Worst customer service at front desk that I have ever experienced. Never go back again! It is my first time to be here around 2:30 on 08/27/2017. I would say not many customers were waiting to be served at the front desk. When I was in line, 2 reps were serving 2 groups of people. I got to be transfered to the other rep when it was my turn. There were 3 boys in front of me, and obviously the male rep knew them very well, chatting a lot with them, which took me more than 5 minutes. All customers behind me were gone, since 2nd rep came back during their talking, 2nd rep took care of those behind me first but ignored me, letting me wait for their talk to be finished. Finally it was my turn, the male rep told me that he was leaving, and would be back soon!! He did not pass me to 2nd rep before he left, just asked me to wait again!! He definitely knew that I had been waiting for about 10 minutes. 2nd rep came over and took care of my order ultimately. That male rep returned to front desk as I finished purchasing the ticket for my daughter, which was another 3~5 minutes. It is the most miserable waiting experience ever! We usually go to Ray Road location, fun place for my 5-year-old. But Peco one is not for little kids, at least; unorganzied places with few facilities, not woth the money compared to Ray Road location.

My son celebrated his birthday there recently, and the experience was not that great. The kids & I had to ask repeatedly for juice, and ice cream. My son was actually denied ice cream at his own party! Who does that? By the time the juice showed up, the kids were tired of waiting and had already left the room. I still dont understand why the birthday boy was denied ice cream, or why the host was not willing to give out the ice cream, it was on the party order, and the bill. Not worth the money to host a party, its too disorganized, and apparently the party hosts are trained to be cheap, and skimp on the food (even though the parents are willing to pay for it!) The clincher, had to wait a good 10 minutes for someone to get paper towels to stop a bloody nose. Also had to ask repeatedly for ice for the bloody nose, and a chair - seemed a little unprepared for an accident.

When I arrived there was only one person working the front counter and a line of at least 6 families. After 10 minutes of waiting in line another girl came over to help. As new people came in, instead of waiting in the line that was clearly formed, they would stand behind people being helped at the register, cutting the line. Finally another 10 minutes later, I made it to the counter and the girl told me it would be just a minute and she would be right back. I stood there another 5 minutes as the line grew longer and more people cut in front. When she came back to the register I was waiting at, I asked her if she would rather help the people cutting in line instead of me like the other girl and I was told I could have done the same and not waited. WOW! Parties scheduled and not prepared for, bathrooms disgusting, horrible first experience. I will never go back.

No doubt the kids had a fun party...going wild is fun right! I contacted the facility immediately after the party when I got home and found out specific gifts were missing. Was told they would look into and call me back the next day. Never heard from anyone...at all! XTREME MEGA party which includes everything...then at the party I was told I had to pay extra for candles (lol) ridiculous right...needless to say I didnt pay for the candles. Fun party for the 30 kids but a nightmare for me with all the nonsense of lack of communication. Ill take my son there randomly but definitely would not ever have a big party there ever again because of how I was mis-treated by the their incompetent so called party planner.

We have been to to Xtream Air a few times now and it is a fun place for the 10 year old girl we bring. The facility is fairly large and there are a few different areas for the kids to play. They have a large main play area with lots of trampolines, ramps and a few obstacles to play around. There is a dodge-ball area, but it seems pretty tame and I believe they keep a staff member in that area to keep an eye on things. there is also a obstacle course/foam pit area, a hoverboard area, small cafe and a few arcade games. There is seating for parents to sit and watch the kids and over all I recommend for some good tiring fun for the kids and relaxing fun for the adults.

Had a fun time with some friends. Unlike KTR across the street this place is much less crowded. The staff is kind and the guy at the obstacle course was very cool and showed us how to complete the impossible looking obstacle course. Unlike KTR they have a huge trampoline and let everyone jump freely without having to take turns. I like how this place is less crowded, a bigger space, and a lot of fun.

Me and my family were there last week at teen night and we all had so much fun. The kids had a blast, especially when they would go play games with the staff. The kids especially liked Ethan, He would go out of his way to play with them and give them a new game or challenge every time we came to the park.- Thank You Xtreme Air, we will be back again soon!

Great place for the kids (and adults) to let loose and literally jump of the walls! Prices are reasonable and they do birthday parties which my son did two years in a row at age 7 and 8. In addition to trampolines, they also do dodge ball, have a giant air bag to jump into off a 10 foot high platform, and a small American ninja course.

Tbis place is awesome! My 3 and 5 year old had so much fun playing in the "little extremers" area which was the perfect size. We laughed so much. The staff was really nice and friendly, even to my kids. I wish we didnt live several states away, we would come back weekly. Hoghly recommended!

The trampolines werent very good. I can bounce on bricks better than this place. the parkour course was super easy. i did it in 2 tries. The place smells like red dirty socks and doesnt have proper bathrooms. bring a bucket. Dont bring a big gummy bear some kid will eat it.

Creepy employee kept following me and my sister around making stupid excuses as to why. It made me and my sister feel so uncomfortable that we couldnt stand being there for very long at all. It was honestly a waste of money, because we werent there for very long.

I like this place more than other trampoline parks. There are a lot trampolines, platforms to jump off, dodgeball, a fun obstacle (even for adults) and a special area for kids under 5. Go on the weekends, its cheaper and theres usually few people.

A lot of fun. But should we say the smell and hygiene are to be desired. (Can you say gym shorts, sweaty socks, and skanky arse all mixed together, then covered in snot, sneeze, and sweat?) Only went because it was a school event.
