Masselows is an absolutely beautiful restaurant! The woodwork is nicely appointed and the dimmer lights add to the perfect ambiance. Our server, Chad, did a great job taking care of us while we dined. He was very knowledgeable about the menu and kept things moving at just the right pace during dinner. Chad brought out four rolls which were awesome. One was a gorgonzola puff of delight, two were sourdough, and one was fry bread. They had three types of butter to accompany the rolls. One was a regular (albeit) delicious whipped butter. Another was a parmesan pepper butter. The other was a tangerine butter. All were good, but the parmesan pepper was the table favorite. We started out with the Carpaccio of Prime Tenderloin ($12.00). If youve never had it before, you should seriously consider getting this. Is thinly sliced raw steak that you eat with some parmesan cheese, greens, and olive oil. My wife and I had great experiences all night, but I think this was the highlight for both of us. After the appetizer, my wife decided to get a bowl of the smoked salmon chowder ($9.00). Wow! This soup was delicious. Its served table side which adds to the presentation. I decided to get the caesar salad ($8.00) based off of previous reviews. It was really good, but im not sure Id get it again for the price. For the main course, my wife got the crispy chicken ($27). It was delicious. The breading on the chicken skin was perfectly cooked. They screwed up part of the order and only brought out half of the chicken, but it worked out OK. half was plenty for my wife and we had the rest of it boxed up to go home. I had the 8oz new york steak, manhattan cut ($32) - rare. The steak was definitely medium rare, but that was OK - it was very good. This steak was almost a "baseball" cut. I would definitely recommend it. We also got the recommended shareable side, the Dungeness Crab au Gratin ($14.00). It comes with big chunks of crab and its seriously rich. Its definitely worth trying! As you can tell, this is an expensive place to eat. The service was top notch and the food was excellent. This wont be a place that we frequent regularly, but its an amazing place for a special occasion!

We were there for a bachelorette party and with the ten of us it felt like a lot of the people thought of us as an inconvenience more than anything. Tommy was the coolest guy there, he took up all our bags and made sure we had everything we needed. He even said hi multiple times through the night when he saw our group together, such a great guy!! The people at the buffet when we were paying were callous and didnt look like they wanted to be there at all. Our waiter in the buffet was okay but they filled up a pitcher of water twice for the table then disappeared. Also I was never offered anything other than water, I feel like they felt they didnt have to care about us since gratuity was already included. The room was beautiful, and we all really enjoyed the upbeat personality of Tommy, but the rest seemed to fall flat. We went to the club later in the evening. Not only was half the seating reserved for another party, but the bartender looked like she couldnt be bothered with us. We asked to keep an open tab but she said that was too inconvenient for her, so we each payed one by one, as she got one drink for one of us then disappeared to the other side of the bar for 5 minutes before returning for the rest of our group of 10. Just thought people might smile, or at least act like they wanted to be there. Pretty disappointing..

Security is extremely disrespectful to visitors. I would relax on giving a review if it was a one time occurrence, but security has now repeatedly profiled me as an issue to deal with. I was kicked out once for sitting at Fat Burger waiting for my friends to arrive, which wasnt more than 20 minutes. Then, a second time visiting, I wore my hood which I was unaware was against the rules, and instead of asking me to take it off, a security agent yelled at me. I didnt appreciate that he yelled at me and told him to not do that, I was not disrespectful in the request, and I was kicked out again for talking back. I called their department to take care of the issue and instead management wasnt interested. Security here isnt a joke. I get they have a job to do, I am a manager of a grocery store so I understand security has to be cut-throat, but it has now ruined my experience going here. I would like to enjoy the time I get off work with some friends, and relax. However, if my visits get compromised by security this often, it is a bad investment for me to keep visiting. Cda resort isnt too far to go to instead. Perhaps with all the business Quest gets, who cares? They can do it. So to that, heres one star. Thank you for the lack of professionalism and consideration for your guests, Quest.

I am commenting on the "Spa packages".. Was horrible!!! My husband and I were suppose have a meal together and massage.. Oh my gosh..We had to separate the whole package btw 2 days..We weren;t together for the massage ( and they had an adjoining room).. I was speaking with the gal and she ask me to whisper bcuz there was someone nxt door..I told her that the massage was to light could she rub harder, I liked it that way, she informed that I would need too pay extra for it!!! We ate our meal(what a joke, a few slices of sandwich meat and fruit) in the jacuzzi area on the lounge chairs, yes had to straddle them and put our food in front of us..had to wait like an hour b4 anyone came back to get me and my husband was still there when they took me for massage...Paid over 300.00 for ONE person!! So yes it was almost 700.00 and that was a discount bcuz w had gotten the room for the weekend.. Man we were screwed big time..We had the works..face, hands, leg massages(which were separate from the full body.. I could go to Idaho massage school and get an hour for less then 50.00 bucks, would have had a real massage!!Im telling ya folks DONT WASTE your MONEY!!!!

Why, Because of the Profiling and Discriminating I received on or near end of March of 2014! Carlos and His coworker? name unknown I asked them what rates were? Since at time I won $ actually! not a ton but maybe enough. they both jumped Online said to me and friend, witness Gary, who also my friends, boyfriend! I was told they were booked? full house? no rm avail didnt have a clue when?HUH? WTF? I go through enough abuse from Dan Torkelson my HUSBAND of 28yrs. But room i wanted rates? So could rent he & i a room. so I was lied to and didnt even get my answer?? So I then called at bottom of escalater the office and got assist managr gave my experience. he books me a room?? for half off? wow really? Well, I have never been thru a Non racial profiling?So I need head manager to call me and names of both parties, i am filing charges on them along with Dan and Mel and now craig? for Sexual Harrassment~!I havent recvd a call yet? i need to be compensated a free room, brkfast and ten bucks play $ love a free strawberry banna shake. I will have my daughter danielle stay with me, Or daughter or even my grandkids
