Hello, I visited your theater yesterday afternoon with my two little boys to enjoy a screening of "Petes Dragon". In our rush to get to the theater on time, I mistakenly ordered my tickets (from Fandango) for the Factoria/AMC movie theater instead of Crossroads/Regal. After purchasing all of our candy, etc., we headed to the ticket taker only to find out we had tickets to the wrong theater. The kind girl taking tickets pointed me over to "Guest Services" and said he would be able to help us out. Well, he did not. He made use re-purchase all 3 of our tickets. So now I had to spend another $30 ($60 total) to take my 6 and 7 year old to see a movie. It was the middle of a Thursday afternoon, there were maybe 6 people in the entire theater. Are you kidding me? It would not have been a big deal to let us in without repurchasing. We will more than make up for the cost over the coming years. My boys have another 10-15 years of seeing movies at that theater. I had our ticket receipt printed out and an email from Fandango for proof of purchase as well. In any case, I was very disappointed with the way this was handled. Very poor customer service, the manager could care less. Especially to a Mom standing there with two excited little boys. Will avoid this theater.

The man checking tickets and directing people to theaters was disorganized and couldnt answer a simple question of whether or not I was allowed to enter a theater room yet. At many theaters if you come before your movie time you can still enter the theater 30 minutes early, but if you try that here they may let you in even though the place is still dirty. If you like picking seats, this may be a good place for you because its not super-expensive for a seat-picking theater. However, I personally prefer theaters without assigned seats - unless its a high class theater, which this is not. Also the only restrooms I see are outside of the guy who checks tickets, so that makes it a little more tedious to go to the restroom in the middle of your movie or its preceding trailers. Overall all my experiences around here have been better than Crossroads Cinema: iPic in Redmond, Bella Bottega in Redmond, AMC in Bellevue, and AMC in Kent. But is it horrendous? No. Really just lackluster and poorly run is all. Thats why this review is 2 stars instead of 5.

in the early morning So a while back, we bought 4 primiere tickets from Costco for around $35. When we came here to redeem them, the staff said that we had to pay an extra $6.49 because "reclining chairs". No where on the description of these primiere did it mention a fee for the reclining seats. It clearly said "Premiere tickets are valid for any movie, any day, any time at any Regal Cinemas, United Artists Theatres and Edwards Theatres nationwide - without ever expiring." So thats $41.49 already. So, we bit our tongues and slid the card. On the other hand, the theater in Factoria we only had to pay $28. Oh, by the way, there was no fee for the reclining seats. Hell, the seats there were much better than those in Crossroads. So basically, we paid $13 extra for a mediocre experience. If I had two words to sum my experience, it would be frustrating and disappointing. I would never come here again to be scammed.

Today I took my 10 yr old son to see Dont Breathe. While I am excited about the reclining seats like everyone else Factoria has them too. They also have friendlier employees who dont seem depressed doing their job. I also didnt like having the ticket tearing person stare at me while making the point that the movie was rated R. Leave the parenting to me DO NOT be judgemental and stick with being in the entertainment business. I saw Regal also has a policy about age even with parents regarding The Sausage Party now while I would agree younger children should probably not see it that choice is still a parenting decision. I live across the street but have no issues driving to Factoria.

Ive been to this theater many times and over all its a good experience. That said, I recently went to the new Superman movie and it was the loudest movie Ive ever been to in my entire life - bar none. I go to movies and music shows all the time and have no problem, but this was painfully loud. Everyone I was with agreed (as well as some others I heard in the hall). I only made it through by leaning on ear against my BFs shoulder and plugging the other one. No one left that theater without permanent hearing damage. I really hope this was some kind of mistake and not some new idea... I would never go there again.

Great movie theater! Its always clean, workers are nice, and the best part, they just renovated so they now have reclining seats. Another huge benefit about this place are the prices and location. Its very affordable for the quality you get and its right next to some other delicious food vendors (& the grocery store. Sneaking food has never been so effortless). Its by no means fancy, but its great for something casual! The only chief complaint, is that their popcorn isnt that great. Lincoln Square Cinemas, anther cinema in Bellevue, has much better popcorn!!

My favorite movie theatre ever since they renovated probably a year or two ago? The seats are extremely comfortable, theyre spacious and recline. Ive not had a problem with their staff, I purchase my tickets online most times, show it to the attendant and then I dont interact with the staff at all after. There was one time I had to purchase tickets there and it didnt make much of an impression, they werent rude but werent overly friendly either. Just buy your tickets online and ensure youre getting the correct tickets and youll enjoy your experience.

This is one of the best theaters Ive went to. The reclining seats for the price of a normal ticket make this way better than iPic. They have about a $1.50 surcharge on top of the Costco regal tickets but that is expected for the premium seats. Also the Costco tickets state that a surcharge may be added so the reviewer who complained about that on here couldnt or didnt read.

Last time I went here, I asked a staff member to watch my sister while I went to the bathroom. When I came back she was GONE. I spent 3 hours looking for her and the staff refused to allow me into the other theaters. Finally found her, but only because a nice man drove her back in a white van. Bad experience but i love the recliners. 10/10 would recommend.

Cane here to watch Wonder Woman. The outside and inside of the theater has been remodeled. The seats are very spacious with powered reclining. Theres a good amount of space in front of you so youll never have to worry about crunching back into your seat to let others walk by. The picture quality has been greatly improved since the last time I was here.

Love the seating in this location. All the screens in this location are equipped with recliner seats and they work perfect at the push of the button. The screen size however is not so big compared to competing theaters. Lots of restaurants in the Crossroads Mall making this an ideal place for food and movies. Overall a decent place to go for movies.
