I actually really love writing great reviews for businesses that deserve it - unfortunately this is not one of them. My boyfriend and I went to see a film that was practically sold out. We selected the "A" seats which is the front row. I knew it would be close but Ive never been to this theatre before so I didnt know exactly how close (all theatres are different). It was too close that I could not enjoy the film. So, we came out for a refund and had the most difficult time refunding them. First the lady says I wont be able to refund these since its after the start time. Mind you, we were 10 mins into the movie. TEN minutes. I think 10 minutes is enough time for me to realize that I dont want to watch a movie with my head all the way back in which it still being hard for to me enjoy the film. It wasnt a hour or even close to it. It was the beginning of the movie. I didnt budge because though Ive never returned a movie ticket, Ive worked at an AMC & know that refunding should never be this difficult. I told her we had only been in there 10 mins & she continues to try to explain it has to be right at the start time. So, if your movie starts at 12:55, you have to return your tickets by 12:54. How are you supposed to know about any future circumstances that may involve you having to return? Then she finally says shell return them but makes sure to add "though Im not supposed to after the start time". Then she asks for the tickets - I had the receipt not the tickets (I usually throw them all away!) I tell her I only have the receipt - she says she cant refund without all the tickets that printed out! Again, I tell her Im not about to argue with her over a refund that should be granted period. I had my receipt - end of story! Eventually she just refunded me but honestly this was such terrible customer service & such a waste of my energy. The customer service overall could have been better. This place has great reviews but we just didnt get to experience it. I will say it was a nice theatre & we were excited to try something new. It just wasnt a pleasant experience & we wont be back.

This theater is very nice. Its in a peaceful part of town, very clean. We were staying at the Wildwood hotel across the street, and grabbed some tickets to see Deadpool (loved it). Pros: Super easy ticket ordering online or at the theater. You can reserve seats online! The theater seating is super comfy and beyond fantastic, there is a lot of space, the seats are electric recliners and plenty of room to move past others if needed. Cons: (tiny cons/ Im just nit-picking) Little confusing on ticket pickup, you walk in and are faced with two computer monitors, but not much instruction on what to do with them. Once you figure it out, it all makes sense and you are good to go from then on. Cinema rooms, I know it is a small theater with 10 movie rooms. It counts 1 - 8 in plain view by looking up and down the hallway. But 9 - 10 are kinda through a doorway to a small bar and you dont notice them, 10 is hidden around a corner behind the doorway to the bar, and 9 is behind a pillar on the other side of the bar room. SO, we got a bit turned around as to where theater 9 was (if you know the theater that sounds silly but we are new to the area so shush! lol). Could use a little sign to point them out, and one to use the computers up front. A few reclining seats were ripped where they recline, but that didnt interfere with comfort. Honestly, the theater was dark when I walked in and I didnt notice till the movie was over. ANYWAY, thats the worst of the theater, so its totally great. Wish we had one like this closer to where I lived, I would go here for all movies!

I had purchased tickets on Thursday for my parents to see a movie Saturday. it was a surprise for them so they could have a date night. my parents went to the theatre, and unfortunately, when purchasing the tickets online I forgot to change the date to purchase them for Saturday, not Thursday, so they would not admit my parents. not only would they not allow them in to see the movie, they refused to compensate in any kind of way. they simply said that the tickets were not refundable. I understand that there are policies and guidelines to follow, however the way they treated my parents was UNACCEPTABLE. they should have allowed them in if there were available seats, and if not, simply issue vouchers to them to return another night. what should have been such an EASY fix, ended in my parents being mistreated. I work retail and will go above and beyond for each and every customer to assure my customers are satisfied. the manager didnt even have to go out of his way to simply resolve the situation. it was an honest mistake, and instead of being understanding and demonstrating good customer service, the management did nothing. it ruined my parents date night and in turn ruined mine since it was a gift. we have ALWAYS gone to this theatre and have been advocates. but after this experience I will no longer vouch for this venue. this theatre has no standard when it comes to customer service and the return policy is unreasonable. I will not be back. if I could have put 0 stars I would have, seeing as how it would have been more accurate.

Incredible experiences at this theater. Every chair is a reclining chair. In most if not all of the theaters, you can reserve your seats when buying your tickets. I recommend purchasing them online from the theater so you see the layout of the theater to get your reserved seat(s). When you get to the theater, you swipe your credit/ATM card and the tickets print. The soda machines are in the lobby, you can can as many refills you want without having to wait in line. If you want to purchase food/candy/soda, you can also purchase your tickets if you have not already purchased them online. There are two theaters connected only to the bar. You can order and take drinks into the theater in those two theaters. In addition to the wide, reclining, and reserved seating, each row has enough room to walk down while everyone is reclined with their feet up. In front of most rows is a wall. You arent seeing, touching, or obstructed by anyones head. Bonus: No one is touching the back of your seat or staring at the back of your head. This is my favorite theater in St. Louis, MO.

I was very surprised at how nice this theater was! They have your normal snacks an drinks along with the different popcorn seasonings and I was pleased with their additional butter dispensers so you can add as much butter as you want. We were also pleased that we got unlimited refills on our popcorn an soda an the young ladies working were extremely kind, friendly an polite! I was super impressed with the HD curved screen, sound system an the leather, electronic reclining chairs. You can lean back slightly or lay all the way back. We were the only 3 in there so I slid my flip flops off an laid back with my feet up. I would give it 5 stars if only there wasnt so much trash under the seats. Its not just a little bit from the last group from the last show, this was a disgusting, abnormal an noticeable amount an they dont have an arcade but a bar instead an that bothered me because they sell alcoholic drinks at the consession stand an I had seen it advertised that they had an arcade. We still had an enjoyable time tho!
