Brief: The projector in the theater we were seated in would switch from a normal brightness to dim enough to be difficult to see the film. We went and asked for our money back, the owner/manager (whoever he was, Im uncertain), told us, "theres nothing we can do about that." If you like spending your money at a theater where broken equipment is acceptable and they have no plans of fixing it then this is your theater. Full: Im surprised at all of the good reviews of this place. I took my wife to see a film on a Saturday, the lobby had quite a few very badly flickering fluorescent lights which gave the air of "we dont care about our business". We bought our tickets (which we couldnt pay for with credit card, cash only because their system was down), and went to our theater. There were quite a few people in there, so Im not sure if it was warm because of the amount of people or if they just have the temperature set quite high, but it was relatively uncomfortable. At this point none of the things bothered me enough to leave, it would have been a 4 star experience (mostly for the flickering lights and warm humid environment), but the thing that I refused to accept was the projector. The projector would flip between a normal brightness and what looks almost like a "overheat" function, that is the unit would power down the bulb to prevent it from overheating. Basically the movie would switch from normal brightness to about 1/3 the brightness of when the projector was behaving. I wasnt going to pay for that, so my wife and I both agreed to leave. We went to the lobby and told them wed like a refund, and they gave us our money back. One of the younger people there asked us why, and we told him about the fluctuating projector. There was a man in his 60s, he said in a snippy tone, "Theres nothing we can do about that." IS THAT SO? You couldnt get your projector serviced? You couldnt buy a new projector? Theres nothing in your power as the owner of this establishment you could do to fix a broken projector? This was my first visit, and itll definitely be my last as well. I dont need to play Russian roulette with my hard earned money to see if a projector is broken. Ill go to a theater where they care about the viewing experience. Will it cost me $12 instead of $8? Yes, but for the assurance of the theater not using broken equipment its worth it.

Went last night with my wife to watch a movie at the late show. When we arrived the 3 kids ahead was made to go outdoors because they could not get admitted to the movie, ( Lets be cops) without and adult . She said your not old enough. When we took our seat the very 3 kids sat ahead of us. They had their cell phone lit most of the evening and carried on a complete conversation on the phone while the other 2 screamed and laughed really loud before the movie. Not to mention 2 other children behind us laughing and moving the seats with their feet. The cop at the movie is a waste of time as he does nothing to come in and out and see the kids and their actions. During this movie their was a complete bare naked backside of a man and his genitals showing. HMMM... they were not old enough to see this movie yet they got in. Proof that these children buy tickets for other movies and simply go across the hall to their movie choice and all employees including the cop seem to have no knowledge of whats going on ???? Talk about contributing to deliquency of minors?? Needless to say the volume was not loud enough to hear and nobody seemed to care. If you want to enjoy your movie choice dont go to Zephyrhills Cinema 10. Drive to Brandon or Plant city.

It could be a great place, the facilities are nice and well kept, but its a hang out for young kids who dont care that other paid to see and HEAR a movie too. The "security" does nothing about the kids running in and out of the theaters and talking. The last movie we went to, we talked to the owner himself about it and he "banned" that group of kids for a month ..but I doubt it stuck because who can remember the faces of all these kids. Meanwhile, you lost the business of my 5 person family ..for good.

Not to best quality theater but the price for a ticket and concessions is unbeatable. Its clean. We like going here. Its close to home and when youre on a budget but still want to see the latest movies, its great! Weve had some issues with loud teenagers sitting beside us, in front of us and behind us but when we informed the manager he took care of it. We will be going back for sure.

In town on a brief vacation. Had time to kill so we went to see a movie. Its not a big fancy theater but it was perfect. Staff is friendly and right on the ball. The ticket price was half of what we pay at home. And the prices on the concessions were good as well. Probably the best popcorn Ive had! Moving to Zephyrhills later this year. Im sure they will be seeing more of us!

Best popcorn of any movie theater I have experience had! The kids behind the counter are fast and courteous. Not to mention the nachos and hot dogs are also excellent. This group operates a first class operation with budget concession prices. A real gem for this community!

i dont go to the movies that often but when i do this is the place i take my family to. the theaters seating is very good and its a great modern feel inside. the sound system is state of the art. its clean and the parking lot is well lit for security. the price is fair.

Absolutely a great time. The matinee today was awesome. Clean Theater, Super friendly and helpful staff. The seats were very nice and the bathrooms clean. Took my family of 6 and it was super affordable even for the concessions. We will be going again and again .

This is the closest indoor theater to Dade City which is where I live. Great little theater. Good sound quality and plenty of room. Friendly staff. Always a pleasure seeing a movie here. Furthermore it is locally owned and operated so they take pride in that.

Somewhere in time we movie-goers allowed theaters to push ads that have nothing to do with movies into our movie-going experience. This theater has plenty going for it, but the owner needs to keep the hometown edge he has over the big theaters in Tampa.

I lived here for three years now and went to this theatre twice. Both times we went something was broken and we where unable to watch a movie. Time for this place to come out of the dark ages and get new equipment. Ill be spending my money elsewhere.

This is a great, small theater. The screens are very good, the audio is excellent and the staff are always helpful. Prices are currently $7 for anybody at any show, which is pretty good. It just feels like my personal theater. I love it.

My daughter and I love the $1.00 seat days during the summer.even if we already seen the movie its always fun to just go and watch a movie, the theater is always clean ,staff is friendly, prices even regular movies are not overly priced
