Well I typically dont give to many reviews as I am relatively easy to please. However, this theater needs one. We were so disappointed in our experience. We sat down in the theater at 1210 for a movie we were immediate greeted and gave drink orders for four sodas. A few minutes later the server took our food order about 1225. We ordered popcorn, flat bread pizza, plain burger, mac and cheese and calamari. The burger and mac and cheese came out within about 35 minutes which is good. The calamari and flat bread pizza took over an hour. Please not we have not received any drinks at this point. At 120 pm i went to the bar and got the four sodas. I did buzz a staff member and was told they are understaffed and are working as hard as they can. Please also not it was 220 before we received our popcorn and that was only after the servers answered my buzzer that was pushed 15 minutes earlier. At about 235 we asked for a refill on the popcorn and did not get it until the last 10 minutes in the movie. Horrible service, horrible system, servers were bringing orders to the wrong people, we ended up with someone else check. Overall horrible experience. My son did enjoy the burger, the mac and cheese was to rich for my daughter (but wife ate it), the calamari was hard and chewy, the flat bread pizza my wife hated and barely ate. Needless to say the food was subpar not worth the cost. We know this is an adult oriented theater especially after 4pm it becomes 21 and over. However, we would have like to see a kids menu for children during the da, but thats not a major issue just understand if your taking kids they are eating the adult style food. LUXE needs to revamp or just plain figure out the food service system maybe take some notes from the Studio Movie Grill as the LUXE is a disaster. Hopefully in a month or so they will get the bugs worked out. Granted this place has only been open a little more than a month but if they dont improve they wont be open much longer. We watch star wars and wasnt really able to enjoy given the lack of food and drink which was main reason for going. We will stick with the palladio regular theater. Go to dinner at the many local restruants then go to movie. If you want a the movie dinner experience spend the extra time and drive to Studio Movie Grill.

Unimpressed would be an understatement. First when purchasing tickets online, there is virtually no distinction between the regular Palladio theater and this new "LUXE" theater. When purchasing tickets on Fandango, you will not know unless you notice the extra word in the title or the slightly different address. We purchased reserved seating tickets, you know, so we dont have to get in line an hour in advance for the new Star Wars movie? Arrive 5 minutes prior to start time only to find out our theater is on the other side on the shopping center?!? We run to the "LUXE" and barely get into the theater before the movie starts. At this point we realize, this place is like The Studio Movie Grilll! To bad it was already lights out and we cant even see the menus or prices. We just order three sodas for our party of four. From this point forward, our service was NOT GOOD. I requested a soda refill for myself and my kids, I got mine quickly, my kids never did, even after asking a second time. On top of all this, the people who were sitting down from us got no less than 4 soda and 3 popcorn refills, which meant that every time the sever had to walk in front of us. The one in Rocklin has a slightly lit and lower walkway for the servers, not here they are right in the way and its so dark no one can see anything. When it was all done, they messed up our bill, billed me for one soda, and my kids for two others, then they over charged me for a 4th soda we never ordered or received. I am still waiting to see if it gets worked out or not. Loved Star Wars, and we love the dinner/movie combo but we will stick to Studio Movie Grill they have proper staffing, proper training, in short they have it much more together, we will not be returning to LUXE, hey thats a name that wont confuse anyone! LUXE, or LUXE Cinema, or, well just anything but what you choose.

Only open 2 days, I had the pleasure of being one of the first customers. The theater is a perfect blend of great movies and adult fun. Comfortable leather seats, comfortable lounge area surrounding a great bar, it is set as a nice lounge pub area that just happens to be a dinner theater. Joey and Will make sure you are comfortably covered, from finding your theater to getting great food and drinks. And talking food and drinks, allow me to suggest the "Plate of warm Cookies", served fresh from the oven, gooey soft and perfect with a glass of chilled milk, or an adult version of Baileys Irish Coffee. Another great menu item is the Pumpkin Cheesecake Tart or the Bête Noire au Chocolat, or Chocolate Beast as they translate it. Seriously decadent and flavor that lingers on the palate, you will not be disappointed with either choice. I also enjoyed tasting the Gyoza, a favorite of mine since I first experienced it in Okinawa, at the Japanese Popeyes, off Gate 2 Street. Overall, I am happily impressed. Now, back to my awesome experience; movie is starting and I need to recline my chair to ease the fullness of my belly. Have a great night!

Was overall a decent experience. The lobby is very nice and pretty upper class. The seats are also pretty decent, nice big comfy recliners that recline using buttons. The seats are also grouped in twos, and there is a little space between sets, not much but a bit, so even in a packed theater you are not arm to arm with strangers. Im only giving three stars because the menu is pretty lacking, and seems to be missing basic items. The food itself also wasnt that great. It was alright, but compared to Studio Movie Grill it wasnt great. The prices are also a little high, $12 for a matinee and something like $15 for a burger that was just alright. They also serve drinks in fairly tiny glasses compared to SMG, not a huge deal but its nice not to need to request a refill several times during the movie. This is still a new theater, so Im assuming theyll fine tune the menu and prices over time. I plan on going again and will update the review if things improve.

We had an awesome time! The staff was professional and friendly the second we walked through the door. The full bar directly behind the hostess stand was also cool giving it a nightclub feel. A nice way to meet up with friends before or after the movie to share a cocktail and converse without having to make it a long involved evening. The food was excellent with some surprising healthy options as well. Sitting in recliner seats why the waiter brings you a cocktail and your food, even popcorn was fantastic! You cant beat it! A classy, refreshing new spin on seeing a movie in an adult way. It was like watching a movie in my living room exceot it wasnt my living room. Also, 21 and over was so refreshing. No bratty kids kicking the seat behind me or inconsiderate people texting on their phones during the movie. Totally worth the extra money. We will totally come back soon.
