My kids and sister went to watch the first showing of Kunfu Panda 3. The manager or whoever it was there served ticket to a lady in front of them. When it got to their turn the guy told them to wait and left them waiting at the window for like more than 20+ minutes while he went about doing whatever he was doing. When the next worker came in, he didnt even service them or even the worker who came in. They just kept moving about and ignored my kids and sisters. You can think what you will but it sounds racist to me. This is the first showing and there was no one else in line. Come on now. Is this how you run your business. We aint coming back anymore and will post this on the internet. I would give it a zero if I could.

I went to this place a couple times because I ignored the talk of incidents about theft and car being broken down. Recently, my bf and I went to watch a movie at 9:45pm until 11pm. When we got to the car, my bfs car got JACKED! The car was a mess in the inside! The thief stole the valuable electronics from the car!!! We asked if the Feather River Cinemas have cameras, but they dont. I cant believe it. So many incidents occurred, but they dont have cameras. I am NOT returning to this movie theater. Side note, we werent the only ones whose car gotten jacked that night. Another car in front of us got jacked too.

We love coming here even though we live in Live Oak. The theater is always clean, the employees are always efficient and pleasant, and there arent the huge lines (unfortunately for the theater though) that the other theaters have. We can easily get into a new release with no worries. I also notice that the worst review on here is from someone claiming racism but they use a fake name? Serious accusation and for all the years I have been coming here, I have met people of all shades and never saw anyone treated differently. We all have a great time at Feather River Cinemas.

Its always clean, most employees have good customer service skills. Fair prices compared to other theatres. I LOVE the new seats. They could use one more employee at opening times. Last time I went, one girl was selling tickets and running snack bar. Had to leave theatre to go ask if movie was going to start, 10 minutes past start time. But still a great theatre. I love the NEW seats.

Its a decent theater. There are some employees which are better with customer service than others. I have never gotten my car broken into and I have been going here for many years. Kinda small though I wish they had more stadium seating and the chairs should lean back. They keep it pretty clean as well which is nice.

For a locally owned theatre, they keep up with the times pretty well. Great sound and picture quality, although the screens arent the largest. No XD or IMAX, but there is stadium seating in several of the screens. The place could update its carpets and the snacks are expensive, but thats to be expected.

The only reason why its okay is because theres always a family who brings a small child or children who talk throughout the whole movie.. an R rated movie. Im talking Deadpool, Suicide Squad, Sausage Party... completely inappropriate for children and yet the theater does little to stop this.

Theres no need to travel outside the Oroville area to see a movie. Feather River Cinemas gets all the new releases and offers 4k video as well as 3D showings. Prices are reasonable, especially considering that watching a movie here saves you a trip out of town.

A locally owned, independent movie theater. Big theater selection, small town prices. The two stadium screens are great, and the other six screens are getting new, more comfortable "rocking" chairs put in. No complaints!

Clean theater, comfortable seats and friendly staff. Did not try the food, but everything else looked fine. Watched a movie at one of the smaller screens, but the sound and picture were great. Matinee prices before 6PM.

I like going to see a movie now and then, great deal on Tuesdays and we go during the matinee as well. Workers are friendly there, nice air conditioning, a great place to get out of the heat. Will keep going back!

I come here fairly regularly and its always clean with fair ticket prices. If you want to see a movie without lines and big crowds this is your place! Dont forget to save a few bucks and come on tightwad Tuesday!

Good movies but the cost for snacks, drinks, and food is outrageous and they do not keep a check on the people talking in the movies and playing on their cell phones so that is rather annoying

They told me they like to keep the theater at 80 degrees. Its too hot to sit there and watch a movie. I will drive to Chico next time.
