I have been a customer for almost 25 years. This year was my worst experience. We came , sit outside , was a very nice time . We ordered food drinks after 1.5 hour the waiter came asked to pay the check as it was the end of her shift we did that and asked her that we may order extra food and desert she answered back no problem after I leave you can open another check .. We did that ordered more food drinks . While we are in the middle of eating the manager came and said you need to change your table , told her not before I finish my food as I had an 80 years old person with me , she sent me a security person he was very disrespectful, to me and my father he was yelling and bullying us and saying to him be a big boy and put your pants and get out of this place cant imagine how he speaks that way to an elderly person . I told him the way you are treating us we not let me move one inch and I will call the cops for you if you dont stop he said he is a police officer on duty , asked him for Id and for sure he didnt show one and left us till I was willing to leave ...... And when I talked to real cops outside the place they offered me to write a report and to put him in a big problem because he is using a false identity. But Didnt want the day to be messed up .This bad experience made me learn that next time I am willing to spend a400 dollars food and drinks will go to somewhere else .. And thanks for your respect ....

I have been going to jenkinsons for 25 years and on August 11th. My family of 3 and another family of 4 arrived @ 5:15pm. for dinner.The hostess took are name and phone# and told us it would be about a half hour we will call you. About 25 min. Go by we go back into Jenkinsons my wife asked about our table for 7 inside.The hostess looks at the list and she says sorry we made a mistake and gave your table away. So she says we have one outside. The kids are hungry so we said ok. We get outside she sits us in the blazing sun and the kids were supposed. to see this penguin that was inside were we were supposed to be but they missed him because we were outside. Then it took over 2Hours to get are food . We called the manager she cane out and tried to give us passes for the aquarium that we already had.She said O well and walked away. I Will Never Go Back and will spread the word to all my Jersey Friends. By the way 2 of children have Autism. Thanks for wasting our time. Dont Go To Jenkinsons

The service here was exactly what I was expecting & the prices were very reasonable. My bartenders name was Molly & seeing how much she was able to accomplish in the time frame from when I was sitting there was pretty impressive. She is a very hard worker & always kept a smile on her face & remained pleasant the whole time regardless of how some of the customers may have acted. I had a very good time & appreciated the great customer service I will surely be back & look to see if she is working again.

Employs security that puts you in a choke hold and drags you out, Im struggling to get some air, he thinks Im resisting, all because I was tripped up and fell on the dance floor. One second Im getting up, next Im in a choke hold. Didnt say anything to me and just came up from behind and started dragging me out. Terrible place if this is the way you treat people trying to have a good time.

the worth experience ever , As some one hit my car in the parking lot, and didnt leave any notes so i tried to talk to some one to help as the do have cameras but no one wants to help , Very Bad to have all those nice places with such a lazy, stupid and un professional workers like that

We went there to have fun dance and enjoy some drinks. But at this bar you can drink but if you dont walk a straight line the staff there will just throw you out and all the people you came with. So if you want to have a drink and have fun I would go somewhere else I plane to.

Fun atmosphere. Bands are usually good and DJ usually has lots of energy. Things can be pricey, but its the jersey shore in the summer. It can be frustrating for locals like me but usually a good time. Parking is annoying. You either have to pay our park far away and walk.

This place looks good at first glance but every staff member is extremely disrespectful and the manager threatened me and then kicked me out. Good luck to the man that filed theawsuit. These people are very unprofessional and are all on a power trip.
