One lifeguard was helpful. They were dressed and out the door before 2:00. Manager on duty was glaring and not helpful at all, not friendly, just made a couple snarky comments throughout our visit and didnt help out when we needed it, just sat there. Meh.

Great place to go with the family. I have a 21 month old son and this was perfect. There is a pool with all kinds of activities like floating islands to jump on and basketball hoops. There are also some fun water slides that end up in the pool. The best for us was the 8" deep area for the small ones. It had slides, squirting cannons, fountains, and a big pirate ship in the middle. Awesome place!

Such a fun place! The waterpark is amazing for the kids and we adults had a great time as well with the beer/wine served at the concession stand along with all of the standard snacks and treats for the kids. Also had a fantastic arcade where there is a ticket counter to recieve prizes! Great time, gorgeous rooms.

Poor staff. Bad rooms at a bad price. They say there sold out but then have many empty rooms available. Dirty public restrooms poor food quality for the $. I see another waterpark hotel closing at the hands of management. Sad place I will never attempt another stay there.

I had a problem in my room and it was easily taken care of by Matt. Mat is the maintenance guy at the hotel and one call DOES IT ALL with this guy! Pow zing Matt to the rescue. The hotel was nice and super clean. I hope to be back soon. FIVE STARS MATT!

Just had a birthday party here very disappointed honestly. The water park worked well for the kids and they did enjoy it. However the pizza they served was under cooked and the cake was still frozen. I have never seen these kids turn down cake and pizza.

Excellent place for a birthday party, but make sure the staff stays on top of things. Two tunnel slides, a swimming area, a large toddler pond with slides and fountains. If your kids love swimming this place is a hit.

Weve had several birthday parties here for our boys, and everyone has a great time. The staff are very friendly and helpful; its a great venue overall!

My daughter loved this place, stayed there for a night after Christmas, a must go if you have kids and youre in Minnesota.
