The facility lures you in. I always think as Im walking into casinos that appear to be worth such high amounts that someone is paying for all these features and square feet. Thats exactly what you get here. I am a casino and resort connoisseur. The facility is nice from the deep parking past the garage where the music plays a nice oldie on the way in. You shove 1200 into multiple machines all across the floor within 30 minutes. Annnd GONE! POOF! agua caliente is where you want to be if you bring a small amount and want to have a good time. The reason this is a 2 star is because even in the wee hours 4am, this spot had more good looking women per capita than any casino I have ever gathered on. This casino is a resort to the t. You will NOT win money here. You thought u would? What would make you think that? The building is worth a couple billion dollars. People dont win at those casinos. The slot selection is quite outdated and disappointing considering the facility. Blackjack tables are at full capacity. The music at 4am is for folks born in the 40s. GO TO MORONGO. that is a winner for sure. Just bring your girl with you because morongo is not a party destination. You go to morongo to win money. This place is garbage. Mad bitches tho. Im a connoisseur of those too

My mom and I ended up here because we got tired of Pechanga and wanted to play at a different casino. Drive from L.A. is about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on traffic. So we drive here past money sucking Morongo, passed the outlets, pass the windmills is a nice hotel and casino. I like this casino. I like that its very spacious. The casino floor is not tight. Of course it smells like smoke but what casino doesnt? The casino floor is not tight but the machines are. I normally can hit a jackpot at any casino. My mom and I went every weekend for about 5 weeks, she went to the same machine each week and after the 5th time and X-amount of dollars later, it hit. Each time I have gone, I have seen a few handpays but not as many as other casinos. I will say that it will keep you playing. We stayed here on e, and the hotel rooms are nice, It wasnt what I expected from the pictures I saw but it was still nice. They dont have much for food options and there is no large food court. The have the Java Caliente the Poker Deli, Waters Cafe and the Steak house from what I recall. Prices for hotel stay is reasonable. I will return but then again mom and I always go to the casino

The slot machines are The tightest in socal my fiancé and I have ever experienced!!!We have addressed this in the past after spending around 5500 dollars in a month and barely hitting any bonuses and when we got a bonus the payout was very very small.Also that they need newer machines..That was 2 months ago.This weekend we went again because they said they were gonna get new machines and that we were just unlucky.well there are a few new machines that are also very tight and never got any bonuses .The results were the same as in the past(thats what we get for believing the slots manager)1400 dollars later and only a few bonuses we feel like we were lied to.For example:I got a bonus on a 2 dollar max bet and got 50 free spins and with multiple retriggers ended up with just under 300 free spins with a grand total payout of 94 dollars.WOW!!!we did get other bonuses at 7.15,10.45,16.32,and 34 dollars.Nobody can be that unlucky again.If you want my opinion you got it !!Take your money elsewhere for slot entertainment!!!The worst slot action ever in Southern California.We will never return to play slot machines

been gambling here for years only to find out my rating is low, i was a gold memeber then a platium, and now up to a black card member but my free play never changed i still get only 15.00 per week as every one else is getting 30 to 50 per week....i feel that they think im a second or thrid class citizen,and they give away gifts like once a month but only on serant day which they never have enough of so they tell you come back in a week or two then when you get there its again only on that day like a tuesday only. now thats B.S. you drive there only to be told come back another day.I told them to take it and you know where i said to stick it. and the dealers at the table games are self centered, you lose 4 or 5 hands and when you win one finally they want a tip right then and brings it to your attention that you should. now thats BALLS i feel. ALSO BEWARE thier slot machine will say you won x amount but will not give it to you, the slots are rigged, they are ripping people off !!!!!!!!!!! now my personal feeling is they all can go straight to hell and stay there......

How do i put this without sounding like a total snob. Okay here goes: are the people in the desert area a little slower mentally? Seems so... Check i with someone named Dana maybe was a nightmare. She could not find the room and it was just a matter of semantics - she put us through a million hoops - worst customer service and greeting ever! The martinis in the steakhouse are very weak. Then my friend lost his keys and we spent many hours looking, calling auto club, being towed to the dealer and it turned out the geniuses in the steakhouse decided not to turn them into lost and found the night before (and of course they are closed during the day). The bars were all for so when some friends came to visit we could not find a place to sit and have a drink. We had to get at the steakhouse at 5 pm to even get a seat. Saw Heart perform.Great band but the sound was awful. All in all it made me realize i will never stay in a hotel/casino again unless its Vegas. And absolutely never see a concert in a casino (outside of Vegas as well). Only plus? Free valet parking.

Beautiful spectacular view show of shows a show that you could not imagine Pink Floyd laser show wonderful what are treat for lizards show lovers and for those who love Pink Floyd Pink Floyd I said Pink Floyd and it was awesome beautiful music old spectacular sound what a wonderful seat that we had right there in the 7th row and what is it you know right there in the front it was so awesome and beautiful I want you to know the casino was immaculate it was beautiful it was shiny it was sparkling it made me want to spend money that I didnt even have cuz I knew I was lucky lucky lucky luck Lady Luck was right next to me what a wonderful laser show by the Pink Floyd and I want to give thanks to Debbie who was the one who wonderfully treated me and my sister narcie somehow she managed to wonderfully produce to four tickets to Just Produce beautiful memories for Pink Floyd lovers again wonderful experience 5 stars parking is wonderful staff is fantastic got to check out the ruler wheels and all the tables oh my gosh what a wonderful View
