I have worked on a private golf course for seven years on the grounds crew. This place is a phenomenal gem. You have to play it. It is not that long, however it is extremely well manicured. The course is GREAT and the staff is most helpful. While the yardage is not that long, trust me, it will be a challenge. I drive the ball 250 and that is all you want to do. For you folks that crush em, take out your 5 wood. I cannot say enough good about this course. I have played Haseltine, Windsong and Oakmont, and while they are great, they are private. Go spend $40, and have the best time of your life....for the money. Thanks Cannon! Will recommend you to everyone I know.

I try and get at least one round in a year at Cannon. The course is always immaculate, especially the greens. Pro Shop employees are helpful and friendly, the new clubhouse is great, and the bartenders are great. The course offers a great mix of difficult holes, scoring holes, variety of doglegs/water/river/hills and trees. Easy to get to and well worth the drive out of the cities!

Great course! The grounds are well kept, and the holes are different enough give a good feeling of variety. Several of the holes run parallel to the scenic Cannon River. I dont recall any super challenging holes, so the course may suite those more relaxed golfers. The Pro shop is well appointed and the food is quite good.

Fun course with some interesting holes and is well designed. Is generally in great shape with only a few rough spots and some discoloration on some greens. Has a nice beer selection and is everything youd expect of a course in its price range.

Very nice course! Nice layout. Well maintained fairways and greens. Friendly staff. Nice clubhouse and good bar/dining area. Nice driving range. Great price as we played with reciprocal from Red Wing Golf Club.
