Really not up to bar for Regal Cinemas. We go frequently at home and the theaters in Oregon and Washington are nice. Went with some friends to this theater in Roseville CA. We had advance purchase tickets and when we got to the counter they had to call the manager after 5 minutes of playing around with them as they could not figure out how to enter them in the computer. We then went to the counter and got some pop-corn which was way expensive. We get it on the cheap at home using our Regal card. We then proceeded to the restrooms before the show. OMG did the restrooms stink. I thought it was just the mens room, but after I mentioned it to my wife she said the ladies room reeked as well. Then we went in the theater, and noted the room and screen were very small compared to what we are accustomed to. When I sat down the chair was very uncomfortable and leaned back and the bar in front of the front row was way too close to the seats. Then a woman came in and fell and got her legs trapped between the back of the seat in the row in front of her and the flooring to the row she was in. We had to help her out and seems like a real safety issue. Overall this is by far the worst theater I have been in for years and would not go back. With all the choices around I would think Regal would want to do better than this place.

Just got back home an hour ago after visiting the United Artists Olympus Point 12 movie theaters! My girlfriend and I arrived to a very clean and professional looking establishment, no trash, no mess, no fuss.....place looked well kept. The front ticket agents we kind and polite and appeared to be very interested in customer satisfaction. The snack bar employees were kind and fast to fill our orders! We saw "Bridge of Spies" starring Tom Hanks! Awesome, just an awesome film. I love "fact & historical" based films, no Disney for this guy, I just mess around with realistic movies. The theater we entered was clean and well light, the chairs are almost like "stadium seating" very plush and comfortable, with drink holders! The surround sound system was awesome, almost felt it in your chest. If anyone out there wants to see a movie, and its being played at this theater, dont think twice, pay the $11.75 per person and go!

Beside the dirty theatres. One other thing should be mentioned. If you want a good seat for a movie, you have to get in at least 20 to 25 minutes before the scheduled film otherwise, youll have to sit in one of the front seats and tilt your head back to watch the movie. The catch is that if you get in that early, you are a captive audience to all the commercials they play on the screen. You cant mute them, change the channel or turn them off. I paid to watch a movie and instead I had to sit and watch 25 minutes of commercials. Goodbye UA, in fact goodbye movie theatres and hello NETFLIX. If you pay to go to the theatre, and are made to watch commercials, the movie should be FREE. I will no longer take my family to the movies. EVER. If the management really cares at UA and other theatres, they may read this and do something about it, but I really doubt it.

I decided to take my family to see cinderella. We are a family of 6 with kids from 6 down to 5 months. When we went in there were hardly any seats left. It was so full. We had to be separated into diffrent areas of the theater. Baby did good, but when I went to bathroom to change him theresults was NO changing table or area. The floors were absolutely filthy and thier was what I am asuming was water and toilet paper on floor. The counters were super wet. I couldnt belive that a family environment like that would not have an area to change a baby. this theater is close to me but probably would return. We have been to other ua theaters in the area and this one has to be the dirtiest one.

awful. I got there, and there was a small line of people trying to get tickets for the movies...it was taking longer than usual to just get a ticket...i was listening stuff about what row and what seat number??? when i finally got to the window they young lady asked me where in the room i like to sit...and proceeded to show me all the seats available..."like if I was getting an airline ticket... I got there right at showtime...just to find out that out of the 500 seat room, there were only 6 people in the whole room and the movie was about to begin...non sense at all.

I have been reading the reviews; I thought I was mistaken and looked again. We frequent this theater quite often - new releases - kids movies - kid camp - you name it. I have a family of five including myself and husband. This is a lovely theater; I have never seen it dirty; I am a clean freak, just ask my family. I find the whole atmosphere of the movie theater to be quite pleasant. We also like the pizza! We just moved here to Roseville California in January from Parker, Colorado; I just wanted to share our point of view. Sincerely Rosemary in Roseville

I cant stand this theater. In fact, we usually go to the Century on Greenback if the Century in Roseville is not showing what we want to see. I have seen ants in the candy dispensers, SLOW service, horrible bathrooms, terrible customer service (I mean, do they even give these managers basic training?). It has been better since Regal took it over (at least they now have brand name candy instead of generic stuff and the smell of their popcorn doesnt smell like vomit), but it still needs much improvement.

I went yesterday to watch Moana and after I bought snacks, the cashier (Gibson?) had dropped my change and as I went to pick it up hoping it was by accident. When I did he just dropped my receipt purposefully. I get that it was pretty busy since it was the weekend but that is no excuse to be rude even though I was clearly being a nice customer. I no longer will visit this place as it appears to have some employees that lack manners and customer service. Really ruined my day and movie.

Enjoyed the reclining seats and theater setup but paying almost $50 for 4 (2 were kids) of us to see a movie, not including popcorn, was ridiculous. Too expensive in my opinion, but other than that it was fine. Clean lobby and theaters, friendly staff and not too busy on a weekend which was nice. The assigned seating was nice so we got to pick where we would be and not just thrown in hoping we wouldnt be too crowded.

Oh my gosh. They dont know how to setup subtitle glasses properly. I wish they were trained to make it work and keep the glasses clean and clear glass as new. The theater environment smell like a homeless lives there. If you dont mind distance, recommended go to Regal Natomas 16 & RPX because they are reliable and know how with the subtitle glasses. The environment is better than UA Olympus Pointe.

I was in the theater to see a movie arrived an hour late and walked into the theater itself realized Im not going to be able to enjoy the movie and spoke to the manager if I could see the next showing honestly I only saw 5 minutes or less of this movie and he would not work with me he wouldnt give me a discounted rate or another option or a coupon or anything just looked at me and shook his head
