My experience at Regal Cinema Stockton Holiday 8 has always been excellent. The only problem I can see is when people have to wait for thier transportation outside during the day in warm weather. There is a huge shortage of shade in front of the movie theater. I could only find a little bit of shade standing behind a pillar in front of the movie theater. The outside sitting Area is always in the sun, in that case i would maybe suggest getting some easy ups to cover the sitting area for people that have to wait outside for their transportation. ALWAYS go on a Sunday for the $5 dollar special. Never go for a new screening, though, as it is bound to be packed to the brim. The seats arent too comfortable, but you get what you buy. Rounds up to a little more than $6 after tax which is a lot better than the $10 odd dollars you spend from going to Regal downtown. Just eat ahead of time to skip the overpriced theatre prices and youve got a great deal on a big screen.

Nice small theater, inexpensive. Seems to be some confusion on the arcade. Coins or tokens? They had a change machine but the games say tokens. Had to ask someone for what the machines take and a second time on where I could find the tokens. Turns out the ticket lady all the way out front has them. All in all, Im overjoyed that you can still buy a movie ticket somewhere in this world that wont run me 25 dollars .

The discrimination showed by management to a white man and his adopted black son who is 17 trying to see the new xxx xander cage movie (pg13) and the management refused them entry, saying"he didnt believe they were related" and had them escorted off the premises by an armed guard,this is unacceptable and he needs to be fired immediately along with the guard!!!

Should be a dollars cinema. Old and still use old 3d technology. As expected drinks and popcorn are more expensive than the movie itself. Also I just read an article about how a guy and his adopted son got refused entry because the guy was Caucasian and his son African American. Drive downtown it is the same price, cleaner and show them that its not the 40s...

The seats at this theater are a nightmare! The are so broken down there is absolutely no back support. At one point I sat up during the movie and looked around and virtually everyone was lying on their back in the seat with their head raised up to see the screen. I was appalled. The day after being there I had a headache and backache. Not worth it!!!

Im currently here with my daughter because the website says Smurfs plays at 11:40 a.m. Someone came to the door and said we can buy tickets at 11:40 but it doesnt play until noon... Im new to the area so this confusion is a true turn off. Maybe Ill try the other theater next time. Get it together yall, this is not OK to have conflicting information.

They have never found bugs at this theatre. Actually, they found bed bugs at the Lodi Cinema last year I believe. You get a reasonable price for some of the latest movie releases, free food and movie tickets with the reward card and you can pay half the price on Sundays and Tuesdays. Ive been with my entire family and never had had any problems.

Be careful where you park your car b/c there is NO security on the weekdays! My friends car was broken into in broad daylight as we were walking out of this theater by 2 black males! When I reported it to the theater, the staff and management were unconcerned and not shocked at all! All they said was, "there is no security on the weekdays."

I read about this place and was skeptical at first, but today I went in with my brothers and sisters and it turns out to be really clean and actually pretty nice. I came here on a Friday night, completely empty and all current movies playing to date is a constant win for me.

Love coming here when we are out in the city. Especially on sundays when its cheaper! Have no real complaints but the feel does feel a little dated inside, the way the seats are arranged, not alot of space but other than that you cant beat the deals!

People are obnoxious. Multiple times Ive gone here only to have people talk through the whole movie loud not even trying to be quiet. Talking on there phone and even bringing a baby ,toddler and a 5 year old kid to a scary movie.

The location is okay but they show the latest films and for good prices. They always have seats available and so its a good fit. Plus they have a special deal on Sundays! You should check that out!

Comfy wide seats. No frills and their screens are not huge BUT Sundays and Tuesdays are $6 a movie. Clean and uncrowded the three nights weve been.
