My husband and I had a 5 hour tour on a Sunday in March for my birthday. We had the best time! We found Blue Ridge Wine Excursions on Trip Advisor and our hotel also recommended them. It was very easy to set up our appointment online. Andrea and Eric emailed back and forth with me to set up the perfect tour. Our tour guide was Bit and he was amazing. He picked us up early at our hotel in a beautiful Mercedes. We went to Blue Mountain Brewery (for the hubby), Trump Winery, Pippin Hill, and Albemarle Ciderworks. Bit set up a gourmet snack for us on the beautiful patio at Trump Winery. We cant wait to go back to Charlottesville and take another tour with Blue Ridge Wine Excursions!

My fiance and I recently went on a wine tour with Blue Ridge Wine Excursions for our anniversary and it was absolutely fantastic! We went to 4 wineries that were recommended by our driver (Justin) and everywhere we went we loved. We told him what kinds of wine we liked and he directed us to a couple of small vineyards and a couple of larger ones which matched our taste perfectly. We also got served a gourmet lunch (that blue ridge wine excursions brought) at the small vineyard and we had the entire place to ourselves overlooking beautiful scenery. Blue Ridge Wine Excursions is the ONLY company you should be looking at if you want to tour wineries.

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful wine tour with Blue Ridge Wine Excursions in October. Our driver, Michael Moore, had expert knowledge regarding each winery in the Charlottesville area, and recommended and took us to several that matched our personalities well. He is well-regarded among the wineries, so we received superb attention during each visit. Michael even introduced us to legendary winemaker Gabriele Rausse--a fantastic treat. We whole-heartedly recommend Blue Ridge Wine Excursions, and Michaels tour in particular. We hope to enjoy another wine tour with them soon.

I would definitely recommend this wine excursion/tour to anyone. My girlfriend and I went on a five hour wine tour in early March and it was an outstanding experience. JC was our driver -- he was punctual, friendly, and highly knowledgeable about the area and the wineries. All we did give a little bit of information about ourselves and what type of wine we liked and he came up with a personalized wine tour itinerary. We just sat back and enjoyed the experience and we could not have had a better one.

Andrea was both our driver and chauffeur as well as CEO of Blue Ridge Wine Excursions and we entrusted our experience to her expertise. She did not disappoint and took us to 5 of the best VA wineries in our area not including where we were staying. She knew the history of all of the wineries, and was a delightful and attentive host, taking pictures and giving us ample opportunities for private moments to commemorate our visits. We highly recommend her as a travel host in visiting these VA vineyards!

We had a great experience with Andrea and our driver, Rick. We called at the very last minute to arrange a brewery and winery tour for 8 people. Andrea was professional and efficient, getting everything set up within mere minutes. Rick showed up as soon as possible, was attentive, friendly, and polite. He got us to where we were going very safely, and we particularly appreciated the gourmet chocolates. We highly recommend this company and will hopefully be using them again soon.

We had such a blast on our wine tour with Blue Ridge Wine Excursions! I took a 8 girl bachelorette party on a 5 hour wine tour, and it was the highlight of our weekend. Pierre, our driver, was wonderful! He made sure we made all of our reservations, set up a fabulous lunch for us, and made sure we had a great time! Andrea set up our reservations at the wine tour, and everything went flawlessly. If you are considering a wine tour, this is definitely the one for you!

Blue Ridge Wine Excursions does a great job of designing an itinerary for wine tastings. If you explain what type of trip you are expecting they deliver. Our driver, Mike, was perfect. He made sure we got the most for our time, took pictures, set up our lunch and just made sure we had the best time we could for my friends bachelorette party. Will definitely use this company again.

My husband and I spent a lovely afternoon with our delightful driver, Nadia. It was a real challenge for her, since it was on a Monday, and there are many places closed on Mondays. However we visited five wineries, enjoying a wonderful lunch at one of them. Nadia is very knowledgeable about the area and the places we visited and I whole heartedly recommend this experience.
