First off large, well lit parking lot. Plenty of places to park, can be quite busy. All seating here is reserved seating only. Does not mean you have to purchase before going, but it is a good idea, especially for new releases. Otherwise you can still walk inside and purchase tickets and pick a seat. There are two ticket redemption machines outside if you pre purchased tickets. The machines are a pain in the butt, touch screens are very rough and not fluid. Hard to type a code. They really should have QR code scanners to scan pre purchased tickets from phone apps or printed paper. If you want to go inside and get in line to redeem tickets, they have scanners inside. Once inside, it was a very clean, I went late so employees were just relaxing hanging around talking, but was very attentive. As soon as i began looking for some pop corn I was quickly approached and asked if I had questions or if they could be of any assistance. I was looking for kettle corn. Luckily they had fresh kettle corn! Most food/beverages at this location are self serve. The food area is built so you walk along it until you reach a cashier. Prices are a bit expensive, but what movie theater is not. I dont mind though because I understand prices are hiked to pay employee wages. Alcohol at the bar though is comparable to regular bars which is great. Once you get inside the theater they have really nice lounge chairs with plenty of space and arm rests you can pull down for barriers as I call it. The aisle numbers and seat numbers are marked to find your seat. It can be difficult to read sometimes, the numbers themselves should be lit for easy reading. This causes problems where you find people in your seat and have to have that awkward encounter to ask them to move. In the non XD theaters the screens are still pretty large and sound systems are really good. The XD screen and sound system is noticable inferior to the IMAX at Rancho 16 though. Experiences may vary on seating too. The sound is not well balanced if you are sitting in the back, best seats are in the middle and tend to always sell out fast. Price for XD is pretty steep as well. Overall experience is defenitely not 5 starts. I do not purchase a ticket, get food or drinks, and watch a movie flawlessly with no hiccups. That would earn a 5 star review. Some other things that need to be looked at but did not factor into my rating: -Cinemark app really needs to be updated and modernized. Fandango is kicking its butt. -The "convenience" fee for purchasing tickets online directly through cinemark is ridiculous, they add more if you purchase multiple tickets. I understand fandango charging that. Purchasing it direct through cinemark should have zero added fees. Overall pretty good. Would really like to see the code scanners on the outside redemption machines, that is kind weird they dont have it when all apps provide QR codes even printed paper. Give this theater a try!

As of December 18th, 2015, the theater is cleanly, the screens, seating and sound system are nice, and the ticket price is reasonable, you do have to watch out for the $1.25 "convenience fee" on reserved seating (it can be avoided by purchasing through their gift cards). I really appreciate that they arent harassing people before they enter the theater, so my Aunt didnt have to have her purse excavated before entering, I wont personally put up with that sort of thing. A theater is not an airport or an important government office, so Im glad to be able to enter normally. However, they sell front row seats that are, in my opinion, completely unusable, you might as well have your face pressed right up against the screen, no matter how I tried to turn my head and lean back I could only really see 1/3rd of the action. They were very polite about refunding my tickets, but if you ask me they shouldnt sell those seats at all, as going through all the trouble to sign up with their system, figure out how reservations work and find a time that worked for my relatives and I ended up being a waste of several hours. Disappointing. I hope they do something about that front row, but Ill willing to go there again if I can manage to get a better seat.

We have seen many movies at this theater ,and have always enjoyed ourselves. This time our movie experience was not a good one. Durning the movie, a couple in front of us was using his Cell phone. Also another couple the baby cried through most of the movie. We came out to the lobby to complain, and the young person (using the cell phone) was talking to some of the employee working. We thought he might work there. We were just wondering if someone periodically comes into the movie theater to check.? This is the fourth time that someone has been on their cell phone. You have a lovely theater, but i am wondering how long it will stay that was.

Love this theater! Comfortable reclining seats. No guessing if youll get a good one (seating is reserved). The other day we went to see The Accountant. Theater was packed and there was an issue with seating they had to resolve during show which was mildly distracting. After show we ALL received free passes to another movie for our inconvenience. What great customer service!

This is by far one of my favorite movie theaters ever. The snack bar, if you could call it that, is more of a store. They have every snack you could want along side of a wine garden. Then the seating is awesome. Each person has their own recliner, plus you get assigned seating so you dont have to worry about finding a spot.

Nice and new theater with comfy seats that recline. Supposedly some of their theaters are super high-tech too. You will never believe this - they even have a little arcade... with a pinball machine! Im not kidding. Hey theater people: how about getting another pinball machine? That would be twice as awesome.

The theater, reclining seats and sound system are great but I was a little disappointed with the size of the lobby and concession area. I thought it was quite small and didnt offer as many concession choices or service as I expected. Others have mentioned the same disappointments also, so its just not me!

Nice theaters, new technology, great reclining seats, assigned seating, expanded food options and alcohol. On the downside it is expensive, there is a high $1.50 per ticket online booking fee, and you have to be careful when selecting a movie on their website as it may be in a different theatre!

This is the best theatre in the valley. It is very clean, good service, and has the feeling of enjoyment when watching a movie. The reserved seatings are a good idea but can get a little annoying when you are with your friends and there is no seating open but the ice cream bar makes up for it :)

Average prices. Great Tues local deals and the best part is the most comfortable seats in certain showrooms. Best Ive ever sat in at a theatre. Kept clean. I would suggest having more people at the box offices. There is always a wait time even when only 10 people are in line.
