Worst time watching a movie Ive ever had. First off Im 21 and went to go watch the new movie split (which is a great movie) we went to the 10pm showing and the movie is a pg13 movie I was then asked for my ID which I didnt have a problem the first time even tho I did ask why since its "pg13" and I do not look 13 Im covered in tattoos. The girl said its the new policy which is very rediculous. But anyways we proceeded into the theater and were stopped and all asked for IDs AGAIN. I became very frustrated at this point for a pg13 movie but we proceeded into the movie and before coming to the auditorium THEY ASKED FOR ID AGAIN FOR A PG13 MOVIE. The entire process took over 20 minutes just to get seats which not to mention are horrible and the auditorium we were in is a death trap with only one small door one narrow hallway and one exit only. Leaving was horrible, God forbid an emergency happen people would not be able to leave and thats a problem that they need to take car of. Will never go back again and dont recommend this theater to anyone or their children. Go to AMC Weston 8 or AMC sunrsie 8! Recliner chairs, not busy, multiple exits and doorways out! And all for the same price unless you are a student and then you get a DISCOUNT. STAY AWAY FROM THIS THEATER AT BROWARD MALL

I just left this theater, I came a far distance to come and experience this specific movie theater & just to say never again will I come here. I came to watch an R rated film with family and also my 1 year old I was told by the manager on that shift because of policy my son will not be able to come in. Granted I didnt understand being that he is only 1 and doesnt understand and he was also sleeping, but whatever rules are rules and they should be followed but what really got me is that the manager instead of just stating Policy she mentioned people would like to watch the movie in peace and not be interrupted, now that statement in no longer policy its an awful opinion! Thats the same as saying your kid cannot come into a PG13 film because others cannot be distracted. I just feel as though this type of customer service shouldnt be acceptable. I would never say anything like that to anyone and I dont believe this is okay. She should have considered her options and offer maybe another movie or something or even apologize for what she said because she was out of line. I dont recall a name but its ok Im really upset and sadden by that conversation. What a way to ruin a night!

I gave 3 stars because of the maintenance, my opinion the seats are to small and uncomfortable... what I experienced today was disturbing, I witnessed staff mistreating a minor! because they were in a movie that wasnt age appropriate, I feel the staff only yelled because she was a minor. Regardless whos at fault, your job is not to yell etc. your job is to clean , escort, provide service and possibly call security. As said before in my review she only yelled because she was a minor, had it been an adult she wouldve handled the situation differently. Incidents like that is what couldve caused a big problem with police, especially in todays world an officer looks for any reason to pounce on you. I would love to say I will no longer give broward regal service but I dont feel like taking that drive to Sawgrass. these movie workers act as if they are really something.... nothing but a joke that smells like popcorn protect our children not throw yell and egg them on

The actual movie theatre is cool, no complaints, as for the food court....thats another story. The night we went we were served by two ghetto banshees in heat. They had no respect for us paying customers. They gave all neck and attitude while you stood there to order food with your hard earned money that helps supplements their $8 an hour job. The " young lady" that gave my friend his food actually used hand gestures to rush him like he was a dog. He then asked for a refund because he refused to be treated that way. This was unacceptable and disrespectful. You should never treat anyone that way. Not all of the employees are rude, but we were gifted with two big ol rotten eggs that night. I wouldnt wholeheartedly recommend Regals food court. Eat beforehand or sneak in something in your shirts or pockets.

I should of written this a couple of weeks ago. The last couple of times I went to this theater I have been disappointed. I have experienced everything from the self pay machines not working. Going to the counter just to be given a ticket for the incorrect time. Kids running through the general area. But my last visit was different. As usual it started off horrible. From purchasing the tickets to the concession stands. I have never complained before but this time I had to say something to management. I cannot remember the young ladies name... (I want to say it was "Unique", apologizes if this is incorrect). Never the less she corrected the mistakes that were made with the tickets and listened as I voiced my concerns. She was totally professional and she was the one person that changed my experience.

Bought tickets online for my 17 yr old and her 17 yr old friend for a Sunday night 7:20 movie. They were refused entry because they wer under 18! Then refused a refund because I wasnt with them. Apparently their policy is no one under 18 admitted after 6. Are they kidding? Six??? Do teens go to movies before 6?? I had to stop what I was doing to go get the refund. Then they said they had no record of my purchase when they scanned my credit card. Unbelievable! I pulled up the email (good thing my 17 yr didnt book it under her email) before the manager would return the money on my credit card. I will not be returning. We have a MUCH better theater closer to home. My daughter and friends said they have no reason to ever go back there.

Pretty bad service. Had to wait to get taken care of and missed beginning of our movie. Spoke to a so called manager named Michael and he sounded really blah about what we had to say. Sounded programmed and very mono tone. Didnt offer anything or ask us to return to make up for the experience of the bad service. It makes sense now why the service is bad. It starts with the management. I wont be going back here. I urge everyone to think about it if you want quality service. I ordered food from concessions and a few things I ordered werent available. What I did order took an extra close to 10 minutes to get after I was already late due to the bad service. First impressions are lasting impressions.

Edit: Changed to 5 stars for the great customer service. The GM emailed me about my wallet fiasco and he was very kind and understanding. Regal has some really fantastic employees who go the extra mile. Now its not really possible for me to give anything but 5 stars. Great aesthetics, great movie quality, and fantastic customer service. TL;DR: wallet gone missing fiasco. moral of the story, if you keep an eye on your belongings, the theater is really good. Great style, visuals, audio are great, and god, the seating is fantastic with an adjustable arm rest. Edit: Updated my rating to 4 stars because of the great customer service by the GM. Broward 12 is still on my list of theaters to go to.
