"Black Friday Special: First 100 climbers that pay regular price will receive a free annual membership"...This Facebook announcement prompted me, my wife and kids, and many others to wait for two hours outside of Soar during the early morning hours of Black Friday. Imagine our surprise when a manager showed up and explained that a "membership" that we would be getting involved paying $45 that day and then having the privilege of only paying $30 per climber upon each future visit. This does not sound like the common perception most have of the perks of a membership. If any membership details were explained online I would understand and blame myself for not doing my homework, but the manager was kind enough to tell me all of that information was only located inside the facility...this after a very insincere apology for the "misunderstanding". Many other families were also confused and upset, so I feel confident this was not made clear. Upon speaking to the owner, I was informed that, "It is my business and I can make a membership mean anything I want". Although my kids were not thrilled to leave after such anticipation, I could not imagine giving business to a place that knowingly or unknowingly misleads customers and refuses to make it right.

This place is SUPER fun of you are at athletic. our 8yr old LOVES IT and could climb all day. But you cant be a wuss and expect that these folks are going to solve your problem if you get stuck up there. Youre going to have to dig deep and get yourself out of what youve gotten into. And its ALL a blast. But stick to your limits. So why 3 stars? Its SO EXPENSIVE! $150 for 2 adults and an 8 yr old. and unless youre an avid climber, youre going to poop out after 2-3 hrs. So, thats very pricy in our opinion. Plus, no water when youre on the tower and its a pain in the hiney to get on and off the thing, so its not like you can just come down and grab a drink. Its in SERIOUS NEED of a water fountain on each level. Or at least a hose.

My girlfriend and I just spent nearly 4 hours tackling this amazing course. Prepare yourselves: your upper body is in for a world of pounding! Seriously though, we had an absolutely amazing time. Our climb expert Josh was excellent! He was very helpful, fun to talk to, and showed great enthusiasm for his job. Once we get some more upper body stregnth we will be back for those challenge spots! 5/5 would highly recomend to any and all athletic people to come to Soar Adventure.

So much fun! You can spend as long as you like once you pay. Varying levels of difficulty make it great for families with children of different ages. They have a toddler course on the ground level, my little sister (5) loved it. If I lived close by I would totally get a membership and spend a few days a week here. Great way to build strength on higher level courses. Definitely recommend! Staff is super friendly and helpful.

Holy junk this place was awesome. My whole body is incredibly sore. Get ready for the best workout of your life. We came a little late in the day and only had an hour and a half to play around but it was totally worth it. It is a little pricy so just expect that going in but its worth the money to experience the awesomeness of the tower. The staff is super kind and professional. Without a doubt, we will be back.

Went to Soar last night for the first time. Had a great time! Staff were fun and informative/helpful. Loved the progression of the obstacle courses. Made it to the top right at sunset. Great views of Franklin. Finishing the course at night was pretty awesome. Will definitely be going here again.

What a great place! Kevin, Ben, and Reagan were awesome today, as with the rest of the people there. Really appreciate how they took time for individual attention for those who needed it. Funny to see how the boys (5th graders) go in filled with bravado, only to freeze up by the second obstacle.

For the adventurist, this is the place for you. My husband and I enjoyed it to the fullest. We tried almost every obstacle, received a great workout, and truly enjoyed our afternoon. Great business idea and plan. All of the staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Lots of fun!

Fantastic adventure! Plenty of obstacles to get you exhausted. 3 hours is plenty for beating yourself up on the rigorous parts and fun filled with the fun and easier parts! Surf boards, rock walls, bicycling and more! Lovely place and I will be back!

Great option for a full body workout for beginners or even if your more advanced! It is a little pricey to bring a family, but they do have deals ever so often. It is outdoors, and is about 3 stories I believe. Plan to go again!

Very fun place; would definitely love to visit again. Theres a mix of easy obstacles and hard obstacles. The harder the obstacles, the more upper body strength will be required of you. And remember, fatigue is cumulative.

So much fun. A tad on expensive side but you can spend all day here with your family testing your limits. Went with my 7 year old sun and he had a blast. Staff is very helpful and always around to "rescue" you.

This place is great! I went with friends and we all had fun. You dont have to love heights to have fun - I certainly dont. Its a great way to face fears in a really safe environment. Its a great workout too.

The people were nice, but they could have used a few more people around to help. The clips are hard for some kids to use.
