For the last time (of which there have been several previous un-pleasantries including once where the lights were turned in mid movie) they have ruined any chance of happiness while attending a regal theater chain. I had showed up a whole 40 minutes prior to the 8pm start time expecting my night to go smooth. How foolish of me. Upon entering, I decided it would be nice to get some concessions, the lines were long but I figured I had enough time….oh how wrong I was. 45 minutes to get to the counter. Over HALF of the registers were not open/attended, and it was taking 5-10 minutes per customer to get their orders taken/fulfilled. Already aggravated I decided to press on. I give my ticket to the usher, she tells me its theater 6 on the right. In I walk into a PITCH BLACK theater. Nothing on screen, no safety lights on the stairs (VERY dangerous for your customers)…nothing. I stumble around and find my seat and wait for something to happen. 8:15 rolls around and myself and all other patrons, all still sitting in a completely dark and silent auditorium, are wondering if the movie would ever start. Another guest had to actually go out and seek an employee to find out what was going on, and HE had to come in and make the announcement that the theater was down. Not a single Regal employee to be seen. We all had to stumble around in the dark to exit. Upon going to customer service, I was greeted with yet another VERY long line. After finally 20 more minutes of waiting I complained about what has happened and it was clear the lady behind the counter (whom I assumed was a manager) had no care or concern for the customers happiness, giving off a vibe of how they just kind of accept how bad of a movie theater they are. This sealed my decision to never go to a theater operated by Regal ever again, And I will be sharing my story with everyone I know so they can also avoid your company at all times. Ever notice how many obvious fake planted reviews are posted on this theater? Theres a reason for that :) They know how bad they are.You have been warned about how horrible of an experience this location will give you.

I do love this theater because I have had a lot of memories there but I do have a few problems. 1) When I went to see Secret Life of Pets with my friend, I ordered something from the snack bar and it look a LONG time for them to give it me. I think someone took my order because someone else had the same thing but I think it was for me. We ended up having the manager of the snack bar deliver it to us while I was watching the movie. 2) When I recently saw Trolls with my brother a few days ago, Someone already was sitting in the seats we were given, they wouldnt move so I instenly got annoyed so I walked out of the auditorium and called my mom to see what she can do. Then a total stranger offered to help. She did but they still wouldnt move. I called my mom again and she suggested to ask the guy who we gave our tickets to. He ended up getting the manager, we didnt get our normal seats back but we had to sit in different seats which was annoying, but they did apologize and give us two tickets to see a movie free the next time we came. 3) I have been seeing little boys in the Womens restroom and I dont know if they allow you to do that or they just have bad security in the restrooms cause it kinda bothers me. They have a separated restrooms for a reason. 4) It is very very very VERY cold there. Like I get cold easily and its why we almost always bring blankets to a show. 5) I was watching Ice Age 5 when my uncle came from St. Louis to visit. There was this little girl that was being really loud the entire time. At one point she screamed at the top of her lungs which got me really aggrivated But I still do think this place gave me fond memories but going as far as having the place shut down is a bit harsh. Especially since I love how they clean it and how it looks. I kind of recommend you go there at least once just to see if you have your own opinion on it.

The theater itself is okay. Moderately clean. They just redid some of the theaters inside, theyre much better. The seats recline and are much more comfortable. I did have one bad experience there several months ago where management was absolutely terrible and no help at all. My phone dropped out of my purse during one of the last showings, I didnt realize it until the next morning. I used the Find my iPhone app to see where it was and it showed around 2 a.m., it was still in the theater, and around 3 a.m. it made its way to the entrance and was turned off. Thinking someone found it and put it away safely, I went there first thing that morning. They said no one turned in any phones, and proceeded to check the theater we were in one time. The manager scoffed at me when I told him it was there last night, and then was taken from there to the parking lot also last night. He stated "My employees would never steal. One of them found a wedding ring once and turned it in to management." I told him thats great but obviously someone stole my phone, it didnt just walk out to the entrance! He became visibly frustrated and refused to help me. Unfortunately, I had to get the police involved, Im continuously disappointed with this theater. The staff wouldnt pour me a glass of wine because it was empty... And when I asked if they had any more, she told me "well itll take like 10 minutes for the manager to replace it." I ended up just getting a bottle of water. Despite the fact that it was $5 for a small bottle of Dasani, it was room temperature. She just handed it to me and said sorry its not very cold. It literally never even touched a refrigerating system. It was straight out of the case. They really need to fix their customer service...

I can say i am beyond annoyed with how things went . i had came on friday night . at first only one person was working behind the counter where u get food and drinks and the line was pretty much to the door. Finally another worker hopped on back there to work. Still the first guy was working extremely slow . he continuously left the rigister to go yo other ppl and make food in the back because another worker came to the back but didnt know how to do anything. After standing in the line for 45 minutes . missing part of the movie i was seeing i order a large pop corn and a large drink . he was having issues with the butter earlier but didnt fix it . then he tells me they have no more. . like why wouldnt u guys make a anouncement before hand n they knew i had been standing there for quite some time . he asked the manager on shift if they had anymore n they were out. Like how can u be completely out on a friday night and there was still a lime to the door behind me . then he has the nerve to ask me what do i want to do . so i leave . they seriously need to step their game up . managers need to help out if they see a line backed up to the door instead of walking around with gheir thumbs up their ass. Js . i would not recommend coming to this theater on friday nights . i know they theaters are busy but at least things are said and done here they were slow and poor communication.
