Was invited by Warner Bros. for a free showing of Superman vs. Batman tonight. Who doesnt love free right? So I came here and hour and a half prior to the special showing. Waited in line. And everything seemed good for awhile until the line stopped. Completely. And then....We were left by ourselves. In line. Waiting. For 30 minutes with no direction of what to do. We were the 6th person in the stopped line. I understand with these special showings that not everyone gets in. That I get. (It even says it in the confirmation) However, during the 30 minutes that we were left alone, we did some investigative work. As it turned out, the people who works here in the theater were able to get in before us. The movie workers were being hush hush about entering and yet, they were letting their coworkers in. Our line, of about 60 people or so, waited patiently. Most of us even had to endure inhaling the second hand smoke of where I called the vortex of hell because we cant leave the line and it was cold waiting outside the theater. We also found out the Citibank people and the Power 106 invitees and their friends all also had first dips. Quite honestly, if THAT ONE person working the whole line had told everyone the movie was full 30 minutes before show time, I wouldve been okay. However, finding out how corrupt the workers were abusing the system, how Power 106 invitees seemed to have a large crowd, and the fact that we were just left alone without any answers is an absolute disgust coming from a place that expects patrons of having a good time. Super disappointed.

horrible experience ... i pay my tickets .... i wait an 1 hour ... After an hour i go to the theater and go in where my movie was taking place at ... NO SEATS .... (other people in the corner trying to find seats ) (people saving spots ) ( people entering the wrong movie station ) went to go see if i could watch next movie .... nope cant .... gave us our $50 back ... but wasted $27 on the movie theater food .... THE THING THAT GOT ME ANNOYED AND MAD IS THAT THE WORKERS DID LET THE PEOPLE KNOW U HAD TO WAIT IN LINE .... N BECAUSE THEY DONT DO THERE JOB RIGHT ... ME N MY FAMILY JUST WANTED TO PUT SOME LAUGHTER INTO OUR DAY ...

30 screens! With so many options of movies to watch even one of the best IMAX screens around. You can get tickets online, ahead of time, at the automated machines they have outside or at the box office. If you get a large popcorn bucket you can get unlimited free refills throughout your movie. One of the best thing I like about this theater is that the sound system is LOUD and powerful. There is a whole lot of parking surrounding the entire mall and some of the restaurants and retail shops even offer discounted tickets for movies at times

Confortable theatre, bit over price, but I really recommend buying tickets at costo (youre welcome) overall they have great sound system and beautiful image screen, IMAX is just fantastic the sound is spectacular loud and clear, I am a audiophile so I usually go 2 weeks after the release of the latest movie when the theatre is almost empty, I dont like the person next to me eating nachos adding extra sound to the movie or people on their phone wich theres always one doing so

Super chill place to get out of the heat .. movies are super loud .. the seat dont feel sticky & each theater is big plenty of seats.. just eat before or after the movies since food here is expensive & not really food .. plenty of places to eat around here with also great deals .. they didnt let us in once to a R rated movie tho, cuz we had a baby.. very weird. . Gave us a refund .. they have plenty these kiosks where you can purchase your tickets w/card only ..

The person in charge of refilling the soda machines in ice was pushing the ice with his hands without gloves into the dispenser. That constitutes a health code violation for improper training on the employee and in the company. No gloves were used on his part in the refilling process. Bacteria grow in cold conditions too (considered optimal conditions for growth in certain strains). I would not add any ice for your drinks at this location.

Come here if you enjoy people talking the entire time. We have tried this place three different times since moving here, and each time people have been talking throughout the entire movie. We did not spend 40+ dollars on tickets and food to hear people in the audience talking to their friends or whatever it is they are doing. It seems we were just spoiled by the Alamo Drafthouse where they kick these people out without a refund.

I went to see American Sniper. I wasnt able to enjoy the movie because of the constant distraction of a child crying. Three young mothers brought their small children and an infant to see an "R" rated movie. I think it is terribly irresponsible of the AMC Block to allow young children to view an adult movie and I cant even begin to tell you how I feel about the selfish parents. I dont think Ill return.

Took my kid to see the Maleficent imax 3d. I hadnt been to the block in a while and paid $6 over the regular adult price. I forgot that the block doesnt have a real imax theater. The theater is good enough but for the real Imax experience go to the Irvine Spectrum. Saw Star Trek, 300 and Avatar on that gigantic screen and loved every minute of it. Dont get ripped off with the fake Imax or other gimmicks.

I watch a lot of movies, and we end up here fairly often. The movies run late which is nice, and theres plenty of places outside to grab dinner first. The downside is it can be very crowded, with lines for opening nights. But its certainly a happening place. The IMAX theater is awesome but the sound needs work and the seats arent comfortable. The Stadium 25 on Katella does all those things right.

Maybe I am getting old but the volume is unbelievable loud during the trailers. I sit with my fingers in my ears until the feature film starts. Once I almost wanted to leave but after paying all that money. . . Why do they do this? I suspect they are not listening and it appears the management does not listen to us either judging from another reviewer.

I recommend choosing a different theatre. Ticket prices were higher than average and lines at the box office were very long. By the time I got my ticket the movie had started. Their kiosks didnt seem to be working, which was frustrating. The rest of my experience was standard - nice seats and theatre, but I probably wont return.

Comfortable theater. It gets the job done, I suppose... A little pricey when compared to the other movie houses in the area though, Regal and Century certainly beat out AMC when it comes to ticket prices. One thing this place has over the others is the DIY Coke machine... I forget, I know it has an official name, but whatevs.
