Worst time at the movies EVER! Went to see Spiderman on Monday for the 4:10 movie. The theater was full so when these two girls sat next to us and did not stop talking to each other and looking on their phone. Laughing very loud (not in parts of the movie that it called for). Talking about what was going to happen next in the movie (they must have seen it before) Then even laughing on how annoyed the lady next to her must be getting. I though sooner or later someone will walk in and ask them to leave. Nope never happened. I do believe I will be going to other theaters from now on.

expensive. Just for one person you could easily drop almost 30 bucks getting a 3D ticket and popcorn and a soda. The place is nice and Id prefer this theater over any in the county, but geeze on that price! Been just waiting for DVDs to come out than going to a theater. I wish theyd drop their prices back down, but hey, Im sure they get a full packed theater every night regardless of the price. When seeing a movie is more expensive than dining out at brus room, you know youve got an issue. Very nice and professional staff though and they provide a lot of services, for a price.

Very pricy, between ticket, popcorn and drink expect to pay $30 per person. Not all lives matter here or at least not personal space. There is less talking at a Rocky Horror Picture Show. Either people are using cell phones to video tape movie or, just came in to find pokey man. Has a bar but you can not remove your drink from bar area to seat in theater? Do, give rain checks for those of us who like to actually hear the movie not other patrons. More profitable in the long run than asking others to be quiet, I guess.

This movie theater is a good place to go to. the only complaint I have is about the managers. They dont ever know anything that is going on which is probably why they dont properly train their staff. They are some of the rudest people I have ever met, terrible customer service, and theres hardly ever anyone at the guest services desk. All they do is walk around, try to avoid you, and point you towards guest services (where no one is) if you have a question. They need all new managers to fix the place

I took my grandson to see "Cars" today. The sound was so loud we had to plug our ears with our fingers! I asked the manager to turn down the volume. After about 10 minutes it was turned down slightly. Another woman went to ask the manager to turn the volume down more. It was turned down slightly but we still had to plug our ears with our fingers! This is so damaging to everyones hearing. It made our movie experience miserable . Ill wait for Netflix from now on and control the volume myself.

Most theaters are large and spacious and clean. Screens are all large and audio systems are impressive. The XD movies are pricey, but have better digital screens and comfy seats. The concession stand is very overpriced, but does have a large selection. There is also a bar area, and they host several different special events such as seniors nights, parties, and movie ticket bundles for old classics. Convenient location near the mall with several places to eat.

my first time coming here they had issues with the lighting and i am terrified of the dark and i have seizures if i get to stressed so they had to give me coupons and then the movie wouldnt play so they had to give everyone coupons for the inconvenience but ever since then they have been amazing i love this theater they always keep me smiling and everyone is so nice the guards do their job great and keep all distractions out so you can really enjoy your movie

Great cinema with nice theater seatings and screens! You have the options between standard, 3D and XD which is their version of IMAX although it isnt quite as wide and big as IMAX but its close enough! Parking is never a problem and you dont have to go to a parking garage which I dont like to do. Never had a complaint while watching a movie here unlike other cinemas around my area. Good pricing and location next to the mall seals the deal for me!

We love this theatre. Recently we took the family to an afternoon movie - typical South Florida thunderstorms rolled through. The Cinemark staff was waiting in full force with umbrellas rescuing movie goers and escorting them back forth from the parking lot. I have never experienced that level of service and kindness at any other business, let alone a movie theatre. WELL DONE CINEMARK MANAGEMENT AND STAFF! What a class act these guys are.

While it was a premier spot in its day, it is starting to show its age. Youd think having a seven year old thats not obese for their age and size would be a good thing. Normally it is, but not here. Ended up having to hold the folding seat down through the entire Finding Dory movie. Most theatres of this age have or are undergoing facelifts. Boynton needs to step up their game before they start losing out to better equipped theatres.

im a 40 year old man and i went to go see Reddick and they turned me away because i didnt have my ID that needs to stop. I drove all the way there and wasted my time. management just looks at me and says its policy and i have to turn around walk out and go home because of no ID the kid at the register gave me a smug grin but we will see how corporate likes me when i get ahold of them to complain.

Great theater. Great staff. Generally mellow crowd. The picture quality is always top notch. The XD experience is great but not worth the extra price. So why the three stars? Parking. The valet has expanded to take up more spaces and it reduces the closer spots even more. They os already a lot they use that rarely fills up. Boo. Give us back the lot, at least during the day.

Got a "pass" as a gift, but apparently I have to drive all the way to boynton, ugh, strike one. I cant use the pass for any of the showings of the movie I want to see, strike two. Guess what, I wont be spending any money on concessions if I do end up using this "pass" and I absolutely will be spreading the word about avoiding this theater. Good job Cinemark.

The only thing wrong with this location is the speed of the service trying to get refreshments. I am still waiting in line while your reading this. Oh, lines so big people are trying to cut in front of you to get through and step on your shoes. Already missed the previews and probably the beginning of sausage party. Now i am sweating. Geez.

great venue, good theaters 14 to choose from. I like a lot of action movies...so I especially enjoy the XD experience, sometimes with the 3D. the theaters are clean, seats comfortable, sound good, and easy to order refreshments(typically no wait time). Game room area in addition as well as a bar and coffee shop. All good theater experience.

I was having issues with my guest passes that I received and I asked to speak to another manager because my problem wasnt being resolved. Mr. Friedman was extremely polite and courteous I was so upset and he did everything and beyond to have myself and my son have a wonderful experience. Thank you so much for the great customer service.
