I like the theater, I like the calm small atmosphere - one weird complaint: For the last 5 years I have paid $5 for a movie as long as it was Monday Through Thursday night. I went to this theater 2-3 times a month and always on a Monday evening... it was $5 every time for years. That was one of the reasons I liked this theater. Recently (late November, Early December 2015) the price changed to just over $8 for a movie on Monday night. Obviously that is a significant increase; over 60% increase. So of course I questioned it. EVERYONE in the theater played dumb. "What do you mean? I dont know what you are referring to sir? I never heard of that" So I called the corporate office and I got the same response. Really? ..... REALLY?!?!?! no one at the business knows? Just conveniently prices have increased DRAMATICALLY... and no one knows a thing about it... come on. The only rational explanation is that it was their policy for years but changed, and their staff turnover is so dramatically high that within a few months of the price changing, no one that remembered the old pricing worked there anymore. 100% turnover in a period of 4 months is so extreme that that is also a terrible excuse. What kind of business are you running where even all the managers leave every 4 months.

Every time I have visited this theater a kid has put their feet on my seat, and kicked it constantly. Lots of times the seats and floors could be dirty and the staff here give unacceptable customer service. I know this is a movie theater but most of the time anytime I just make eye contact with the staff they quickly look away. For the recent years they havent been showing matinee times which puzzles me.

AMC, in my opinion, provides the best movie experience.... hands down. Comfortable seating, clean venues, multiple concession options and friendly staff. This location seems to be staffed mostly by high-school kids, which is great for the Castle Rock community! For you movie goers looking to lose weight their concession menu does provide calories.

Have a great experience here every time. Staff is always helpful. Place is usually clean (only slightly dirty on high-traffic nights I have attended, but thats to be expected with the crowds). Im an AMC Stubs Premiere cardholder and that makes the whole process easy. Even using Fandango ahead of time is easy to use as you get to the theater.

Great theatre! So glad they are in Castle Rock. Staff is always courteous, theatre is clean, food is good, seats are comfortable and sound/picture quality is excellent! We also love the Stubs program--very worthwhile if you see 4 or 5 movies in a year. You also get discounted prices on Tuesdays if you have a Stubs card.

If you dont have a Stub card (no clue what a Stub Card is) you could stand in the line to buy overpriced popcorn all night. I waited for 5 minutes and no one ever even looked at me. I shouldnt complain I saved $15. Small theatre and very expensive. Make the drive to a real theatre and enjoy movie night.

I really enjoyed the service I received at the concession stand. The girl, Kat, didnt push me into buying anything and she answered all my questions very professionally and with a smile. Then when I got to the theatre it was clean and comfortable. Movie was great!! Thanks for an awesome experience.

Why would anyone go here and pay the outrageous prices (for any AMC) when you can go to Alamo Draft-house and have a better experience, with REAL butter on your popcorn and lower prices, better seating and food and drinks. AMC is over-priced and they consistently under-deliver.

Great experience with the family. Six people for under $30. Food service was super slow, but the staff was friendly. I really like how they allow you to butter your own popcorn, and how they offer free cups and bags to share - not many theaters do this.

Always a friendly, clean place. Yea, the food is expensive...how do you think they make their money? Theaters dont make money on the ticket sales. I like the Stubs deals too...I get a lot of discounts that way!

Continual issues when I go in. Wrong posted times, burnt or old popcorn, dont make good on specials with good and are always giving some sort of excuse. The employees are to young and very rude!!!!

This is the kind of place where if I was a stepfather, I would bring my wifes kids so as to connect with them, without having to talk to them. Popcorn is also neat, how does corn do that?

Movie ticket price was decent for an afternoon noon show, but consessions were to high. Popcorn did not have butter put on it :( . The theater and restrooms were clean.

Good Cinema - Friendly staff, clean theaters, & average sizes auditoriums. Ticket costs are on the lower end which is nice. Standard and 3D showtimes available here.

Clean; Friendly staff; Great seats, they recline so theyre really easy on your back. Sound was very good and picture was great. Ticket prices were good as well.

Our family loves this theater. It isnt very packed which is great because we take our 5 years old to all the new kids movies. The staff is quite friendly.
