My wife and I attended a movie on Friday evening where they offered the newer assigned seating with chairs that reclined. The agent at the window informed us that there were only seats available in the front two rows due to all other seats being "reserved" online. We went inside and noticed more than half the seats in the back were empty after the movie started. I went to the theater manager and complained that we were not offered those empty seats and now had to sit so close to the screen. The manager was not very sympathetic and explained that all those empty seats were reserved online so we could not sit there. What a ridiculous policy that forces paying customers to sit in the front row! We obtained a refund and will not be going back to a place that gives priority to non-paying customers.

I hate the new assigned seating and over priced tickets just because they have recliner chairs. You even have to pay for children under 3 now because of those chairs. Plus, the only bathroom with a changing table is all the way upstairs and the changing table is so low down you basically have to kneel on the floor to change your childs diaper. I came here for a fun night out with the family and was highly disappointed. I never want to go here again.

Located in the middle of hustling and bustling downtown Brea, the pair of Regal cinemas offer up the movie theater experience to the multitude of individuals running up and down the sidewalks. Their isnt anything terribly impressive about this theater, but is moderately clean and a basic middle of the road cinema. Like most theaters, none of the employees want to be there, tickets are overpriced, but otherwise, everything is fine.

Best seating (they recline electronically) and are well organized here. They have also accommodated us when we havent liked a movie by refunding...Great for upscale movie going! Tip: sign up for regal rewards and sometimes you can get free stuff once you present your regal rewards card whenever you purchase tickets!

This is for the ticket booth guy about 15 years ago. I know its late but just wanted to thank you. Sorry we didnt have smart phones and all the apps back then. You let us come back and finish the movie after we had to leave because my daughter got sick. May your god bless you my friend.

Havent been to a theatre this well kept in a while. To add to the human touch, some of the employees wear their favorite movies on their name tags. The one I talked to at the popcorn counter said hers was Akira and by chance found it the next day. Got to see two great movies in two days!

My last visit was my first experience with their luxury seating, i.e. recliners. I didnt care for it at all. I am sure that the price will have to increase to accomodate having fewer seats and I wasnt comfortable. In my opinion, the seating is poorly designed.

Ultimate 4 star theater. You dont get the bells and whistles at newer spots (imax, d box, dolby atmos) but you get stadium seating, digital projection, and less of a crowd than other nearby theaters like amc puente hills. They also serve craft beer.

We went and seen boss baby at 935pm...the popcorn machines were all empty except for 1 that looked like it was full of the popcorn they had scraped out of the others...we asked when fresh popcorn would be made and the answer was "not anytime soon"..

When you have to remove half of your seating to draw people into your theater, then its time to acknowledge, youre industry is dying. It was a ghost town when we went. Us and one other couple in the whole theater. Sad, but this era is over.

Nice theatre. All theaters here have stadium seating. There are two Edwards in this block - east and west. Combined they show 24 different movies. It is always clean and well run. They even serve beer and wine here now.

Parking is in the structure. This is the nice theater where the new movies live. You will pay a lot to watch them with your friends and family.

Cops are out of control there writing parking tickets. Save yourself 40 bucks and go somewhere else for dinner and a movie.
