This theatre has minimal respect to the people, who pay high price to enjoy movies. The staff is mostly arrogant ( respect for the few nice associates who try to make a difference). The corridors are dirty. The concessions - besides the extreme price- are often way under the normal human expectations: - the poor guys who work there rather slow, and they rarely have the side consession stations open, but if they are you don`t know that; -the popcorn is terribly salty ( free offer for an early heart attack , but sure sign that they want you to spend more on drinks), - coke is often watered down,( having 3/4 of the cup filled with ice, leaves much less room for the drink), - overall not very clean environment. The theaters VERY OFTEN have their air conditioning turned OFF, even when it is full, and everybody sweating terribly, the smell is bad,-not to mention it is summer. Great for exchanging germs and grow airborn bacteria. I`m afraid this is against the guidelines of Cinemark theaters nationwide. BUT they DON`T CARE AND NEVER OFFER COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS, when it happens.Probably they are trying to save money on operating the building. And definitely want to save their free tickets, even when it is their fault to show a movie without airconditioning. NOT PLEASANT AT ALL. The do not care if irresponsible parents make their way too young children ( often small babies) suffer through the showings- you have to deal with it, though you paid the same amount of money for the tickets, and might want to enjoy the movie. ( An other questions that nobody can put some common sense into the head of the parents). This theater should recognize that they are serving the moviegoers- who keep this facility alive, and treat them with the most respect and best customer service they can. Lot left to learn for this staff.Maybe they can go and study the work ethic of IMAX staff.Huge difference, they are much better, and significantly nicer.

*RESERVE YOUR SEATS!! If you dont, you will regret it. I went here to see the latest Rifftrax live movie recently. Bought my ticket two months in advance and showed up an hour early to make sure I got a good seat. I made the mistake of not reserving a seat because Ive spent the last 2 years in Japan and naively didnt think it would be necessary. Lo and behold, about 20 mins before start time, a very loud and obnoxious young girl with a dude trailing behind waltzed up and rather rudely told me seats 10 & 11 were theirs. Taken aback, I quipped a remark in emotional self defense, but obediently moved over a couple seats. 10 mins later, another couple walked up, and the man announced I was sitting in their seats. At this point I was fed up and just booked it to the second row. At first I was angry, but it turned out alright. Nobody sits in the front rows, so youll feel like you have the entire theater to yourself, and if you sit at an angle with your legs up on the chair next to you, your neck wont start hurting from bending back. That said, my experience with the theater itself was fantastic. The selection is great (even though its expensive as all hell, but thats the theater for you), the chairs are amazing, the place is clean (even the restroom), and the staff is amiable enough. My only issue is that they dont have sno caps, and when I asked the girl at the snack bar about them, she had no idea what I was talking about. I may end up going to the other Cinemark for regular movies just because its closer, but will definitely come to this one for all future Rifftrax movies. And I may even reserve an entire row for myself just out of revenge :)

Management doesnt care Saturday June 3rd was the second time I had gone to this theater in the last ten years. The first time I was happy but Saturday was a nightmare. My daughter sat in a chair that must have had some type of blue chemical on it. As a result, she washed her hands four times and her hands still started to swell and were painful. I reported it to several people (cleaners and a possibly a manager) but the ultimate result was that they really couldnt do anything. I ended up rushing my daughter first to Urgent care who then told me to transport her to the Emergency Room. Whatever was on her hands, no one was able to figure out. The ER ended up using surgical soap and a surgical scrubber to remove the remnants of this chemical off of her hands. They had to giver her pain medications and an antihistamine to give her some type of relief. I understand that maybe some patron could have possibly put some chemical on the recliner chair but ultimately, this theater is responsible for making its location safe for all patrons. My daughter says that she never wants to go back to this theater. I agree with her. Be wary and check your and your family members seat location in the light before taking it. We walked in while the lights were down so we couldnt check. I will endeavor not to put myself and mine in that position again.

I had such a great experience here. I feel like Ive been going to the wrong theater in town! The seats are great and I am a huge fan of the reserved seating. You dont have to worry about showing up to the movies an hour or two early to get good seats, just reserve your seats and show up 15 minutes before. There was a pretty long line at concessions when we got there but I felt like we got our popcorn in a timely manner. The theater itself felt clean, and again I love their luxury loungers! I also love how spacious every row is. You dont have to feel bad if you need to get up and youre not crawling over people, theres enough space to actually walk. The movie and sound quality were great as well. This is definitely the place to go if you want to have a good movie experience. ***If you dont reserve your seats and plan on buying tickets the day of at the theater, you may be greatly disappointed because youll have to choose from the seats left. And if its an opening weekend or a very popular movie you may end up in the front rows and may even have to sit separate from your group.

Very bad experience with the general manager. I spoke with him today to discuss an issue regarding replacement of tickets. My family and I occurred a bad experience inside of the tinseltown theater. I explained the situation the best I could without him interrupting me throughout the conversation. The only thing he kept saying was "we dont operate that way" and he spoke as if he was the last resort of resolving this situation. Well, thats good to know because if any of you that visit tinseltown theater and have a bad experience thats what you will get in response from the general manager. I will be contacting corporate office due to this incident. I will advise any one else to do the same if you have had a bad experience with staff or inside the theater. My family and I have been customers for many years and will not be returning. Our new theater will be AMC colorado 13. Its very unfortunate that with lack of communication and good customer service my family and I have to take our business else where. August 3, 2017

I watched the Hateful Eight today, and the two individuals sitting behind us were extremely loud and talked throughout. My husband politely asked them to be quiet, which they did not. I went and spoke to staff, and the manager there, a short white male with brown hair, told these two people that they were being loud. The two men sitting behind us said that they were "two african american males" and my boyfriend and I were prejudiced. These two individuals then called us "crackers." I left the theater, and asked why they still allowed these two men to remain in the theater. I was extremely upset to be the victim of such rudeness and racism, which of course is not tinseltowns fault, but I was extremely disappointed with the way the manager handled the situation. Being racist and rude made my movie experience horrible, and I was very upset they did not take further measures to do anything about it, especially when the managers observed their racist comments towards us firsthand.
