Sitting in the parking lot writing this review after having the worst experience. My fiancé and I decided a morning of bowling and food would be fun, so we ordered about $25 worth the food, and not 10 minutes after eating it, I was on my hands and knees throwing up in the bathroom for 30 minutes. Usually I wouldnt write a negative review, but the way Christine S handled the situation changed my mind. When asking to speak to the manager about the situation, we were presented with Christine, who happened to make and serve our food as well. We told her what had happened, and her response was to simply say everything was fresh and was appalled by our accusation. So if youre reading this Christine, learn the importance of Customer Service. We werent asking for a refund or money, we were informing you of an important situation, and you put the blame on us. Now everyone knows the likeliness of food poisoning at your location. If you visit, think twice before ordering the food. You might not know what youre in for.

Ive been going to this bowling alley for years and there has been a steady decline in service and upkeep. The staff and management are rude and careless. I attempted to bowl lastnight with my family, when we walked over to our assigned lanes there was no space for the 5 of us to sit. When we asked for a new lane with space they said there was none available because the high school MAY come in they want to save the lanes for them. They crammed all of the other bowlers to one end of the alley. With 3 dissappointed children we decided to at least take them into the arcade(they should use this term loosely). There was a gigantic whole in the ceiling with fiberglass insulation falling down. The drop ceiling was all over the basketball game. Defineley not safe! I do not recommend this place at all.

Its a great bowling alley. They have a separate room with pool tables. We attended a childs birthday party. There is a sign that states: no outside food allowed. Since it was a party we were allowed a cake and candy for favors. The party throwers ordered the party pack which came with 4 pizzas (yummy!!), 4 pitchers of soda, and allowed 6 bowlers. The party was allowed for two hours. I feel like thats not enough time. Three people decided to bowl but werent included in the original price and it was extra money. $90 or so. Way too expensive. The employees were extremely nice! They were the best part. There didnt seem to be enough ball sizes for kids. I saw mostly 11-14 lb balls. Too heavy for the smaller ones to throw. Id have a party there myself.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE! Staff was rude especially Shelly the "assistant manager" They tried to shove us into a corner with a wide variety of lanes open. When we went to the front desk, they refused to move us after we shared that there was not enough room for the five of us to sit, based on the fact that all of the seats were already occupied. They said they were not interested in moving use because they may or may not have a large party coming in. We returned our shoes and stated that we would not be bowling. The manager was rude and non caring. The place as a whole was filthy, and the staff lacked any interest in serving the public and most of them lacked teeth.

We bowled 2 games - 1 adult, 2 children. When we left we sat our shoes on the counter and told the woman which lane we were and that we were finished. A few weeks later we get our credit card statement and were charged over $100?!! We had to call twice to try to straighten it out and during the 2nd call we were told we bowled 16 games... even though we were only there for an hour. Apparently we didnt get checked out properly when we left, so someone came in behind us and bowled a 14 more games and WE got charged for it. We have been told there is nothing that can be done and we have to pay the charge. Thats just poor customer service and we will never be back.

Fun place to bowl with the kids. The summer passes are a really good deal. 3 games every day + free shoe rentals for ~$30 for the summer. Two visits and youve already got your moneys worth. The staff is friendly, and the kids love this place. I think they have two of the ramp things you use for little kids to push the ball down the lane. (At least Ive only ever seen two of them. Its my job to find them whenever we go :) ) Theres also a small arcade area at the back for those that are so inclined. Weve not tried the food and drink before, but Im sure we will at some point and Ill update this review.

48 dollars for me and my girlfriend to play 3 games. 4 dollars for shoes I understand but 6 per person per game? Every bowling alley Ive ever been to lets you rent the lane per hour, this place does not. Imagine if your brought like 4 or 5 people. And they said their wasnt any kind of group or weekend deals. I dont know seems pretty shisty to me, Ive been to alot of bowling alleys and Ive never dropped 50 bucks for two people. No drinks or anything just bowling.

Id give 0 stars if I had the option. $42.72 for 3 games w/ my 5 year old.. The staff clearly stated that it was $5.29 a game, but failed to mention that they were charging both me and the kid, each individual game. I guess kids dont bowl all summer long for free, as their marquee clearly communicates.... Steer clear if you youre looking at this as a "budget friendly" place to take a kid to. I will not be returning.

Amazing how we spend $30 on alcohol but they wont give us a cup of water for free. Illegal... No,.... Unethical, I think we would all agree, thats pretty bad. They literally refused to give us tap water in a plastic cup, they said we had to buy a $3 bottle of water if we wanted waters. Will not be coming back.

We gave this place a 3 star because it isnt the worst Bowlling Alley weve seen, but it isnt the nicest either. The place is pretty ok kept, but the employees are very nice and helpful. The prices are a big much though so I guess thats another downfall. The lanes were pretty well kept as well.

My fiancé just got food poisoning not 30 minutes ago from here. Christine S handled the situation poorly, putting the blame on my fiancé after being violently ill for 30 minutes. Will not visit again. Would not recommend the overpriced poison, I mean food.

Loved this house! The staff, amazing! But the lanes "house shot" for the state tournament was similar to a sport shot... Alot of people were pissed. Yes, I was quite upset too but its whatever... anyway, nice house. I recommend to people.

The concessions staff forgot to bring our order. The staff at the front acted indignant when we asked for a ramp for our 3 year old (they only have 2 or 3 for about 60 lanes). Go to the bowling ally in Riverview or Sarasota instead.

The lanes are not well maintained. Either excessive oil or not enough at all. The last time i was there it was 90 degrees inside. My personal ball was covered in what seemed to be either wax or dirt and pieces of rubber
