Glad Lodi Stadium 12 finally upgraded their seats to leather since their bed bug incidents, and usually we have a great experience here. Tonight? Not so much. My sister used their new online reservation system for a movie tonight, picked the time and our seats. When we went to the box office to redeem the tickets, they gave us tickets for the LATER showtime, not the 7pm we purchased online. We didnt notice, nor did the staff checking peoples tickets upon entering the actual theatres. We sat in our seats and were almost 30 minutes into the movie when movie theatre staff asked us to step outside. We told them we reserved for 7 pm and despite showing them the email receipt, their system made the reservation for 9:35 pm. They sold our seats right out from under us. They said this has been happening recently since the upgrade to their system and they did offer us a refund. But the whole experience of being kicked out of the movie in front of a packed theatre, after being in there for 30 minutes, was embarrassing to say the least and left a really bad taste in our mouths. We havent decided if we will ever be back, or if well give them another shot in the future-but not until they get the hang of their system and upgrades. Spare yourself the time and embarrassment and go somewhere else for now.

I went here to see Rogue One with a large group for the first time. It is a pretty nice theater - I liked the assigned seating, comfortable reclining seats, and convenient trays! However, the sound quality and size of the screen were lackluster compared to other similar types of theaters Ive been to, such as the Studio Movie Grill in Rocklin. There was no way to order food or drink from your seat, which honestly did not bother me as I prefer not to be disturbed during the film. The concession stand was very limited - just standard snacks and drinks. The staff was helpful and friendly. I did use the restroom with my 5 year old a couple of times before and after the film, and there seemed to be plenty of stalls, and it was stocked well... but not as clean as it could have been. It was not terrible or overly dirty for a public restroom either. Overall, I enjoyed my experience, but the theater itself was "just okay"... I definitely appreciated the moderate prices, comfy seats, and assigned seating, but nothing about the theater wowed me aesthetically. There are theaters Id prefer in the area I live, and wouldnt drive out of my way to return to this one, but also wouldnt hesitate to recommend it to those that live in the Stockton / Lodi area.

Poor service buying tickets for the movie. Very rude service, even though I attempted to make conversation & thanked her, I think her name was kelly. We were told it was sold out for most part. When we get there & movie starts, there was not a full sale out ! Only the first row behind handicap & they tried to fill up only the two front rows, below handicap. The .back rows were nearly empty. Dont know if a bunch of people canceled late or they are attempting to only sale certain seats ....it was very odd though. As my daughter and her date got stuck in two lower row seats. Not the best seats for most, too close.

My go-to for all new movies! Besides the VERY high foods and drinks, the movies are worthwhile and I can see that they work very hard to keep everyone happy. I LOVE the staff in here, too, especially Steven! Hes probably the person I hope never leaves or gets fired, he brightens up my day and I bet he brightens up others day as well. Give that man a raise, hes amazing at his job and deserves it. Overall 4 starts. I would give 4.5 but I cant. Try lowering the prices of the food slightly, itll help people buy more and youll earn more money off of it. Thanks for reading!

Went with my friend on Discount Tuesday $6. She recommended we go to Lodi Cinema as were both from Stockton. I have a hearing loss so I went to watch Guardians of the Galaxy 2 and try to figure out what was said which the audio was clear enough to piece together the character dialogues. I couldnt find the Management Desk that offers Closed Captioning Glasses like they do right when you walk in at Regal Cinme 16 in downtown Stockton. My friend bought the tickets so I dunno if theyre only offered at the front windows of the theater.

I like the theatre and its offerings; however, since they removed their newspaper ads, you cannot tell which movies are offered for the special rate of $4.50 on Tuesdays. Theyre usually movies that have been around for awhile, but customer has no way of knowing. There isnt even a notice on the website when you pull up the theater? Also, it seems to be the only theater that doesnt allow you to purchase tix online, as the others in area do. Very little information to customers is frustrating. Can something be done about this?

My husband & I were purchasing popcorn/drinks & the young man behind the counter, I believe his name is Josh or Jacob, was so incredibly rude. I was shocked at his lack of customer service. He acted annoyed & impatient the entire time he was taking our order. I never complain, but it was so unbelievable how he treated us! I let him know how rude he was & regret not letting his manager know. He may be a teenager but he has a lot to learn about customer service! Overall, the theater itself is great. The new chairs are wonderful.

The seats are awesome however the place is filthy. The walk ways coming into the Theater were you get your tickets is disgustingly filthy. Has the staff ever heard of a pressure washer? Once inside you will be treated by the same filth on the carpets and all over were they serve the food. If you can get past the filth the seating and The movie should make it worth while but I was concerned with how dirty the seats are. They had to replace the seats because of a bed bug infestation, now I know why that happened. (FILTHY)

Lodi Stadium 12 has been the first cinema in the US weve visited, we were amazed by the comfortable nice chairs, by the fact you can buy BEER in a cinema! But we were shocked by the fact many kids were allowed to watch a horror film... they made such a mess with the pop-corn and were so loud... Guess there should be an age-limit for horror movies. As for the cinema we were pleasantly surprised by the atmosphere-friendly stuff, big screen and super-chairs!

Very nice theater. BED BUG PROBLEM FIXED (Quite a while ago at that. They closed it and made sure no one suffered bed bug bites. No longer a problem.)!!!! The movie theater is a great experience and is much better than the ones in Stockton, in my opinion. Right now, the outside of it has a statue of Marilyn Monroe. Its pretty cool. Ive been to better theaters out of the county, but this is the best one in the area.
