PREPARE TOBE SCALPED!!!! All started in 1984 when we purchased our 1st boat.Tested it on the Lake with the builder and a resident of the mobile home park community. The wife and i fell in love with the Landing and the boat. We enjoyed the ease of launching at the Marina and the employees were 1st class. So later in the year we purchased or 1st mobile home in the community and within a few years we noticed that something was going wrong with the Tribe. The FEDS came in and aide the tribes chief and she fled to a reservation in Palm Desert. Then the resort managers were coming and going like through revolving door. Each one having his or her own set of rules which some were posted others not and if you brake one you get fined. Price for fuel are very high and a Tribal tax added for the White man make them even higher The Market also charges the tribal tax on everything you purchase. The Tribe over the years has become a fee based enterprise. Real estate fees have more than doubled. You have no rites and the Tribal court is a joke. Be very careful of the Security Guards for they report everything to the resort manager who then will find any reason to fine you for something yo did with out the knowledge of it being wrong. We finally sold our mobile home this year and when we were packing our traier for the last load WE COULD BE HEARD YELLING FREE AT LAST THANK GOD WE ARE FREE AT LAST. I HAD TO RATE THIS REVIEW 1 STAR TONLT O POST JUST BE VERY CAREFUL YOU DO NOT HAVE ANY RITES YOU ARE IN A SOVEREIGN COUNTRY.

We have been here for a couple weeks now and cant wait to leave. Paid for a month so we have a little while to go. First and foremost, they need a car ferry. I have health problems and cant walk very far so taking the ferry and grabbing a cab every time you need to go someplace can get costly. Especially if you need to go several places while over there. We also couldnt find a post office to receive a part we needed for a repair on our camper. Good thing we have friends across the lake and had it mailed to them. Wish we would have been warned about the construction that starts at 6 am . The casino is a nice size and the restaurant and food isnt bad. Need more activities to stay busy. The price is also $60 higher than the website says. My husband ask why and they said because we have to pay for improvements. If I am paying for improvements I want to be able to use them now while I am here not 2 yrs from now when they will be done because I wont be coming back here to use them.

I see a lot of poor reviews for service and food for this location. However, the nearest similar establishment is over 40 miles away (on the California side). Instead of complaining, these naysayers should check out the Arizona side. They can take their boat over or use the ferry, which leaves approximately each hour. The cost is a whopping two dollars, cheaper than most city bus fairs, and is quite pleasant.

Very quaint little place, we had the apple dumpling with hot tea- twas delish and the perfect way to end our evening. We arrived by ferry from lake Havasu city- about a 20-30 minutes ride. Our waiter at the casino restaurant, Carlos, was a sweetie and very attentive and kind. The whole experience in this little place so far has been 110% pleasant. Glad to have stopped by!

Very sad how they have became, it used to be a huge family Vaca spot, but everyone has moved across the lake due to there own security breaking in and living in the vacation homes... They think there running the 4 seasons when they dont even have a sandy beach.... let alone food on a glass plate at there restaurant.

Love this place we always go for holidays I really recommend going on fourth of July thats the best time to go because of the fireworks and this is coming from a 16 yr old I feel like your kids will love it as much as I do and its a great time to bond with your friends and family

A little out of the way but a very nice place local community launch ramp and boat slips theres a ferry going from Havasu Landing in California to Havasu Lake in Arizona sorry dont know the schedule but worth a stop if youre actually headed that way

If you are looking for some peace and quiet, then Havasu Landing is the place. You have access to a nice grocery store, the lake and the hardware store. Havasu Landing is a great place to get away from it all.

You want some good Indian Bread thats the place to get some. There Indian Bread taco you could not get a better bigger taco. Oh and try there Fish and Chips the best...

Nice view, so-so food, service was slow and waitress didnt service table well. Had to ask hostess for refills on drinks. Not so good when its over 100°. I wont be back.

A lot of slots were modern, with a few old school ones. The casino itself was kinda small compared to how it looked from the outside. Not a bad place.

They need to bring back Karaoke and get rid of that DJ. The drinks are very reasonable but they Need to offer bar food or burgers at night.

Great place to enjoy year around sports. Off roading is amazing during cold months and the boating during summer months is 2nd to none.

Not the best but definitely make your own fun type of place. Everyone is really nice, attentive waiters, gameplay is fun.
