WORST movie theater and customer support in the area!!! I went to the last showing of 22 jump street, my friend and I were the only ppl in the whole showing. Anyways my wallet fell out of my basketball shorts. Long story short I received my wallet the next day with $100 missing. I went to the manager imeadiately whose response was "too bad theres nothing that can be done but I will call soon with information on what we can do" then he left. Through some research (not from any of the employees) I found that theres cameras in all theaters. Again I had to call seeing as how the manager never did (two weeks passed with no call from any cinemark employees) asking about the cameras, another manager told me there wasnt a camera in the theater I attended. Really?! How convenient that all but my theater had one. So the best i can figure is that some employee found the wallet took the money and returned the wallet with nothing in it. And then nearly every employee I spoke to there after covered for them. I guess thats normal behavior for this movie theater. Youd think I might get even a free movie or snack but nope. Nothing, not even a sorry. Please do not support these unscrupulous fiends in their endeavors. I hope my two weeks of anguish, research, phone tag, and being ignored trying to get my stolen money back will persuade you not to go here. Please dont, for me.

Movies are awesome. New ownership sucks. Type of people to know you worked there before them under old ownership, know you wanted the job for years living in Boca all your life, and the type of people who didnt deserve to watch my interview skills in their 4 interview screening process to give me the employee exam in 2 days when as a medical student and someone who knew the average time to take the exam was 5 days. They literally forced me into an anxiety attack knowing about my school schedule and other job plus a national collegiate sport. When they let me go, they made sure to put a piece of paper in my face with my name crossed off on it. I already worked there and needed 0 training. The movies are awesome, the managers are probably not from Boca and they are inexperienced little kids without degrees from actual business school where I went. Nice job kids.

The employees there are so rude. Me and my friends went to go watch Annabelle and some guys stopped us and asked "Where are your parents?" Are you kidding me?? Im 19 years old and 62 and the guy was half my size. They kept holding us up from watching our movie. They were both holding garbage pails and brooms. Clearly they werent doing their job, instead they were bothering paying customers. I was pestered and ridiculed by the movie theatres own employees. It doesnt make sense why they dont ask for identification when you buy the ticket, instead they do when Im about to enter the movie. What happens if the person isnt the right age? Do they make you get a refund? How about verifying that before the person buys the ticket. Ridiculous. I came home stressed out and angry. Will difinitely not be coming back.

I have been going to Palace 20 for more than 3 years. Unfortunately the last few times i have been there i was very disappointed with the food and service. Food and Service at Palace 20 are getting worse every month! and it is NOT cheap! i dont mind paying certain amounts for food..but at least i would like to get something decent . First of all, after placing my order , I saw at least 6 employees behind the counter and NONE of them were working or doing something besides talking and texting. Later my Curly fries arrived....I mean...mashed potato curly fries, thats what they tasted and felt like. , plus everything else tasted old and fried in 1,000 years old cooking oil. Palace 20 is a GREAT place but needs to improve Food service.

Decided to spend Christmas evening here.(purchased tickets several days in advance) Arrived one hour earlier so we could have dinner first. We arrived only to see signs that the restaurant was closed. We were starved so we had horrible hot dogs while we waited. After waiting one hour, we proceeded to get escorted to our seats only to find other people sitting in our reserved seats. Turns out their tickets were for the same reserved seats as ours. We were not the only ones this happened to! We were told the movie was sold out, and after getting a refund we left. Just because you prepay for tickets does not mean you will have a seat when you arrive! Really bad management!!!! Will never go back!!!

Early weekday showing Rogue One. Thirty minutes in a "Gas leak" occurs in building and its evacuated. Staff offers only one voucher for everyones inconvenience. I waited, and myself and four others re-entered theater. They failed to start where they left off (half an hour ahead). Management also refused to upgrade our seats (upstairs) as compensation for the inconvenience and stated we needed to pay an additional $7 dollars. Theater was essentially empty. I walked out and got a refund without a fuss. Of course no additional voucher for wasting an hour of my day. Lack of discretion on managements part earns them one star.

Its not a bad theater the employees seem like they dont want to work there at the ticket desk I was new to the theater didnt know where to go to get my valet stamped they were no help I figured it out on my own the sound system for the XD is outstanding but when I watched the Planet of the Apes movie the quality of the projector wasnt that great it looked like standard definition and I thought it was a 4K projector so Im a little confused on that but other than that the XD seating is very nice and comfortable give it a try see if you like it maybe I went on an off-day

Management allowed guests to smoke in the bathrooms. The smoke set off the fire alarms and ruined our movie experience. After evacuating the theater we waited nearly an hour. During that time management had no answers for us. We then left. I am disputing the entire cost associated with our ruined evening including the purchase of the tickets and their overpriced concessions. We will never return to this location again. Management needs to be retrained by corporate so they are more vigilant to prevent safety and security issues from happening like this in the future.

XD tickets are a waste of money. 4k I dont think so. I paid nearly $20 ea and felt ripped off. False advertising for sure if you watch their promo video stating the claims on how great it is. The night I saw wonder woman the sound was messed up also. Not enough center channel. I know people complained. I, along with the guy next to me thought the place had full recliners due to the way it was represented on the website. I liked the adult only upstairs area and bar. Sent a comment via website to give them a chance to fix my experience....yet no reply. Sigh.

We drive from Worth Avenue in Palm Beach to see movies not yet released in our area........40 minutes exactly. There is a Las Vegas look to the building and a valet parking system not unlike the Bellaggio Hotel. Theatres are nice and the crowd is terrific................you should see what we get at the Muvico 20 in City Place West Palm Beach where there was a shooting last week. Yes, at one point there was the obligatory overwhelming smell of popcorn but that seems to go with the territory. We shall return.
