had tee time for a saturday they quoted us 75 per person, high but we agreed. I got there after some people had paid..95$. I pointed it out to the young lady who said.. I was wrong. Finally a manager corrected her. they re did the bills and I had one for 95 on my charge and and one for 75. When I went there to fix it, phone conversations were useless, I was told that the AMEX statement with -95 $was really a credit??? say what? The inference, I was trying to scam him. meanwhile a guy came in and paid 25$ for golf. some folks are more equal than others. Finally Stephanie, with whom i had left two messages, no response, appeared. She will take care of it. I called her twice more no return calls. meanwhile the guy in the small office next to the desk seemed to hide in his room. Was resolved 8 days after the charge. So nice course. nice bar. Fire the staff and start over. PS maybe try lower rates to increase week day play from nothing to more and sell beverages and food to the golfers. played there maybe 20 times no more sorry, people matter and poor customer service is intolerable.

Thank you to Seven Bridges for an absolute perfect wedding day! First and foremost, I cannot say enough good things about Roisin. My (now) husband and I absolutely love her! She is beyond helpful and is always warm and welcoming, even when I e-mailed her a million times a week with questions. :) She has wonderful recommendations, suggestions and really respects your budgeting desires and needs. I will truly miss communicating with her on a daily basis. I recommend Seven Bridges to everyone for their wedding. The venue is so gorgeous and you can alter it to meet your needs and how you want it to look easily. The packages really work with your budget, unlike many other venues we looked at. Additionally, everything went so smoothly thanks to Nancy, who was our day of coordinator for our wedding. Thanks Seven Bridges for making our dreams come true. We cant say enough nice things. :)

We booked a four some at $95 special rate. 2 guys backed out so they made us pay the regular rate of $115. I understood and was ok with it at the time. Then we started our round. The course was less then mediocre and the greens were really bad. I cant tell you how many ball marks I had to fix. We were the first ones out. We ran into the ranger mid way and told him. He said they had an outing last night. If that is truly the case and they tore up the greens a little, we should have been discounted off our rate. Not pay full price . There are so many better courses around that are not even $115. Willow Crest is great for the value....even the Forest Preserve courses. Never again seven bridges.

Very Disappointed in decline of service and menu over past few years. Had to wait 20 minutes to get coffee after everyone at our table of 6 was already eating. Then we had to get out of our seats more than once to request a coffee refill and and mimosas. Not sur if we would have even been asked for beverages if I hadnt made a request. For nearly $40 per person! at least coffee should be on the tables or there should be constant server check ins. Last year was better overall but not as good as year before. I think this year may be our last.

Very challenging course with tons of water. Fairways are pretty tight so choose your clubs wisely. They do have 2 driving nets to hit into but nothing spectacular. There is also a huge putting green where you can practice chipping/putting. Back 9 is where most of the water holes await you. Great staff.

This course doesnt warrant its high green fees and there are goose droppings everywhere especially on a few greens that make putts impossible and the conditions disgusting. I would recommend many other courses. Frankly, I should have asked for a refund. Horrible experience.

My daughter had her wedding here. It was beautiful but, we felt rushed and the bartender wouldnt serve us certain drinks we wanted (shots). Considering we payed for it. We should have gotten what we ordered.

great food, okay service, only reason for a 1 star review is it seems that the general manager does not completely understand how to run a restaurant and golf course simultaneously. Will not return.

Really enjoyed the course. The front 9 was especially fun. The back is tough if ther is any wind as their is a lot of water. Beautifully maintained and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is a great course that is well maintained with a friendly staff. Front nine is fun and not too challenging and the back nine has water everywhere in a good way. Great course overall.

This is a fun and beautiful course for the $. Youd never guess you were so close to Chicago. Its also run by friendly and efficient staff. Ill be going back.
