Being a rainy day, we decided to bring our kids and some of thier friends (8 total). After spending a decent amount a money, at $15 each for an hour. They began shutting down certain areas of the trampolines so they can "the employees can get a break", said the manager. Her explanation was that, if there isnt anyone in the area they would shut it down for 15 min and then expect the kids to "line up at the closed sign when theyre ready". I guess to que the employee that theyre ready to play in the area again...AFTER being kicked out for their "break". When my wife confronted her about the issue, she responded with "well, your the only one with a problem about it". Nice. So much for an open gym. How about mentioning this at the time of registration/ payment or hire more employees. At $15 a person in sure you can hire someone else to look unconvinced for a few hours.

Good news first: the location offers five different activities that are all fun. The basketball and dodgeball areas are certainly my favorite. Bad news: granted that I went on a weekend, the area prioritizes private parties. If a private party(ies) reserves a certain area (for example dodgeball) they rightfully so can use for up to thirty minutes. However, the bad part is that if for example I pay for 1 and 1/2 hours for admittance but the Dodge ball section is reserved for the next two hours, theres no chance of getting on the court. So, overall i would certainly return.

A lady in a black coat kicked us off of the trampoline. Thats the big part. FULL STORY: We head to Sky Zone for a Bday. We get on the trampolines for an hour and a half jump. We were on for 30 minutes. The manager kicked us off for SAFETY! My aunt went to get a FULL REFUND. The lady said "Oh, we can do a full refund, but then he cant jump while sitting." YOU ARE SAYING THIS TO THE AUNT AND PARENT OF A KID WITH A RARE DISABILITY. JUMPOLOGY HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THIS! SKY ZONE CAN REACH TOWARDS THE SKY AND GET SHUT DOWN. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Been waiting for a long time for one of these trampoline places to come to fredericksburg. The kids love it. Wide variety of trampoline activities for all ages from obstacle course, basketball and dodge ball. The older kids love the glow zone at 8-11 on weekends. Glow in the dark event that adds a twist to this already fun place. Good place to have birthday parties. Great staff, always friendly

Nice clean facility. Spacious with ample seating. Fun place to take the kids to play for an hour or two; however, the cost is a bit higher than it should be to jump on trampolines. I was expecting a little more. $16/kid for an hour, $21/kid for hour and a half or $26/kid for two hours. Yeah, it can get quite expensive if you have more than two little ones.

Unsafe. Please spend some time and read that waiver that may become your reality. My sn was severely hurt because they dont check the facility for expose metals. Upon arrival to the hospital in Spotsylvania we were told this happens on a weekly bases. Kids getting hurt and not Minor. Why is this play place for kids still open?

Great place for kids and adults both. Excellent for partys. One issue is that the upstairs party rooms are not wheelchair accessible but they do have main floor party rooms. My biggest complaint is that there is a baby changing station in the womens room but not in the mens room. I had to change my baby on the floor.

It doesnt smell like feet yet like the other ones. Its significantly cheaper than the other ones, which i understand because its a smaller facility. I really wish there were couches in the chill zone for parents that are waiting while their children jump instead of just hard benches.

Not a place for experienced trampoline jumpers, no runway type mats, 39 squares in the freestyle pit but no flipping over the connecting mats. Okay for little kids and parties but not for an experienced bouncer looking to challenge themselves.

Kids loved it!!! Only thing is the stress and anxiety of seeing other children getting hurt. Been running around after my 5 year old trying to keep her safe as kids fly outta every direction. Great place otherwise!!!

Its OK. Still under construction so a quarter of the space isnt available to play in. Also they close off another quarter for birthday vips so if you are just a walk in you might be disappointed.

Its a nice place but i witness a fight during glow. They dont have security and theres alot of older kids who go there to start trouble. I think they could improve if they hire security!!!

We went for a birthday party and both of our kids absolutely loved it, which is a big deal because they are 7 years apart. Cant wait to go back and try out the nija warrior section. :)

I would give this 5 stars if they fire or move there worker named Antonio or something close to that. He is really unfair and a very bad ref when it comes to dodge ball.

It was fun for my kids ages 2, 8 and 15 yrs old. It was a bit warm inside of the building. My only complaint is the fact that you have to buy and use their socks!

What a fun place. My 4 year old had a blast, however I would have liked to see more separation from the older kids and adults from the littler kids.

Each time we go there we have to fill out a waiver form. It doesnt matter whether it was a week ago. Its qite annoying.

Kids loved it, several areas were closed but it didnt bother them. Refreshments are pretty steep though.

Interesting fun. Lots to do and you can even have a party there. The cost is reasonably too.

10 year old loves this place. Adults can join in as well. Dodge ball is the highlight.
