We bought tickets for the "Phantom of the Opera" January 27th performance at a cost of $223, and were utterly turned off. After the 45 minute drive from Naples to Fort Myers, we arrived about 20 minutes before curtain time. The scene is the parking lot was chaotic. People and cars racing around looking for parking of which there was none, zero, zilch. We drove around for about 20 minutes and returned home, tickets in pocket. The next day I contacted the theater and was told "no returns of any kind, ever". In other words, tough luck, mister!!! But a theater without parking is antiquated, and basically without an absolutely essential service in this world, I pointed out,..... to no avail.. Ill never go there again. Stay away......its a bad deal.

We just returned from seeing Shen Yun and I am really turned off by it. I expected classic Chinese dance and music and left feeling gypped. Much of it was proselytization in support of Falon Gong, which had no place in a show with tickets costing $70 and up. Much of it was not classical Chinese music and dance. Instead, it was lovely costumes, nice music on the part of the orchestra and not-so-great dance. Shame on you Barbara B. Mann. I feel like I attended a revival meeting, not a world-class performance.

Their website is horrible. I Didnt even get to the point of paying for tickets. There is apparently no way to select a handicap accessible seat and a non ADA seat at the same time. No way to guarantee that if youre going to a show your handicap companion will be able to sit with you. There isnt even a way to email the staff to suggest they consolidate the purchasing process ("email us" link just goes back to the contact page), so obviously they are uninterested in suggestions for improvement.

Excellent facility, staff and experience. I dont know why there are a couple negative reviews. We attend frequently to this venue and always have a great time. People should be smart enough to know that disliking certain show, should not influence their facility experience. Also, there is adequate parking. Like in any theater, you need to arrive early if you want to park close to the building and walk less. Chris, one of the managers has been always extremely helpful. Great job BBM..!

Went to see Rodney Carringtons 2 hour show (7-9 PM). Paid for front row seats, decent show by Rodney but 1 hour into the show and 2 beers, went for 1 more and the bar was closed. Rude people turning you away and then the air conditioning was turned to about 84 degrees an hour into the show. Rodney was decent. BB Mann hall sucked. Probably never going back.

We saw the off-Broadway Cinderella and really enjoyed it. There was someone filling in for the lead that night, but she was really good too and seemed genuine. We love seeing shows here since we dont often make it to shows in Boston or NYC. The theater is pretty nice, and the sets are always good.

Dont bother wasting your time. I went the two months ago. I filled out there forms and called in every few days. They never called me or even offers a job. I was very disappointed because they said come in to our office because we have a match for you.

Great place to see a show. Not a bad seat in the house. Plenty of free and easy access parking on beautiful college campus. Shows are Broadway caliber without the need to travel to NYC. Always a great experience here.

This is the best place around to listen to music. I have seen some BIG acts. You are always treated well. They r very helpful if u dont know where your going. Why r there negative reviews, I cant figure that out.

A very nice place I havent been able to go to much. The seat appear to be in good condition, and it appears to be maintained fairly well. However, the elevator is a glass one and kind of freaks me out.

Went there for a Price is right event. Calculated that they made over100thou on ticket sales and only gave away round 2500 during show. Felt like a scam by the time it was over with. Dont recommend

Great theater, small enough to feel cozy with good seats, but not so large you get lost. Helpful staff, good selection of shows, nice concession stands. Well maintained & ample parking.

Saw Book of Mormon the other day great show. The theater was beautiful well kept and the staff was extremely friendly. Concessions were a bit steep but not more than expected.

I thought it was hard to see the stage clearly from the middle of the theater. I cant image what the stage and performers look like from the seats in the back of the theater.

Great location and free parking. Comfortable seats but people 6 feet and over have limited leg room. There are snacks soft drinks and alcohol for most events.

Horrible sound system. Even balcony seats are horrible. The Broadway Palm have better performances. Wont go back at those prices.
