My wife, Debbie, and I have been players here for 14 years when a slot game was worth bragging about under the old ownership. Now, the slot machine pay outs get worse and worse each time SHE plays (for me, I play a bit, but hardly as much as we used to-certainly NOT $2.00 a spin, more like $.40/$.60 cents per spin). This is why she no longer plays and will not play until the gaming management realizes that their LOYALTY PROGRAM is the worst. Why change things so the money/owners/high ranking personnel get MORE money? It was great when 1 point = $1.00. This is so unfair; rather than REWARDING long time players, you decrease the amount of "free" play money until it is $5.00. She doesnt even get a 2-1 buffet ticket/or 1 free buffet. That is NOT solid marketing strategy. You want your players back? Give them a reason to come back; extra play money, free slot tournaments, dont make your give-aways so pricey in points. Same with the Carmel Room..it takes an awfully long time and a lot of cash $$) to earn 1400 points, especially when you get not much in return. Loosen up Buffalo (you KNOW you can), allow more wins on Progressives IE: Jackpot Carnival (not just the mini time and time again or when it even shows up, which are less and less unless you play more $$). You make so much more than your paying out $2,000 on the GRAND..So, if and when you change policies/pay outs/bonuss, she may return. The Rampart is a TINY casino connected to but separately owned from the JW Marriott its attached to. The clientele is much older here because Summerlin, where the Rampart is located, is a retirement community. The floormen sweat the blackjack games as if your $25 wager was going to break them. The JW Marriott is a gorgeous (and expensive) hotel. But the casino clientele here is low rolling retirees who come for the blue hair meal discounts and hang out for the day. The owners of the Rampart also own the Cannery and Eastside Cannery casinos. All three are sweat joints. You play black chips at any of them and theyll be on you like white on rice. Right next door to the Rampart is the Suncoast Hotel/Casino. If you gamble more than nickel slots, youd be better off there.

Deceptive advertising claiming "their slots are 34 percent looser than the Clark county average" Clark county average is 89 percent payback so that would mean Ramparts slots payback a whopping 123 percent! Obviously not true. The Nevada Gaming Commision is completely useless. How they let casinos get away with BS advertising like this is beyond me. They are obviously on the side of the casino not the player. As for Rampart their slots are probably set at the lowest in the state. Who knows its not like anyone is checking on them anyway.

This is a small casino off the strip for Las Vegas local gamblers with the regular slots, table games,low minimums, video poker. Promotions are not good if you are out of town. Service with the slot club personnel is not consistent. You get extremely poor service(rude) and you get great service from their people. There web site for the slob club promotion is not updated with your personnel promotions. Probably for this area, I would recommend Red Rock Casino. They list them self as best slots, but this is questionable at best.

What a great casino located in the heart of Summerlin. We went golfing and shopping across the street then came to the Rampart to gamble and eat. Ate really good at the steakhouse then played Blackjack in the casino. Patty was our host and shes really pleasant and we will be back. The dealers at this casino are amazing. Its cool too because I asked where a few of them went and they said PCI dealer school. Ill have to look that place up. Anyway, thank you for the great experience and we will be back.

Wonderful local community location. You feel welcome and appreciated. The staff are accommodating and hospitality focused. Strangely, its the locals that can be a put-off. Looking beyond the parochial nature of the regulars, Id highly recommend Rampart for a friendly environment, enjoyable food outlets, bars and live entertainment. The adjoining Marriott hotel is an excellent business compliment and partnership. Great job Rampart.

Best place ,for locals in summerlin and in this Area it is not just old fokes and the casino changes at later might so do not this part of,vegas as sleapy and as sending fokes to sun cost that is the home and worst in vegas my 2nd is the red rock after this small gem the food is ok at bufftet ,the café ,has a great ny strip sub thats so big eat the steak and lettuce tomato oion extra as a,side salad and 96 the role

The restaurant called Rampart Casino was overall... Well lets just say it deserved 2 stars. First of all, the service was absolutely HORRIBLE. I would give this restaurant 1 star but the food was great. But like I said, the service said it all. I would never go to this restaurant again. I had to yell at the lady because she was rude and she had a sassy attitude. Not worth it

Played bingo with my friends this afternoon. While I didnt win anything, the prices were decent and the ladies were very helpful in finding the best packages to fit out needs and wants. Best of all is the fact that the main bingo room is SMOKE FREE, not something you find often in this town. This will be our every two week meet up spot to just have a little adult time!

Our son lives in Henderson, Nevada and on our last visit, we tried to go to as many casinos as possible. From the Strip to the Station Casinos, we tried them all. By far, the best slots, the best payouts, the best service and the best facilities were at the Rampart Casino. All three of us won money and they waited on us hand and foot. Thanks, Mariott and Rampart!

This buffet here doesnt even deserve one star i just had to watch my daughter have one of the worst anxiety attacks shes ever had because of how rude they were to us and her sevice animal. I mean our service dog not only helps with my daughters seizures, ptsd, and anxiety but also with my mums anxiety as well i am deeply disgusted with the way we were treated!.

They do not charge at the buffet for 3 year olds. Thats a huge plus since station charges for 2 year olds. And I do not get sick after eating here, like I ALWAYS do eating at sams or stations. Friendly service here. Usually really good food and desert. Clean plates and utensils. That has never been the case at the other mentioned properties...

Rampart itself is a very fine casino. But I have never experienced such rude service or rude staff as I did in the Irish pub located within it. Just unbelievable. I am not one to write reviews, but after the two times I have been there, what I have experienced warrants it. If they get rid of that place the entire casino would benefit.

After visiting them all, Rampart Bingo, might not be the biggest, but, it is the best by far. We travel from London, and prefer to stay at J W Marriott, and play bingo every session we can, as far as comps, we find that they are generous, we look forward to our visit next month.
