I give it 4 stars because most of the times I have been their; the staff was very good and they never messed up an order no matter how many people where their or if someone was trying to pressure them. Also the floor is very clean and does not have a lot of soda or popcorn spilled very often and if their is a mess they clean it up within 5 minutes... Which seems like a while but it really isnt. When ordering my tickets at the front the staff was very nice/positive and would actually chat with you if you were nice to them! Even if a person was not nice they would still stay positive too! Now to why it was not a 5 star... I did not rate this perfectly because most of the time I would be seated in a room with a small screen sometimes the screen was a bit bigger. But more or less it really just depends on luck whether you get a big screen or small one. (Usually the older movies or not so popular ones are screened in small rooms). Also the audio was not perfect but it still made the experience worth it. There was no surround sound. But the audio still was very clear and the bass was great so It made up for the loss. Overall I would recommend this theatre

While I think that the Treasure Coast Mall Regal is doing a fine job, I also love the fact that I can bypass the lines by using a credit card at the kiosk inside the theatre entrance. One thing that I was puzzled by, is something someone else mentioned, you cant talk to the box office in the theatre. They actually never let you talk to anyone at Regal no matter where they are, not even a corporate person. The only way to get an answer to my question is to drive over to the mall and ask them, that is ridiculous to say the least. They could put an automated message on the phone that tells you cant buy tickets on the phone, and can only speak to an information person. Do they accept MoviePass cards at Regal?

Ive been to the luxury movies in large cities. I dont like that you have to have reservations for those theaters and although I love reclining seats, its not necessary to a good movie experience. This movie theater complex is my favorite. We have a movie theater in the town I live in, but its not a pleasure to got to. The staff doesnt care and its not updated. I love AMCs seating, never have to fight do see the screen. Lots of movies and variety of times, always has the latest films for the most part. The popcorn, etc. is expensive, but thats really where the revenue is, so I get that. Its clean, comfortable and the staff is very courteous.

I gave this place five stars because the people are very nice, there is hardly any wait time no matter how long the line is thats how quick they are. The person who takes your ticket up front is all smiles and very nice every time, and Ive been there at least 7 times already and have seen maybe 4 different people taking tickets and it has a always been the same. The young people at the concession were also very courteous and nice. Me and my girlfriend play air hockey to kill some time which was pretty cool. The theater was very clean and so was the bathroom. I will visit this theater again in the near future.

After buying tickets that were to be accessible on my Smart Phone, the tickets could not be retrieved &, therefore, could not be used! In order to see the movie, I had to buy more tickets. Neither Fandango nor Regal would reimburse me for the tickets that were unable to be used. I will NEVER buy tickets online again & will not see movies at this theater unless the movie is not playing anywhere else. Also, the food prices are higher than Regency 8 in Stuart! Regency 8 gives you more bang for your buck. I like the seats better too!

Overall experience was humdrum at best. This is our third visit to this theater only because it is the "best" (nothing great) in our area. Moving to Port Saint Lucie from Lawrenceville, Georgia was a throwback in time... No more luxury theaters with leather recliners and at seat service..... my wife and I feel weve stepped back in time. Cant wait to see this Regal catch up with the times but until then it is stale popcorn, stained seats and low quality movie screens and film....

Pros: Always clean, including the bathrooms, a great assortment of snacks, nice and cold A/C and a decent rewards card. Cons: All of the armrests in the theaters are worn out and do not have any cushion left causing slight discomfort in your forearms and elbows. Very expensive concessions! Expect to spend more on the food/drinks than the movie. I love going to the movies and this is my favorite movie theater South of Orlando and North of the West Palm Beach area.

I purchased a movie ticket after the movie already started and no one thru me out like Regency 8 Cinema did to me after I sat down with soda and popcorn on hand the manager said I had to buy a second ticket called the Stuart Police threw my eight year old daughter out by police escort. I would never go to Regency 8 Cinema. The best theater in town is this one Regal Cinemas Theater much cleaner better staff.

Highest ticket prices in the area, even for matinees. No decent price breaks for seniors on either tickets or combo packs. Food prices are insane, $6.50 for a sandwich bag size popcorn? I dont think so! We will be supporting the Regency 8 in Stuart. They now have a rewards program and a nice size senior combo for $4.50! Plus their senior day deal cant be beat, no reason to go to Regal!

Bought one of the overpriced popcorns. It was full of unpoped kernals. I took it back to the counter and kid said they couldnt do anything about it, so I asked to talk with a maanger who also refused to replace it. Wow! I didnt know popcorn was so expensive that they couldnt afford to replace it. Poor judgement.

We do not like the popcorn made with coconut oil. The theater should offer a choice of peanut oil or another type of oil in addition to coconut oil for people with peanut alergies. The coconut oil for us ruins the taste of the popcorn. But we love the movie theater and the perks with the Regal card.

Ive called 10 times , cant get a person on the phone . Everyone there should be fired since they wanna have this auto phone line bullcrap. Give me an option to speak to a costumer service person or close your doors . Seriously the most annoying thing. So annoyed Im writing this review. Youre welcome .

Terrible management. Learn how to speak to guests and actually listen to them instead of making extremely rude comments to try to make yourself feel better about your position. Place needs to clean house and reopen with new staff, management, and decor. Place will go under if not taken care of asap.

Horrible sound system! No Dolby surround here. So far the three times Ive been I could barely here the movies. Do they lower the sound for kids movies? Its like watching a movie in a waiting room. Too bad, this theater is close to home but Ill be trading quality over convenience in the future.
