5/28/17 Currently here to watch pirates of the carribean. On our way to the entrance i was told we are not allowed to take in my frap from starbucks as they have a policy of no outside food or drinks, i tried ro appeal as i am just craving for it and im 7mos pregnant. When i was told by the manager, i politely abided to their rule and tried to finish my drink outside. Not more than 5mins later, a couple came in with the lady having a drink on her right hand and her bag on her left, the manager let them in. I complained and the manager just said that "if i see it i would tell them to finish it outside?!" How can she not see it when the lady was holding it in her hand just like me when i tried to enter?! With no sign or intent of hiding if. Is this discremination by any chance just bec we are asian and the latter couple are light skinned? Bec thats the only difference we have. So when a customer is short, dark or has small eyes, the crews see everything you hold but when the customer is tall and with light skin, even if s/he holds a drink or food on hand, the crews see nothing. FAIR ENOUGH!

Sucks i always have a complaint. Their speakers suck as in only front speakers work and rest of sides and rear dont I watched the movie with match makers other day and couldnt watch all of it. Customers should always be first. They said the speakers work after i went like 3 then i had to come out not able to finish movie. Only thing is i got 2 passeseMven though i allready paid for movie prior. My bose system sounds better than their speakers. I demand that I to watch a movie and have a free pass. Or Ill continue leaving bad reviews. Oh yeah....only thing i give 5 stars to (Imax and actually 0 stars for other theatres. If only the managers were not so cheap , they would be new speakers and raise volume up. Or purchase bose system instead! The Imax is 2 million dollars. They should all be imax instead and I would pay extra to watch with the awesome sound. But could they afford it sure... 24 million 4 14 rooms imax would be great. Until then ill only go when there is a new Imax movie. How sad stupid jbl speakers are horrible there.

Worse ppace ever. To start parking is really hard to find. The machines to buy the tickets dont work. I told the girl ans she knew and when i told her it qould be great to put up a sign there she look at me like if i were saying something stupid. CUSTOMER SERVICE by this girl the worse. The theater doesnt have the air conditioner on so prepare yourself if you come in summer. Im so mad im not even watching the movie. Theres is like ten people the most in here and its super hot... wont come here anymore. AMC 10 in Chula Vista is the best. Tickets are cheaper and they have reclinable chairs. Super confy. This sucks. I came here by mistake.

Clean theaters. We went in the afternoon and there were very few people in the room. Comfortable seats. No waiting line for tickets. The guy who sold us tickets was polite and gave us our student discount. We watched: "The House" with Amy Pohler and Will Ferrel. Funny movie. Rated R. But the trailers before movie were mostly terrifying and petriying threalers. Horrible. At some point, we thought we were in the wrong room. the theaters management is to show trailers that are of a somewhat similar theme to the movie that we are to watch, please. Thank you.

nice place. I could say ticket prices are high, but what movie place isnt. Be aware of prices inside, they charge over five dollars for a small popcorn alone. I get more from a microwave bag. Oh yea, parking on this side of the mall stinks, so arrive early to ensure u get a decent parking spot.

Since this location is in a mall at certain movies you can encounter unruly teenagers that dont respect that you are trying to watch a movie. At times the staff can seem unmotivated and unhelpful but hey its a movie theater, right?

There used to be a big problem with people using their cell phones during the movies. But since this theatre started showing THREE different commercials asking that cell phones be turned off, we have not had a problem.

The theaters are nice and spacious and theres usually plenty of showings of new/hot movies so its rarely crowded. The bathrooms are sometimes in need of some cleaning but not usually anything too crazy.

The theather was nice and big had stadium seating. They had a lot to choose from the concessions stand. Plenty of parking all around. The theather is inside the mall next to the food court above target.

Its kind of small, but its very elegant looking. Whenever i can choose what theater to go to, to be honest i dont think of plazas first. Maybe you might like it, but this is my opinion.

This is a really nice place, but I agree, bathrooms are alway a mess everytime I go here. Makes me wonder how dirty the kitchen might be? But the rest is great, really nice theaters

Grew up coming to this place. It has gotten bigger and better. The snacks are pretty expensive, but thats the usual at any movie theater.

This place is cool.. But the drink dispensers are usually dirty. Nobody cleans it for the customers especially when busy.
