I resisted this movie theater for many years because there was no way I was going to pay $15 a ticket. This summer however I found out that all shows on Tuesdays are only $8! It is now my favorite place to see movies on Tuesdays. The first time I went with my daughter this summer I bought food from inside the theater and we ate at our seats. The food was okay but slow to come out and overpriced and I hated the taste of my alcoholic drink. Now I have my Tuesday night perfected. Because it is a Tuesday there is always plenty of parking and the theater is never crowded. We get there as close to 5 pm as possible and buy our tickets at the kiosk for a 7 oclock or so movie. We then walk one door down to Bar Louie who serves half priced appetizers and cocktails and on Tuesdays they have an amazing $5 burger and fries. So much nicer and cheaper than eating in the dark at the theater. If there is time we get a little cupcake dessert from across the street and then head into our movie. The theater is always clean and comfy with over sized soft leather seats and the bathrooms are immaculate. No more sticky feet from the same priced Regal cinema.

Ive been going to Silverspot at Promenade for years now and never had a problem before until last night. I got tickets online to see Spider-Man Homecoming and with the tickets I order a large popcorn and candy which stated that those items were going to be delivered at my seat. Now I thought that they would delivered BEFORE the movie starts but for my surprise they they never delivered anything. 15 minutes after the movie started my girlfriend decided to go and ask wha happened to what we order and no one had a clue where my order was, thank God for the receipt I had or we wouldnt have got what we paid for, plus the attitude of the staff while trying to locate the order wasnt pleasant at all. Very disappointed with the staff and the first and last experience I had ordering online anything at that place. My advice to any one buying tickets online, do not order any snacks, popcorn or anything online, is just a waste of time, its better to just get once you arrive over there, is faster and you wont lose any of the movie you are there to see, now the attitude of the staff, well that will be a game of luck.

The customer service of this theater is appalling. I was unable to attend my movie last night, and I came in the next day for a refund. I was told by the employee at the counter and the manager that they could not issue a refund because they reserved the seat. While I understand that the theater saves seats, there was well over 75 seats still available! It was not the opening weekend of this movie nor was it a sold out theater. You would think that for an establishment that charges more for their tickets, they would treat their customers better. I would much rather go to iPic where I am treated with excellent service every time! iPic always gives a refund for unused tickets every time, no questions asked. That is excellent customer service.

Sad that today I actually go in to purchase tixs for my daughter and her friends to see Baywatch and after I leave they arent allowed to see the movie without an adult over 18. Really?? They have seen other Rated R movies before at this location with no problems. But all of a sudden they are told no and after speaking with Angie and told her I gave them my permission and that I actually purchased the tixs with another member of Silverspot who knew my daughter was going to see the movie and at that time I was not IDd.. Lately that is all we are having with Silverspot at the Promenade is PROBLEMS PROBLEMS PROBLEMS.. I would NEVER go here again.. Bad experience and BAD attitude from Angie and BAD business..

Really a nice place for a movie it was my first visit here, I had nothing to eat all morning since I dont care for breakfast, I caught the 1:20pm movie Saturday 7/29/17 and I ordered the burger combo. Reach home and started throwing up and using the bathroom could not keep nothing down had to be rushed to the emergency room found out I had been food poisoning. Call the silverspot back and ask for a manager the young lady took my name and number down still waiting on someone to return call its a shame how management handles their customers not looking for anything just word of advice just need you all to properly keep food stored at correct temperature and cooked at the right temperatures.....

Very overpriced, but cushy with in-theater food service. Tuesdays are cheaper...if Tuesday is the night you want to go to the movies. $4.50 for a bottle of water annoys me. Leather chairs are comfortable if you are tall. If not, their less than comfortable. Staff is helpful and polite. Burgers are served with raw onions. Even if I dont order a burger, someone sitting very near me might. The stink ruined my night, but only once. Turns out Tuesday is our best night for a movie due to work hours. Were usually there Tuesday nights. Parking is crowded but theres always enough, if you dont mind the walk.

From the moment you step into Silverspot Cinema it like you enter a different world it so beautiful clean, the staff is amazing we didnt buy the tickets so we approach the front desk and they are so polite and welcoming. You can also use the kiosk on the walls to purchase your tickets. We walked down they have a great bar that serve wine and other alcoholic beverages very nice design. The also have a seating area for dinning we didnt try it for sure next time. The move in was great the seats and really comfortable wide sofas sound system is great too, it was a very lovely experience.

The theater was very impressive. The staff at the entrance was very helpful and friendly. The experience changed once I reached the concession stand. The staff and supervisor was unattentive. It took me more than 15min to purchase 2 popcorns and 2 sodas (there was only 1 person in line infront of me). They argued with me about a promotion that was advertised at the entrance of the theater. Food items can only be purchased and delivered from the concession stand. AMC provides servoce from your seat. Will not return.

This theater is great! I hosted my daughters 5th birthday party here for an early Sunday showing and everything was perfect. They had the popcorn and drinks for us all ready as we walked into the theater, the huge leather seats were beyond comfortable, the food service at the restaurant was flawless, good food, the staff - especially Paulette the party planner there - were friendly and professional. I could not ask for more and will definitely be back for dinner and a movie.

Good luck getting a good seat. Half of their seats are "unavailable" at a non peak time because they "arent safe yet".. At least thats what the employee told me. They werent ready to be open and the guests suffer for it. Unprofessional handling of my questions as to why i cant pick 50% of the seats in the theater was the statement "In our theaters there are no bad seats"... Are you kidding me? That lie alone has caused me to never ever return here and steer all others away.
