my family had a wonderful time here. infact we were thinking of coming back and having a poss. party there. the course is like any other. has hard ones and easy ones. it is well maintained. has a beautiful landscape. and has a beautiful pond and plants. there a few fish hiding in the pond as well. also has a beautiful stream that runs through it with a waterfall. my children loved the cute fiberglass animals too. the bright blue astro turf the person before me mentioned is NOT showing its age but is capturing the blue of WATER!! one of the holes is sloped almost like a slide which is to look like a water fall. and the other even has fish by it to look like water as well. this course captures some of the mountain wonders. as i said before it has a waterfall but also has a few holes with mountain rock. good luck and have fun at this fun and well priced place! (aprox $5.75 for adults and $2 for toddlers 3 and under. sorry i cant remember the inbetween price)

We spent an enjoyable afternoon at Tropical Gardens Mini-Golf (after being forewarned about the "Fun Depot" - apparently they have a very pro-Christian agenda). Tropical Gardens is a pretty challenging course, though it is showing its age. They have replaced the greens in a couple of places with bright blue astroturf that just looks strange. There are all sorts of fiberglass animals around, which are cute without being distracting. There is also a nice range of elevations since it goes up and down the side of a hill (this might prove problematic for people who are disabled). All in all, we had a very nice time.

So I live really close to this place. Its really old school but I have enough awesome memories of the place to give it 4 stars. Dont expect the same caliber as a Ripleys course at say, the beach, but its fun for the family and its really close to places for treats like Krispy Kreme and taste freeze. It also open late so you can go when its cooler out. :)

Please note this course is not handicapped accessible. I think mini golf is always lots of fun. This course has been in the area for at least 20 years, the employees are nice, and Ive never had a bad experience here. The only problem is that the course is in desperate need of an upgrade.

It was fun, but the course needs some needed maintenance. The greens had several rips in many of the holes. The putters were new but did not have metal heads, instead had rubber, making it harder to putt. Overall we had fun but couldve the course needs repair.

The owner is very friendly. He decided to open on a day he was not scheduled to be open just because it was a beautiful day and not only that, he discounted the price because it wasnt completely ready for customers. Will definitely go back when Im in town!

We have visited here the past two spring breaks. The staff is friendly, the grounds and course are well maintained, and weve had a great time. The shaved ice is always a treat after playing.
