I needed a sip of water to wash down my medication. I got up to the front counter and said, All I need is a drink of water for medicine. The girl said a bottle of water is something like $7 or she can sell me a small paper cup for $5. I took the small cup for $5; what can I do...then another customer walked up and asked for a "sample" cup and it was free. Cmon! I told you I just needed a bit of water for meds and you got me for $5??? She could have given me the sample cup. I have not gone back to watch AMC movie ever since. That was more than a year ago. I go to Edwards.

One aspect I like most about AMC Theaters is that all of their theater rooms are spacious and have comfortable seating. This location has friendly service and is not too packed. We watched a summer blockbuster film on opening weekend and didnt have to invest a lot of time getting there for good seats. Would give 5 stars but apparently AMC has a new policy that no longer allows food/drinks into their theaters. They use to allow them before but not anymore. Bring the old policy back and a 5 Star rating would be a no brainer.

The AMC movie theater in Tustin is fairly comfortable, has a wide selection of concession foods, and is located near a bunch of small restaurants in the District. Only the really big movies will stay at the theater for more than a few weeks though. Beverages are mostly soda, water, juice, and some hot drinks. (Wish theyd have iced tea...) The theaters themselves are well-maintained and the seats provide good views of the movies. In general, I enjoy going to this theater.

Ive been going to Spectrum for a long time for movies but stopped since they raised prices and force people to now pay VIP to see a movie. Forget that! AMC District is close down the street from my apt.--nice theaters, clean, new, modern, comfy seats, not crowded like Spectrum. Its the obvious movie theater choice. Snack/popcorn stand still overpriced but I never buy from there anyway due to the prices.

Very Nice Theatre with up to date movies and in my opinion the tickets and food a bit pricey but worth buying, good parking all around and if you go early around 10 to 12:00 the tickets are half off the original price. The theatre is in a great place so once youre done watching a movie you can go ahead and walk around. In the end this is a great place for watching movies with friends and family.

One of my favorite movie theaters to go to since it always pretty clean and doesnt reek of spilled drinks and mold. They have plenty of screens and parking is easy. I usually grab a bite somewhere in the Plaza and catch a movie here after. Prices are standard. Food options are standard. They do serve alcohol though if youre of age. So thats cool.

Best place for dinner and a movie. Lots of hip spots in walking distance, sushi, Irish Pub, Chinese, BBQ, Boba, deserts, ice cream, Panera, IN-N-OUT, seafood, brewery, you name it, they have it. Theater is top notch, with drinks, nice place for a date or to take kids. No IMAX or recliner seats but still my go to theater.

i love this theater, but the only reason why we keep coming back to this theater is because of ROBERT, he is the guy that checks your tickets before walking in. He will always acknowledge you and always have something positive to say, he goes above and beyond to provide the best costumer service. Thank You ROBERT!!!!

Im a Premium AMC user, dont get me wrong, this is our top spot, our date out to watch all movies, BUT,....they advertised buy a large ICEE get the 50 year Anniversary cup, etc, Large, but NOoooo, they didnt have it or know about it, even spoke to the manager. Whats up AMC, get your specials on tap! Big Bumma Bruh!

I was very disappointed to find out that they couldnt sell me a ticket because I had my small children with me for a rated R movie called kidnap and was extremely discriminated. Because they wanted to keep the mature audience happy excluding all children and their parents past 6 p.m. into a rated R movie.

Definitely one of the better theaters Ive been to. A couple years ago, I would have given this theater 5 stars (its rarely crowded and its clean), but with the rise of the luxury theaters (and an AMC Ive been to in La Jolla with fancy reclining seats), it gets demoted to 4. Still worth it though!

Clean and very friendly staff! food a tad bit overpriced.......so if you can wait for Red Box then wait but, if it is a must see on the big screen, this is the place to go. Surrounded by great food establishments but fair parking with "running of the bulls" travel from your car to the theater.

Expensive. Bought by Wanda corporation of mainland China. They cut down on American films and show Chinese movies that no one watches in mainland china. Cleanliness is a concern. Always understaffed. Go support regal or Edwards cinema.

This AMC is conveniently located at District at Tustin close to other stores and restaurants near by. But their Coca-Colas and Popcorns are over priced. Family friendly place. This place gets crowded during popular movie release days.

Seats are very comfty. Picture quality and sound are excellent. Watched a sci-fi and a drama. Ticket prices are lower than most; concessions are obviously high. Definitely my choice in the area.

A great place without all the crowd. Comfortable seats and all the theatres are nice unlike the Spectrum with there crack box small theatres. Robert the greater is always so friendly and helpful.

Better than Edwards! I love the look of AMC and when I go theres not too many people watching the movie unless you attend a recently premiere movie. However, the place looks fantastic and clean.

This is my go-to movie theater. Great sound and picture. Clean. Friendly staff. Not too crowded. In a very nice shopping complex. Sometimes the self-serve ticket machines are down.

Had Tom Ka Kai and Pad Thai - both mild. Soup broth was good. Not too coconut-ty. Pad Thai was very good but noodles were slightly undercooked - too chewy.

Nice location, not packed, plenty of parking. Inside the shipping center , many restaurants to choose from after watching the movie. $7 before noon, not bad.

The theaters have bed bugs came out itching with bites on back very dirty seats microscopic bugs I think the need to drop price for the inconvenience
