I am really upset with the service. Those that work there obviously do not understand what it is like to have toddlers. My three year old wanted to see the "real live Beauty and the Beast" they refused to sell me the 3 tickets for the 11am showing because it 11:30. I returned to the theaters for the 2oclock showing. My 2year old fell asleep, so when I got to the ticket booth, I asked for 1 child 1 adult. They said I had to pay for the child who was sleeping. Knowing when my child goes down its for at least 2 hours I did not feel it was right for me to have to buy a ticket. I explained this to the manager. Ive never in my life, ever felt the need to speak with a manager. Being that this place has treated me unfairly I will be taking my services elsewhere.

I have been to many theaters in my life and these screens do not seem to be as good of quality as most. I recently saw a movie at an AMC in Baton Rouge, which convinced me of this. The screens are not as clear, at this Hammond theater. Fine detail is hard to see, scenes appear blurry to me. I am a video editor and things like this truly stand out to me. This is not by any means a knock on AMC. I have been to many AMCs in the past that were great! Maybe this is a little bit older or something. I would see many more movies here if the screens were of better quality. Unfortunately, it is the only theater in Hammond, where I live.

This location needs some updated screens, for example an IMAX 3D screen! Im tired of traveling an hour to go the one AMC in New Orleans to watch something in IMAX 3D. We went this time to watch a movie and noticed the screen room had new seats, and was blown away until we realize that it was only one room that had it when we went to another movie that day. THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY, AND RESTROOMS CLEAN! But the food/drinks are over priced. personally I think they should lower the price and they would get more sales or remodel it to serve "Dinner and a Movie" like some of the other AMC locations Ive been to.

I normally enjoy my time at this theater. However on this past Sunday, my daughter and I went to view The Visit. Half way through, the power went out in the entire theater. No employee came in. After 5-10 minutes, patrons began to leave. There was NO employee to be found. Some rooms never regained power. The picture returned in our viewing room, but there was no sound. I felt as though I was watching a silent movie. Not good service. Everyone that had been behind the counter had disappeared.

I have had usually good experiences, but the past two were kind of a disappointment. The staff were being rude and treated me like a 10 year old. The seats are always uncomfortable (with the exception of some smaller showing rooms, that have been re-done.) If they would replace all the seats with the new leather seats My rating would be one star higher. Prices are way too high and so are the snacks. Suck my ass! #roasted

I am a movie lover and also a Stubs member and I live in Hammond. I was so disappointed when I went to see a movie about a month ago and they stopped serving the Daiquiris? I mean heck I bought 2 every time I went. I have been punishing them lately by not going. Who was the genius that made that stupid decision? They should be taken out back and drenched in mass quantities of Cola.

The manager, Robert Skinner has gone above & beyond on numerous occasions. The new management at this location is truly wonderful. Staff is always friendly and on more than one experience, I made sure to let an on duty manager/supervisor know that a particular employee went out of their way to ensure excellent customer service.

$9.50 for a kids movie at 9:50 in the morning..... Really? Popcorn was stale must have been left from last night. $40 for a family of 4 just to see the movie, not including the concessions. I tough they were only ripping us off at the concessions when did this change?

Overpriced concessions. Definitely needs a lot of upgrading. Did I mention OVERPRICED concessions? And these people giving 5 star ratings claiming the prices are great and the staff is nice probably work there and were told to leave 5 star feedback by their boss.

Horrible service. My friend forgot his i.d in the car and we told them we were going get it (Movie was rated R); we came back 2 minutes later and they told us they arent taking anymore people for the movie and locked all the doors. Service is very horrible.

Great theatre and decent staff. They seem to be understaffed really, but the prices are really high, the show times are inconvenient, and there are only about seven movies to choose from; but hey theyre the only theatre in Hammond.

Its the only game in town. We are captives and really dont have much of a choice. There are a lot of seniors in this area, they could give us a bigger break in the price. ! Buy alas, profit is ruler and all of us must suffer!

Plenty of screens and ques for snack bar. Theaters have plenty of seating but the air wreaks of sweat and mildew. Restrooms are adequate. Pricing is above average 2 large drinks and a large bucket of popcorn costs $22.00

Broke down in town and wanted to catch a movie while I waited on repairs; they wouldnt let me in because I had a backpack. I offered to let them check it or hold it, but it was a no go. Not a traveler friendly place.

Service suck no one is ever behind the counter they lock the doors early as hell and most of them rude beside like 2 or 3 people that works there.... so I give it 1 for a sympathy star.... you gotta do better AMC

Smelled like pee, for real. Staff was very blasé and unattentive. May want to consider new management, I am a sales manager and I would be fired if I ran my business the way it smelled and looked in this theatre

Had to edit/update. Matinees are gone. Currently remodeling theater. Really nice leather recliner seating. But $9.56 for the early shows now. New carpet and restrooms too. Smells like brand new :)

Nice, but food was over price. They will sell you the last hotdog off the machine and it will still not be hot. Popcorn was stale, forget about the salt. They dont even tell about the refill.

Watching Star Wars Rouge 1. After an hour of junk at the front we misse the last ten minute because they changed films before it was over. Save your money go somewhere else.

Came in for a 10:40 movie & the concession was "closed" .. like really ?! And literally seen someone walk from there with popcorn right when we got our tickets checked out.
