The theater itself has potential. Theres a lot of work to be done there. Ill start with the concession area. Most of the time when Ive been there its a mess. Popcorn is on the ground, as well as other trash. Im referring to both the customers side, and the area where the food is prepared by staff. It seems that they cant hire one or two people whose job it is to constantly be cleaning at a fast pace. I cant speak for the womens restroom, but the mens restroom is often a place of nightmares, but I imagine its mostly the customers faults there. If anything there should be one guy to clean the restroom every hour or so. The movie watching experience is alright most of the time that Ive been there, but I recall two times recently when the movie I was watching had no sound for the first minute, and another time when nothing was on screen but the movie was only playing via audio, which is more like a radio-drama rather than a movie. The problems were fixed, but the movie experience wasnt what I payed for. I think a partial refund would have been appropriate, or some sort of discount offering for a future visit, but that never happened. Overall, it isnt terrible, but the place could be improved with more staff, better preparation to make sure things run smoothly, and perhaps a proper response towards customers whose movie experiences arent quite what they payed for. Two stars.

In my case AMC Eastridge 15 is an amazing place to watch movies whoever is complaining about the place is stupid because the bathrooms are mostly always clean and come on tapotia on my popcorn! What they offer is a great time to the movies. I really dont care about other people messing around during the movie for I have dealt with it before like screaming and crying but it doesnt affect me at all. I guess the people who are complaining about that are just very sensitive about their enjoyment always so to them its horrible like a distraction. To be honest I will never stop going there

Bought tickets for what turned out to be an overbooked movie. In fairness, they refunded the ticket and the concessions (for which you need to present the items, otherwise they wont issue a refund), but made no attempt to compensate for wasting my time or the time of the two children I was taking with me. Unfortunately, this is theater is the closest one to me by far, so I suppose they dont get much competition. They will, however, see less business from me.

I noticed they pulled all the seating benches from the theater outside. Making the wait very unconfortable for their customers. Now I will do most of my business at Oakridge mall theater. Where they make it comfortable for there customers while waiting for the movie going in. Just like they are saying we do not want your business. Go some where else. Not a way of doing business. Now I will spend my money some other theater most of the time.

Some of the staff seemed confused & unknowing of simple questions. Saw wonder women in Theater #8 full house in the back next to a closed concession stand.. Why on a sat. Nite was it closed? Seats dirty, floors sticky,seats uncomfortable. 4 people cleaning theaters after the flick they should of been helping at the short staffed concession stand up front. Never will I go to east ridge 15 again!!

This is specifically for the IMAX theater - not sure of the others. Saw Dr. Strange. The theater is fine, the problem is the sound level. I had a dB meter, and at one point it hit 113! The average was about 97. These are levels that cause loss of hearing. Even with ear plugs I ended up with a headache. Completely irresponsible.

Pretty solid theater to watch the latest Hollywood movies. Since its located inside Eastridge mall it usually gets really busy. They are organized well but the restrooms are always one big mess. Line for popcorn can also get pretty long. Better plan to come well ahead before the movie starts.

I really enjoy this theatre very much, the seats are great and to watch a good movie with a good friend is always a pleasure. The only thing I notice that can use some help, is where sodas are located, its always a mess. As far as the rest of the theater is great!

Need upgraded seats and reservation option... When watching IMAX the line gets really long, and then people cheat to be ahead of the line. This used to be my favorite theater, now we go to Newark, which is not only better but also cheaper.

My only gripe is that when they roll the ending credits, the lights are still off. Someone can get into an accident tryin to exit. It also slows people when they are trying to find their way in the dark. AMC do something about this.

Close to home. Good parking. Good snacks. Prices and amounts served way better than Century theaters!!! Decent rewards program. Clean. Curteous staff. My family and I enjoy going here. Its always our first choice.

Just 5 stars because all of its staff is consistently friendly and both the movie ticket and stand prices are competitive. Going to the the AMC Eastridge is always a very pleasant experience.

Horrible with Fandango. Snacks are good. Coffee is horrible and cold even after asking. Space between isle is good, they do a good job keeping the place clean including the bathroom.

Usually dirty and over crowded. Some might also dislike the amount of teenagers who talk and the lack of effort amc places in dealing with it. Not a horrible theatre, just not great.
