Buyers beware of Franks Theatres Coral Square Stadium 8, they are only worried about themselves. Spend the money and go to a different movie theatre. The manager is only concerned for himself and when you question, complain, or even ask for assistance he has an attitude. My family went to the movies today and spent close to hundred dollars at the Franks but when the manager was questioned why he did not charge me for the special the manager stated he gave me what I asked for and there was nothing he could do. I asked him if he could at least give me the candy and he stated that would affect his inventory. I explained to him that my family comes to Franks and watches several movies a month at least he could of provided me the specials when I was ordering. He stated he was sorry but there was nothing he could do or in my opinion would do. Once I expressed my concerns and asked why he had an attitude with me he then did offer me the candy but he keep repeating it would affect his inventory. He seemed more concerned about his inventory then the customers. During the show the movie had lines in the right corner of the film and dots on both corners for the majority of the film. I would of complained but felt it would not even matter. After the movie an elderly women was expressing her concern on how dark the movie theatre was and that her husband almost fell because he could not see. The manager stated they should of made to their seats before the lights were off and could really careless about her concerns. This just confirmed that he would of not cared about quality of the movie since he had my money.

At first the place looked a little iffy but we decided to try it anyway. Got inside and it was packed with people waiting around. Still looked ok so we proceeded to buy a slushy. As we walked to our theater we noticed that all the signs that showed what movie was playing in each theater was covered by a plain sheet of printer paper with the movie titles and times on it; how cheap. After being seated we waited for the movie to start which was late. Everything was starting to look positive until the movie started. The lights suddenly came on and stayed on, flickering every few minutes. I tried calling customer service but when I hit that option the line immediately disconnected. I admit I could have walked to the front desk but by the time I reached it, it was swarmed and I did not want to wait another 15-20 minutes there so we left.

Not going to lie, I was a bit hesitant about going here because Im so use to going to the Regal 16 Cinema, but if you want to save up on money to see a movie this is the place! Its also a nice little theater, its quite homey, and theres even a little arcade area thats cute to kill time. A little dated, but it made me nostalgic to say the least. The theatre itself was not bad, no reversing chairs but like I said its old fashioned, instead they have some comfy ones that rock and are cushioned pretty well. Also you dont reserve seats online which I kinda like, you just show up and take whatever you can like you did "back then" (makes the experience much less stressful so this is a plus). Staff seemed pretty good and the popcorn was okay. All in all, very nice theater to go with the family or some friends, coming back again for $6 Tuesday.

Horrible experience. I went to see a rated R movie on a Saturday night. Sounds simple enough, little did I know that every teenager would be allowed in. The kids were disruptive throughout the entire movie. They screamed at the screen, yelled across the theater at one another and at one point decided to run from one side of the theater to the other like a herd of elephants. I left the theater twice to complain to management regarding the behavior of the kids. Each time management sent an usher to stand in the theater, which did quiet them down for the time they stood there. Management was nice and apologized and not only refunded my money but provided me with 2 free tickets as well. However, they should have just asked the disruptive children to leave. Horrible experience.

I dont recommend it for anyone. I purchased tickets online to enjoy a movie with my husband. We havent been to the movies in a while. There was no kiosk or line for online purchases. We had to wait in the regular line which had only one cashier. We were then told the theater would be a "little warm." You needed to have on shorts and a tank top to sit in that theater. We then went back to the original line to ask for a refund only to reach the front and be told to wait in the even longer line inside. After waiting in the even longer line inside, we were refunded the money for the tickets but not for the convenience fee because "Fandango has nothing to do with them." Never going back and dont recommend. Awful customer service.

This was my first time here and me and a friend were late to Thursday nights "Dead Pool" last screening showing at 9:35pm, Jason Who I believe was the general manager was very understanding and very nice he even told us to stay after the movie finished to watch what we had missed. That too me is what I call great customer service going above and beyond to make someones crappy night into an amazing one! So I will definitely be back thank you again for all your help Jason!

A/C does not work. Inside looks like someones old living room. Sound in theater is not up to par. The picture quality is horrible, you tv at home does a way better job. Picture quality is Very dark and fuzzy. No stadium seating, so if someone is in front of you, all you will see is the back of there head. For the same price of a movie and popcorn and a drink your better off going to westfield broward movie theater 10 min away. Screens are 5 times as big with ac.

Very dirty theater and bathrooms, small screen, no surround sound, stale popcorn and expensive for a Wednesday afternoon. Waited 30 mins for the movie to start, listening to music and Chevrolet logo on the screen, and finally I got up to complain about the movie not starting, and the cashier said "oh no, I forgot!" and ran to turn on the movie, he was also the same guy who came in at the end of the movie to do the clean up. Under staffed. NOT coming back.

The staff in the movie theater are not at all the reason Ive only given three stars. The reason for that is the run down atmosphere there and the incredibly expensive drinks. Yes I know they need to make money some how but $5 is just too much. On the contrary their Tuesday deals are great and as said above the staff are very nice! All in all the place needs to be renovated (it smells like mildew) and the prices lowered
